电机机座加工车胎,是电机制造机座车削胎具,特别涉及煤矿电机机座加工质量和精度的胎具,
技术背景:
目前目前国内电机机座车胎采用内止口定位,在车削机座时,运用两个车胎、四次装压才可完成机座的加工,换个次数多,而且不能保证机座加工的同轴度,胎座与机座止口配合车削装压时,易碰伤定位止口和隔爆面,不能保证机座止口粗糙度要求,成本高,效率低。
技术内容:
本实用新型电机机座加工车胎发明目的在于:为了保证电机机座的加工质量和电机机座的同轴度,以电机机座铁芯的非装压端外圆面的不加工面或非配合面车一工艺圆作为定位基准面,与胎座上的内止口配合车成机座前止口、后止口、铁芯和外配止口。
本实用新型电机机座加工车胎是这样实现的:由调整座(1)、调整螺栓(2)、压板(3)、螺母(4)、螺杆(5)、胎座(6)、T型螺栓(7)、机座(8)和机床床面(9)组成;将胎座(6)与机床床面(9)用T型螺栓(7)联接,调整座(1)和调整螺栓(2)配合,顶起压板(3),由螺母(4)和螺杆(5)将机座(8)与胎座(6)压紧。
本实用新型电机机座加工车胎的有益效果:能保证机座的加工质量和同轴度,为克服电机在运转时的不同轴度,造成轴承发热等不良因素起到了重要的作用,减少工序,提高生产效率。
