(一)技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种汽车双列圆锥滚子轴承的改进,具体涉及一种汽车轮毂用密封自润滑双列圆锥滚子轴承。
(二)背景技术
目前,双列圆锥滚子轴承的密封结构中,密封件与轴承外圈口径的联结方式为光滑过盈配合,然而,由于加工的误差和加工精度等方面的存在的不足,使密封件与外圈口径之间存在过盈量不稳定情况,出现外圈外径胀大量超差或在使用过程中出现密封圈脱落、松动、下陷等缺陷。同时,由于双列圆锥滚子的特点,受结构的限制,内部空间较小,散热条件相对较差,造成轴承出现早期失效。
(三)发明内容
针对上述问题,本实用新型双列圆锥滚子轴承提供了一种异型密封件与轴承外圈口径联接方式,以解决现有光滑过盈配合联接方式中经常出现的外圈外径胀大量超差或在使用过程中出现密封圈脱落、松动、下陷等缺陷。同时根据轴承内部结构,在充分考虑成本节约和结构合理的情况下,增大轴承的内部空间,改善散热条件。
本实用新型双列圆锥滚子轴承,包括一个带双滚道的轴承外圈、两个带单滋道的内圈、两个保持架、两列圆锥滚子、两个异型密封件等组成,密封件与外圈口径通过异型联接,通过两个内圈和两个保持架、密封件将两列圆锥滚子封在1个轴承外圈内。
本实用新型所述的异型密封件,是密封件设有骨架和粘有橡胶,粘有橡胶的外径圆周上设有3个弧形环,并依次确定弧形环的位置。
本实用新型所述的轴承外圈的两侧口径均处设有弧形槽,密封件装入时,密封件的其中两个弧形环与口径平面相互挤压后,产生一定的过盈,同时,密封件中间位置的一个弧形环与口径中的弧形槽相吻合,由此形成的异型卡入式过盈联接,可防止在使用过程中出现密封圈脱落、松动、下陷等缺陷,并且装入后轴承外圈外径的胀大量可控制在0.01mm以内。
本实用新型所述的轴承内圈设有一“U”型槽,增大轴承的内部空间,并在轴承旋转过程中可引导内部润滑脂的流向,润滑轴承的滚动体,轴承使用寿命长。
本实用新型设计结构紧凑,能有效提高轴承的工作可靠性和使用寿命,提高汽车的行驶安全性和使用性能。

参照图1、图2,一种新型汽车双列圆锥滚子轴承,由1个轴承外圈1、两个内圈2、两个保持架3、两列圆锥滚子4、密封件5组成,密封件5与外圈口径通过异型卡入式过盈联接,通过两个内圈2和两个保持架3、密封件5将两列圆锥滚子4封在1个轴承外圈1内,可防止在使用过程中出现密封圈脱落、松动、下陷等缺陷,并且装入后轴承外圈外径的胀大量可控制在0.01mm以内。
