本实用新型专利涉及一种自平衡式吊塔,该自平衡式吊塔包括竖直的塔架、与塔架固定连接并水平设置的横梁、两拉绳、水平吊车、平衡负重块、设有吊钩的缆绳升降系统、水平吊车设于负重横梁上,平衡负重块设于平衡横梁上,该自平衡式吊塔还包括有配重平衡控制装置,该配重平衡控制装置包括有具有适当长度的滑轨、平衡控制驱动模块、驱动装置和两平衡力矩检测传感器,该滑轨在平衡横梁上与该平衡横梁平行设置,平衡负重块与该滑轨配合并相互自由滑动设置,驱动装置与该平衡负重块固定并驱动该平衡负重块沿滑轨移动,两平衡力矩检测传感器分别安装在两拉绳上并与平衡控制驱动模块连接,平衡控制驱动模块与驱动装置连接。

自平衡式吊塔
技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种报警装置,尤指一种设于危险区域以对该 区域出现的危险气体进行报警的自平衡式吊塔。 背景技术
塔座是一种重要的建筑升降输送装置,目前使用的的建筑用施 工用塔吊是由塔座、横梁、水平吊车、吊钩、缆绳和平衡块等,横 梁在塔座上水平设置,横梁在塔座的上部与塔座固定连接并使左右 两端分别从该塔座伸出 一定距离的长度,水平吊车在横梁一侧伸出 较长的横梁上设置并可以沿水平横梁移动,在该横梁的吊车上设置 有缆绳升降系统,缆绳升降系统的缆绳上设置有吊钩,同时该水平 吊车可以在横梁上水平移动,用于将被吊起的重物上升、下降,随 着水平吊车在横梁上的位置不断变化,以及吊重物升降时工作力矩 也在不断变化,造成设置水平吊车一侧的横梁相对于吊塔塔座的力 矩不停地变化,而平衡块对吊塔所产生的平衡力矩则保持不变,造 成吊塔在工作过程中的大部分时间力,横梁左右两侧的力矩很难保 持平衡,使塔座在工作时会承受较大的扭矩,吊塔在工作中容易出 现相对于塔座的力矩过大,使塔座发生破坏而倒塌,造成人员伤亡。 实用新型内容
本实用新型的技术目的是为了提供一种通过调整平衡负重块对 吊塔底座的力矩以使吊塔合力矩保持平衡的自平衡式吊塔。为实现以上技术目的,本实用新型的自平衡式吊塔包括竖直的 塔架、与塔架固定连接并水平设置的横梁、两拉绳、水平吊车、平 衡负重块、设有吊钩的缆绳升降系统、该横梁伸出塔架较短的一端 为平衡横梁,伸出塔架较长的一端为负重横梁,两拉绳的一端与塔 架顶端连接,该两拉绳的另一端分别与平衡横梁和负重横梁的两端 连接,水平吊车设于负重横梁上,平衡负重块设于平衡横梁上,该 自平衡式吊塔还包括有配重平衡控制装置,该配重平衡控制装置包 括有具有适当长度的滑轨、平衡控制驱动模块、驱动装置和两平衡 力矩检测传感器,该滑轨在平衡横梁上与该平衡横梁平行设置,平 衡负重块与该滑轨配合并相互自由滑动设置,驱动装置与该平衡负 重块固定并驱动该平衡负重块沿滑轨移动,两平衡力矩检测传感器 分别安装在两拉绳上并与平衡控制驱动模块连接,平衡控制驱动模 块与驱动装置连接。
上述驱动装置包括有驱动控制电路、驱动电机、齿轮和齿条, 该齿条与平衡横梁固定连接,齿轮设于驱动电机上并与齿条啮合, 平衡控制驱动模块与驱动电机连接。
上述的平衡负重块设于轨道上并该两平衡力矩检测传感器分别 与横梁受力不平衡时两侧的传感器会检测到各自的拉力。两个平衡 力矩检测传感器输出的信号经仪表放大器放大后输出给配重平衡移 动控制装置,由配重平衡移动控制装置控制平衡控制电动机正、反 方向转动带动平衡配重块左右移动,从而改变配重平衡力矩的大小。
有益效果:采用本实用新型的技术方案,能够使塔吊在工作期间随起吊重物的大小、工作力臂的大小,自动调节负重平衡块的力 臂大小来改变平衡负重块相对于吊塔基座的力矩,以抵消工作力矩
使合力矩保持平衡状态;或通过手动调节调节负重平衡块的力臂大 小以保持力矩的平衡,确保塔座处于力矩平衡状态,可有效避免由 于塔吊在吊起重物时产生较大的力矩差而发生倒塌事故。

具体实施方式
请参照图1所示,本实用新型自平衡式吊塔包括竖直的塔架5、 与塔架5固定连接并水平设置的横梁3、两拉绳12、水平吊车ll、 平衡负重块7、设有吊钩1的缆绳升降系统,塔架5底端与底座10固定连接,该横梁3伸出塔架5较短的一端为平衡横梁,缆绳升降 系统设于水平吊车11上,缆绳升降系统设有升降电机2用于升降吊 钩l,吊臂伸縮电机4用于伸縮水平吊车11,伸出塔架5较长的一 端为负重横梁,两拉绳12的一端与塔架5顶端连接,该两拉绳12 的另一端分别与平衡横梁和负重横梁的两端连接,水平吊车11设于 负重横梁上,平衡负重块7设于平衡横梁上,该自平衡式吊塔还包 括有配重平衡控制装置,该配重平衡控制装置包括有具有适当长度 的滑轨、平衡控制驱动模块、驱动装置和两平衡力矩检测传感器8、 9,该滑轨在平衡横梁上与该平衡横梁平行设置,平衡负重块7与该 滑轨配合并相互自由滑动设置,驱动装置具有驱动电机6与该平衡 负重块7固定并驱动该平衡负重块7沿滑轨移动,平衡力矩检测传 感器8、工作力矩检测传感器9分别安装在两拉绳12上并与平衡控 制驱动模块连接,平衡控制驱动模块与驱动装置连接。
通常配重平衡控制装置的驱动装置包括有驱动控制电路、驱动 电机、齿轮和齿条,该齿条与平衡横梁固定连接,齿轮设于驱动电 机上并与齿条啮合,平衡控制驱动模块与驱动电机连接,平衡负重 块7设于轨道上,该平衡力矩检测传感器8、工作力矩检测传感器9 根据检测到的两横梁所受到的力矩,由配重平衡移动控制装置控制 驱动电机正、反方向转动以带动平衡配重块左右移动,从而改变配 重平衡力矩的大小,从而保持吊塔的平衡。在本实施例中,配重平 衡控制装置设置有平衡控制电机6,该平衡控制电机6用于驱动平衡 负重块7在平衡横梁上的轨道上移动,平衡力矩检测传感器8、工作力矩检测传感器9所输出的信号经仪表放大器放大后输出给配重平 衡移动控制装置,由配重平衡移动控制装置控制平衡控制电动机6 正、反方向转动带动平衡配重块左右移动,从而改变配重平衡力矩 的大小,保持塔架的平衡。
在图1中,吊勾1悬挂起吊重物等效重量为-Wg,距离塔座5的 距离为-Lg,配重平衡块7的等效重量为-Wp,距离塔座5的距离为 -Lp。工作力矩检测传感器9的输出为Fg,平衡力矩检测传感器8的 输出为Fp。
在力矩平衡的条件下有:
WgXLg=WpXLp。
上式中:Wg、 Lg随塔吊的工作状态变化,Wp为常数。不难看出: 在塔吊工作时,通过改变Lp平衡块距塔座的距离可使得WgXLg=Wp XLp保持塔吊力平衡状态。
在图l中:当WgXLg^WpXLp时,Fg》Fp;
当WgXLg《WpXLp时,Fg《Fp;
平衡状态时:Fg=FP。
请参照图2所示,当吊勾起吊重物或工作力臂申长时,工作力 矩传感器输出电阻增加21,桥路输出不平衡的桥路电压24,该电压 经仪表放大器24放大后输出给伺服电机驱动电路25,伺服电机驱动 电路25输出正向转动驱动电压给平衡控制电机26,平衡控制电机 26正向旋转带动平衡块向外侧移动,增加平衡力矩使塔吊自动保持 平衡状态。该平衡过程可以通过人工手动控制平衡控制电机的动作,也可在一定程度上达到相对平衡。
该自平衡吊塔还可以设置有自动模式和手动模式,在自动运行 模式下自动保持塔吊横梁处于力矩平衡状态,手动模式是通过手动 开关控制平衡力矩的大小,工作期间手动增加平衡力矩,非工作期 间手动减小平衡力矩,在一定程度上减小塔座由平衡力矩产生的扭 矩。
Claims (2)
1、一种自平衡式吊塔,包括竖直的塔架、与塔架固定连接并水平设置的横梁、两拉绳、水平吊车、平衡负重块、设有吊钩的缆绳升降系统、该横梁伸出塔架较短的一端为平衡横梁,伸出塔架较长的一端为负重横梁,两拉绳的一端与塔架顶端连接,该两拉绳的另一端分别与平衡横梁和负重横梁的两端连接,水平吊车设于负重横梁上,平衡负重块设于平衡横梁上,其特征在于:该自平衡式吊塔还包括有配重平衡控制装置,该配重平衡控制装置包括有具有适当长度的滑轨、平衡控制驱动模块、驱动装置和两平衡力矩检测传感器,该滑轨在平衡横梁上与该平衡横梁平行设置,平衡负重块与该滑轨配合并相互自由滑动设置,驱动装置与该平衡负重块固定并驱动该平衡负重块沿滑轨移动,两平衡力矩检测传感器分别安装在两拉绳上并与平衡控制驱动模块连接,平衡控制驱动模块与驱动装置连接。
2、 根据权利要求l所述的自平衡式吊塔,其特征在于:所述驱 动装置包括有驱动控制电路、驱动电机、齿轮和齿条,该齿条与平 衡横梁固定连接,齿轮设于驱动电机上并与齿条啮合,平衡控制驱 动模块与驱动电机连接。
