Abstract

技术领域
本实用新型涉及真空吸尘器以及真空吸尘器的电子组件,尤其涉及真空吸尘器的电子隔离组件。
背景技术
该部分的描述仅提供涉及本实用新型的背景信息,并不构成现有技术。
传统的工业车间用(industrial shop)真空吸尘器既可以干用也可以湿用。然而,传统的工业车间用真空吸尘器电子组件的设计原始。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的就是提供一种工业车间用真空吸尘器电子组件,其利用低电压用于操作控制器及控制信号以使用户与高电压电源隔离,以及一种真空吸尘器。
为了实现本实用新型的目的,提供了一种真空吸尘器,包括:
外壳;
真空源,其设置在所述外壳内;
电源线,其适于连接到外部电源;
电隔离电路,其包括用于提供比所述外部电源的电压低的低压电源输出的电源变压器,
控制器,其连接到所述电隔离电路以接收所述低压电源输出,所述控制器向真空吸尘器电路提供真空吸尘器控制信号以使真空源工作,所述真空吸尘器电路响应低电压信号以向所述真空源提供来自外部电源的电力。
本实用新型还提供了一种真空吸尘器,包括:
外壳;
真空源,其设置在所述外壳内;
电源线,其适于连接到外部电源;
电隔离电路,其包括用于提供比所述外部电源的电压低的低压电源输出的电源变压器,

具体实施方式
下面的说明实质上仅仅是示范例,而不是用于限制本实用新型的公开、应用或者使用。应当理解,在全部附图中,相应的参考数字表示相似或者相应的部件和特征。
参考图1和2,现在将说明根据本实用新型的原理的示范真空吸尘器10。真空吸尘器10包括容器12和关闭容器12的真空吸尘器盖14。真空吸尘器盖可以支撑驱动电机16。驱动电机16可以支撑抽吸风扇18,该风扇设置在真空吸尘器盖14的风扇腔室20中。风扇腔室20可以与排气孔22和进气孔24流体连通。进气孔24可以用位于真空吸尘器盖14的过滤室28中的过滤器组件26覆盖。
当加电时,电机16可以驱动抽吸风扇18转动以将空气抽入抽吸入口30并经过容器12、过滤组件26、吸气口24进入到风扇腔室20。抽吸风扇18可以推动风扇腔室20中的空气经过排气口22并从真空吸尘器10中排出。软管32可以连接到入口30。
容器12可以由轮子34支撑。轮子34可包括脚轮,或者轮子可选择地由轴支撑。
设置过滤器清洁装置34,其包括过滤器清洁电机36,并驱动地连接到过滤器清洁机构38。过滤器清洁机构38可采取许多形式,并可包括偏心驱动臂40,其具有啮合过滤器26的指状物42。驱动过滤器清洁装置34移动越过过滤器26以引起被粘到过滤器的碎屑松脱并落入容器12中。臂40连接到偏心驱动件44,其连接到电机36,并且当旋转时,引起臂40和指状物42移动越过过滤器26的表面。
参考图3,现在说明用于操作真空吸尘器10的电子组件50的示意图。电子组件50通常包括从真空吸尘器延伸的电源线52,并适于与AC电源54相连。特别地,电源线52包括具有如现有技术中所已知的两脚或者三脚连接的插头56,如图2的所示。电源线52连接到电源电路60。设置电隔离电路62与电源电路60连通以提供低压电源输出VCC,在此将较详细地说明。微控制器64与电隔离电路62连接以接收从那里来的低电压供给VCC。微控制器64向过滤器清洁电路66和真空吸尘器电路68提供控制信号。
电动工具感应电路70连接到微控器64,以给微控器64提供关于插入设置在真空吸尘器10上的插座72的电动工具操作的信号。插座72可以连接到由节点L、N表示的电源线52上。水检测电路74与微控器64相连以给微控器64提供信号(“水”),该信号为容器12中的水位已达到为防止水被抽吸进真空吸尘器过滤器26中而使真空源停止工作的预定水位。
多个位置开关,如四位置旋转开关75可用于提供控制真空吸尘器电机16操作的第一微动开关S1和第二微动开关S2的不同动作状态。开关S1和S2分别连接到连接点A、B和A、C,其中连接点B和C分别连接到比率电路76、78。为了在给微控器64仅提供单个信号输入同时利用两个微动开关S1和S2提供四种操作模式,连接点A给微控器64提供表示微动开关S1和S2的动作状态的输入信号。表1表示用不同动作状态中的微动开关S1和S2提供四位置用户开关75模式选择可能性的列表。

对于微动开关S1和S2的四种可能动作状态的每一种,比率电路76、78提供不同比率的输入信号,作为低电压供给VCC的函数。特别地,通过举例的方式,如表1所示,两个开关S1和S2都断开时,由微控制器64接收零比率VCC信号。当开关S1断开S2闭合时,提供1/3比率VCC信号。开关S1闭合S2断开时,提供4/5VCC比率信号,当开关S1和S2都闭合时,向微控制器64提供5/8VCC比率信号。比率由在比率电路76、78中设置的电阻器R17-R20的电阻值确定。比率、开关的数量和电阻器的数量除了4以外可以因输入而改变。关于设置在单一微控器输入端的四输入信号,提供了四个用户可选模式,从而简化微控器输入并减小微控器的成本。
四个用户可选模式包括位置(1)真空吸尘器断开、电源插座断开、自动过滤器清洁断开和过滤器清洁按钮断开;位置(2)真空吸尘器接通、电源插座断开、自动过滤器清洁断开和过滤器清洁按钮接通;位置(3)真空吸尘器接通、电源插座断开、自动过滤器清洁接通和过滤器清洁按钮接通;和位置(4)(自动模式)真空吸尘器由插座控制、自动过滤器清洁接通和过滤器清洁按钮接通。这些操作模式是示范性的,不同的模式可由微控制器64启动和停止。进一步地,可使用更多或更少的开关位置,以及也可使用更多微动开关和比率电路,它们由用户启动用于提供更进一步的独特的操作模式。
也设置过滤器清洁开关80以经过过滤器清洁电路66的动作给微控器64提供用于操作过滤器清洁装置的信号。过滤清洁电路66包括光耦合器82,其可由来自微控器64的低电压信号激励。光耦合器82给三端双向可控硅开关元件84提供激励信号。当三端双向可控硅开关元件84的栅极被激励时,三端双向可控硅开关元件84导通通过滤器清洁电机36以动作过滤清洁装置34。光耦合器82只需要低压电源输入以保持三端双向可控硅开关元件84导通。另外,三端双向可控硅开关元件可以保持一个时间周期连续的导通状态,然后关闭,或者按定时器周期脉冲地导通/关闭,或者三端双向可控硅开关元件可以由SCR代替并以与刚刚所述类似的方式用DC驱动。在过滤器清洁装置34移动越过过滤器褶裥时,自动过滤器清洁模式将关闭真空吸尘器一小段时间。这能够发生在当真空吸尘器连续工作预定间隔以及每当真空吸尘器被关断时。当用户开关75激励并按下按钮80时,过滤器清洁按钮模式将使真空吸尘器关闭一小段时间,同时过滤器清洁装置34移动越过过滤器褶裥。
微控制器64也给真空吸尘器电路68提供控制信号。真空吸尘器电路68设置有光耦合器86,其可接收来自微控器64的低电压信号。光耦合器86给三端双向可控硅开关元件88提供激励电压,该三端双向可控硅开关元件88通过由光耦合器86提供的电压保持导通以给真空吸尘器电机16提供电力。光耦合器86仅需要用于保持三端双向可控硅开关元件88工作的低压电源输入。
电动工具检测电路70设置有电流变压器90,其感应穿过电连接到电源插座72的电流,该插座72能够向插入到电源插座72中的电动工具提供电源。电流变压器90给微控器64提供指明插入到插座72中的电动工具工作状态的信号。响应电动工具感应电路70,微控器64可自动地激活真空吸尘器电机16以驱动真空源。因而,当电动工具插入到插座72中并由用户打开时,可驱动真空吸尘器电机16以助于真空处理由于使用电动工具产生的碎屑。微控器64在电动工具停止工作后可延迟真空吸尘器电机16停止工作,以允许真空吸尘器10在电源工具停止工作后收集一预定时间周期的碎屑。
水检测电路74包括一对水感应探头96,其设置在真空吸尘器10的容器12内。探头96可以连接到真空吸尘器头14上并悬浮在过滤器26水平面下的容器12内。缓冲装置98缓冲高阻抗水感应输入。微控器自身在测量高阻抗水感应输入是不可靠的。缓冲装置或者放大器98的输出接到微控器64的模拟输入。微控器软件确定模拟电平来检测水感应。水感应探头96可以是安装在真空吸尘器的容器12中的黄铜探头。通过水感应电路74,将探测到作为较低阻抗的在探头之间接触的水。
设置电隔离电路62以消除电击危险。包括电源变压器100、电流变压器90和光耦合器82、86的三个元件提供了隔离。电源变压器100从电源54提供了降低的电压输出。通过举例的方式,由来自AC线电压源54的电子隔离电路62提供降低的电源VCC 5伏。位于变压器前的电路60是开关电源的控制电路。变压器提供隔离并是开关电源的一部分。5伏稳压器接受隔离的控制电路输出,并将其统一地减小到稳压的+5V。微控器64利用低电压源VCC以给过滤器清洁电路66和真空吸尘器电路68的光耦合器82、86提供信号,也给水感应电路74提供电源。此外,比率切换电路76、78由低电压VCC电源供电。
Claims (9)
1、一种真空吸尘器,其特征在于,包括:
外壳;
真空源,其设置在所述外壳内;
电源线,其适于连接到外部电源;
电隔离电路,其包括用于提供比所述外部电源的电压低的低压电源输出的电源变压器,
控制器,其连接到所述电隔离电路以接收所述低压电源输出,所述控制器向真空吸尘器电路提供真空吸尘器控制信号以使真空源工作,所述真空吸尘器电路响应低电压信号以向所述真空源提供来自外部电源的电力。
2、根据权利要求1的真空吸尘器,其特征在于,所述真空吸尘器电路包括向所述真空源提供来自外部电源的电力的光耦合器。
3、根据权利要求1的真空吸尘器,其特征在于,进一步包括:设置在所述真空源上游的真空过滤器,以及包括过滤器清洁电机和传动地连接到过滤器清洁电机上的过滤器清洁机构的过滤清洁装置,所述控制器向过滤器清洁电路提供过滤器清洁控制信号以使所述过滤器清洁装置工作,所述过滤器清洁电路响应低电压信号以向所述过滤器清洁装置提供来自外部电源的电力。
4、根据权利要求3的真空吸尘器,其特征在于,所述过滤器清洁电路包括向所述过滤器清洁装置提供来自外部电源的电力的光耦合器。
5、根据权利要求1的真空吸尘器,其特征在于,进一步包括连接到所述电子隔离电路以接收所述低压电源输出的水感应电路,所述水感应电路包括一对设置在所述外壳的碎屑室中以向所述控制器提供水感应信号的水感应探头,当所述该对水感应探头检测到水时使所述真空源停止工作。
6、根据权利要求1的真空吸尘器,其特征在于,进一步包括设置在所述外壳上的电源插座,和连接到所述控制器以提供插入在所述电源插座中的电动工具的动作状态的信号指示的电动工具感应电路,所述控制器响应检测到的所述电动工具的工作状态使所述真空源工作。
7、一种真空吸尘器,其特征在于,包括:
外壳;
真空源,其设置在所述外壳内;
电源线,其适于连接到外部电源;
电隔离电路,其包括用于提供比所述外部电源的电压低的低压电源输出的电源变压器,
控制器,其连接到所述电隔离电路以接收所述低压电源输出,所述控制器向真空吸尘器电路提供真空吸尘器控制信号以使真空源工作,所述真空吸尘器电路响应低电压信号以向所述真空源提供来自外部电源的电力,以及
设置在所述真空源上游的真空过滤器,以及包括过滤器清洁电机和传动地连接到过滤器清洁电机上的过滤器清洁机构的过滤清洁装置,所述控制器向过滤器清洁电路提供过滤器清洁控制信号以使所述过滤器清洁装置工作,所述过滤器清洁电路响应低电压信号以给所述过滤器清洁装置提供来自外部电源的电力。
8、根据权利要求7的真空吸尘器,其特征在于,所述真空吸尘器电路包括给所述真空源提供来自外部电源的电力的光耦合器。
9、根据权利要求7的真空吸尘器,其特征在于,所述过滤器清洁电路包括向所述过滤清洁设备提供来自外部电源的电力的光耦合器。
