本实用新型涉及的是一种用于铁道与轨道交通车辆在进行转向架、轮对、车辆的检修、生产工序中,为方便移动式轨道之间(或移动式轨道与固定轨道之间)进行直线过渡的直线过渡轨道,属于物流输送机械技术领域。
背景技术
现有移动式轨道的直线过渡的方法是在仿轨道截面的行走面的中间位置开有一对缺口,轨道与轨道相接处,用一个钢轨缩入接口中,以解决轨道的搭接与转向问题。该过渡装置的过渡轨道在中间,实现的机构复杂,且成本高。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服现有技术所存在的实现的机构复杂,且成本高等缺陷,提出一种用于移动式轨道之间(或移动式轨道与固定轨道之间)进行直线过渡的直线过渡轨道。该直线过渡轨道,有效地解决了过渡装置结构复杂易发生故障等问题。
本实用新型的技术解决方案:其特征是包括有与轮对接触的限位曲面,直线过渡轨道、I移动式轨道、II移动式轨道,其中I移动式轨道和II移动式轨道是由链节用轴首位串联而成,轴的左右有滚轮,滚轮在有钢结构的轨道上,I移动式轨道和II移动式轨道之间的交接处,用直线过渡轨道连接,限位曲面位于外轮缘处或内轮缘处,对应链节的卡位圆弧面位于内轮缘处或外轮缘处。

图中,1是轮对(用于代表轮对、转向架以及车体),2是现有的移动式轨道的仿轨道截面上接口处插入的钢轨,3是现有的移动式轨道链节上的卡位圆弧面,4是限位曲面,6是链节(或卡位圆弧面),7是直线过渡轨道,8是I移动式轨道,9是II移动式轨道,10是轮对的内轮缘,11是轮对的外轮缘。
具体实施方式:
对照附图,其结构是I移动式轨道8和II移动式轨道9是由链节6用轴首位串联而成,轴的左右有滚轮,滚轮可在有钢结构的轨道上滚动。I移动式轨道8和II移动式轨道9之间的交接处,用直线过渡轨道7连接。当车体轮对输送到两轨道交接处时,此时的轮对由直线过渡的限位曲面4承载及限位,然而此时该轮对在直线过渡轨道上是没有动力的,要依靠车体的后轮对推动前轮对通过直线过渡轨道。
实施例
直线过渡轨道包括限位曲面4,限位曲面4用于承载轮对和约束轮对的输送方向,直线过渡轨道7连接I移动式轨道8与II移动式轨道9。
限位曲面4既可以位于外轮缘处,也可以位于内轮缘处。当限位曲面4位于外轮缘处时,对应链节的卡位圆弧面则在内轮缘处(如图2所示);当限位曲面4位于内轮缘处时,对应链节的卡位圆弧面则在外轮缘处。
