通常采矿胶带输送机较长时期运行后，机头部件的主、副传动滚筒框 架易出现变形，使主、副传动齿轮啮合间隙过紧或过松，间隙过紧时，引 起电动机、减速机振动大，减速机表面温度超过40度，电动机过热，输 送机负荷加大，减速机一轴伞齿轮经常损坏，间隙过松时，副传动滚筒拉 力减小，主传动滚筒因拉力增大引起输送胶带打滑，输送机不带负荷。经 过多次调整，主、副传动齿轮啮合间隙难题得不到有效解决。 实用新型内容：
本实用新型的目的是提供一种胶带输送机传动齿轮调整装置，可调整 主、副传动齿轮啮合间隙。
本实用新型的技术方案是：所述的一种胶带输送机传动齿轮调整装置， 包括机头框架，在所述的机头框架内装有丝杠。
所述的丝杠为二套，二套丝杠的两端分别通过螺栓固紧在机头框架上。
所述的丝杠由固定盘、特制螺杆、特制螺母组成；在左旋特制螺杆与 右旋特制螺杆的一端分别装有固定盘，左旋特制螺杆与右旋特制螺杆的另 一端分别拧入特制螺母内，在固定盘上设有螺栓孔。本实用新型通过调整丝杠即可调整传动齿轮啮合间隙，解决了因主、 副传动齿轮啮合间隙过紧或过松而引起的一系列问题，减轻了维修工作量， 使胶带输送机的输送胶带很少出现打滑现象，胶带磨损得到有效控制。 附图说明：

如图1、 2中所示，在本实用新型的机头框架1内装有二个力臂三角架 4, 二个力臂三角架4上分别装有传动副齿轮2与传动主齿轮3，传动副齿 轮2与传动主齿轮3相互啮合。二套丝杠5的两端分别通过螺栓固紧在机 头框架1上，丝杠5由固定盘6、特制螺杆7、 9、特制螺母8等组成；在 左旋特制螺杆7与右旋特制螺杆9的一端分别装有固定盘6，左旋特制螺杆 7与右旋特制螺杆9的另一端分别拧入特制螺母8内，在固定盘6上设有螺 栓孔。
本实用新型的二套丝杠5可以调整长短，胶带输送机较长时期运行后， 机头部件的主、副传动滚筒框架如果出现变形，使主、副传动齿轮啮合间 隙过紧或过松时，即可旋转特制螺母8，使左旋特制螺杆7与右旋特制螺杆 9伸长或縮短，使主、副传动齿轮啮合间隙调整到合适的位置。
