本实用新型涉及一种塑料熔融管坯壁厚精确控制装置,它由:交流伺服电机、行星减速机、上轴承、下轴承、油缸、活塞、压料环、储料缸、挤出口、可调芯模、储料腔、编码器、活塞杆、滚珠丝杠构成。交流伺服电机、活塞杆分别与滚珠丝杠相连接,可调芯模与活塞杆相连接,活塞与油缸相连接,压料环安装在储料腔内,编码器与压料环相连接,储料腔设有挤出口。该产品结构简单,采用交流伺服电机和行星减速机及滚珠丝杠,提高了管坯壁厚的控制精度,精度可达到0.1mm,系统反应速度快,产品成品率高,节约了能源,提高了经济效益。

目前,现有的塑料熔融管坯壁厚的控制装置,大多采用液压或伺服液压控制,管坯壁厚控制精度低,系统响应速度慢,产品废品率高,浪费了能源,降低了经济效益。
发明内容:
本实用新型的目的在于克服上述缺点,提供一种塑料熔融管坯壁厚精确控制装置,它主要解决了现有的塑料熔融管坯壁厚控制装置,控制精度低,系统响应速度慢,产品废品率高等问题。本实用新型的目的是这样实现的,一种塑料熔融管坯壁厚精确控制装置由:交流伺服电机、行星减速机、上轴承、下轴承、油缸、活塞、压料环、储料缸、挤出口、可调芯模、储料腔、编码器、活塞杆、滚珠丝杠构成。交流伺服电机通过行星减速机与滚珠丝杠相连接,活塞杆通过上轴承、下轴承与滚珠丝杠相连接,可调芯模与活塞杆相连接,活塞与油缸相连接,压料环安装在储料腔内,编码器与压料环相连接,储料腔的一侧设有挤出口,挤出口上装有储料缸。该产品结构简单,采用交流伺服电机和行星减速机及滚珠丝杠,提高了管坯壁厚的控制精度,精度可达到0.1mm,系统反应速度快,产品成品率高,节约了能源,提高了经济效益。

下面结合附图详细说明本实用新型的最佳实施例,一种塑料熔融管坯壁厚精确控制装置由:交流伺服电机1、行星减速机2、上轴承3、下轴承4、油缸5、活塞6、压料环7、储料缸8、挤出口9、可调芯模10、储料腔11、编码器12、活塞杆13、滚珠丝杠14构成。交流伺服电机1通过行星减速机2与滚珠丝杠14相连接,活塞杠13通过上轴承3、下轴承4与滚珠丝杠14相连接,可调芯模10与活塞杆13相连接,活塞6与油缸5相连接,压料环7安装在储料腔11内,编码器12与压料环7相连接,储料腔11的一侧设有挤出口9,挤出口9上装有储料缸8。
工作原理:交流伺服电机1通过驱动器接收可编程控制器PLC或运动控制卡发出的脉冲控制信号,带动行星减速机2和滚珠丝杠14转动,通过滚珠丝杠14转成直线运动,带动活塞杆13和可调芯模10做上下运动,同时通过编码器12获得压料环7的位置反馈信号,从而实现管坯壁厚的精确控制。

1、一种塑料熔融管坯壁厚精确控制装置,它由:交流伺服电机(1)、行星减速机(2)、上轴承(3)、下轴承(4)、油缸(5)、活塞(6)、压料环(7)、储料缸(8)、挤出口(9)、可调芯模(10)、储料腔(11)、编码器(12)、活塞杆(13)、滚珠丝杠(14)构成,其特征在于:交流伺服电机(1)通过行星减速机(2)与滚珠丝杠(14)相连接,活塞杆(13)通过上轴承(3)、下轴承(4)与滚珠丝杠(14)相连接,可调芯模(10)与活塞杆(13)相连接,活塞(6)与油缸(5)相连接。
2、根据权利要求1所述的一种塑料熔融管坯壁厚精确控制装置,其特征在于:压料环(7)安装在储料腔(11)内,编码器(12)与压料环(7)相连接,储料腔(11)的一侧设有挤出口(9),挤出口(9)上装有储料缸(8)。
