Abstract

本实用新型是一种设有固定装置的安全座椅组合体，以解决现行儿童汽车安全座椅的安全问题。该固定装置包括固定带和保持件；保持件的二端连接在安全座椅上，使保持件和安全座椅共同界定位于保持件二端之间的间隙。固定带穿过该间隙并被保持件限制在上下方向的位置。固定带的两端钩住车体，以将安全座椅稳固地绑在汽车内。本实用新型可适当地限制固定带在上下方向的位置，且可将安全座椅稳固地绑紧在车体上。

Description

设有固定装置的安全座椅组合体
技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种儿童汽车座椅的固定装置，特别涉及一种设有固定装置的安全座椅组合体。
背景技术
图1为美国US6592183号专利所揭露的现有技术，其显示固持带11穿过儿童座椅12，并借助两端的钩件111钩住固定在车体(底盘)13上的环件131，而将儿童座椅12绑紧在汽车的普通座椅14上。此外，保持带15的一端固定在儿童座椅12，保持带15的另一端连接在固持带11的中段，用以当儿童座椅12未安装在普通座椅14上时，固持带11和儿童座椅12仍连接在一起，不致遗失固持带11。
但是当固持带11的两端钩住环件131时，保持带15是松弛地悬垂在儿童座椅12上。换句话说，当固持带11在使用状态时，保持带15并无任何功能，更明确地说，保持带15并无限制固持带11在儿童座椅12上下方向之位置的作用。
此外，由固持带11的自由端151可知，固持带11的长度是可调整的，以便适用于各种车型。所以当软垫16覆盖儿童座椅12和固持带11时，使用者看不到固持带11是否弯折，也看不到固持带11是否在图1所示的正确位置向上或向下延伸，亦即看不到固持带11是否已拉紧且将儿童座椅12稳固地绑紧在普通座椅14上。因此上述现有技术存在安全上的问题。
实用新型内容
因此，本实用新型的目的在于提供一种设有固定装置的安全座椅组合体，其中的固定带在其延伸方向的垂直方向位置可被适当地限制。
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种设有固定装置的安全座椅组合体，其中的固定装置可将安全座椅稳固地绑紧在车体上。
于是，本实用新型提供一种设有固定装置的安全座椅组合体，其包含安全座椅和将该安全座椅固定至车体的固定装置，其特点是该固定装置包括保持件和固定带。该保持件具有相对的二端，该保持件的二端固定至该安全座椅，该保持件和该安全座椅界定了位于该保持件二端之间的间隙。该固定带局部地容置在该间隙内，该固定带的二端突出该间隙，用于连接至该车体。
优选地，该保持件的其中一端铆接至该安全座椅。
优选地，该安全座椅包括第一狭缝，该保持件的另一端穿过该第一狭缝并形成折迭部，该折迭部的厚度大于该第一狭缝的宽度，以将该保持件的该另一端固定至该安全座椅。
优选地，该保持件的其中一端形成L形凸片，该L形凸片穿过该第一狭缝。
优选地，该安全座椅包括第二狭缝，该保持件的另一端形成板状凸片，该板状凸片穿过该第二狭缝，且该板状凸片之远程的厚度大于该第二狭缝的宽度。
优选地，该安全座椅包括形成在该第一狭缝和该第二狭缝之间的凹部，供容置该固定带。
优选地，该安全座椅包括分别形成在其两侧的二通口，该固定带的二端分别穿过该二通口。
优选地，该安全座椅包括相对于该保持件而设置在安全座椅相反面的肋条，该固定带包括分别设于其两端的二连接件，该二连接件可连接至该肋条。
本实用新型相较于现有技术的优点包括：保持件可限制固定带在上下方向的位置，且固定装置可将安全座椅稳固地绑紧在车体上。

具体实施方式
第一较佳实施例
如图2、3和4所示，本实用新型第一较佳实施例的设有固定装置的安全座椅组合体2包含安全座椅3和固定装置4。
该安全座椅3包括相连接的座部31和背靠32；该座部31和背靠32可一体成型或先分别制造后再组装在一起。该背靠32具有分别形成在两侧的二通口321(图中只显示其一)、形成在中间的第一狭缝322、和形成在背面的二肋条323(图5-7)。
该固定装置4包括固定带41、保持件42、和铆钉43。该固定带41包括挠性带体411、分别固定在挠性带体411两端的二钩形连接件412、分别用于封闭连接件412之开口的二弹片413、和用于调整固定带长度的调整件(和现有者相同，所以未示)。该保持件42包括织带本体421和位于织带本体421下端的折迭部422。在其它实施例中，固定带41和保持件42的材料可为例如塑料、布、聚合物等。
在不同的实施例中，通口321、第一狭缝322、和肋条323也只形成在背靠32上、或只形成在座部31上、或同时形成在背靠32和座部31上。因此可只有一个固定装置4，用以设置在背靠32和座部31二者其中之一上。但也可将两个固定装置4同时地分别设置在背靠32和座部31上。
组装
首先将保持件42的织带本体下端穿过第一狭缝322并在背靠32的另一面折迭成复数层，借助热熔接或车缝等方式将该多层固定在一起成为折迭部422，然后将固定带41的挠性带体411横向地夹置于向上延伸的织带本体421和背靠32之间，再借助铆钉43将保持件42的织带本体上端固定在背靠32的第一狭缝322上方一段距离处，使保持件42得以将固定带41稳固夹持在保持件42与背靠32之间。因为第一狭缝322的宽度只比一层织带本体421的厚度略大，所以折迭部422无法通过第一狭缝322并被保持位在背靠32的背面。
保持件42和背靠32于铆钉43和第一狭缝322之间界定一狭窄的间隙5，且固定带41的挠性带体411容置在该间隙5内，藉此保持件42可限制固定带41的挠性带体411在背靠32的上下方向的位置。固定带41的两端分别穿过背靠32的两通口321，再借助固定带41两端的连接件412钩住车体(未示)，以将安全座椅3稳固地绑在汽车内。固定带41两端的弹片413可将连接件412的开口封闭，以防止连接件412因振动而自车体松脱。
当安全座椅3未安装在汽车内时，固定带41的连接件412可钩在安全座椅3背侧的肋条323(图5-7)，藉此将挠性带体411两端收藏在安全座椅3背侧，使得整个组合体2产品美观且有价值感。
第二较佳实施例
第二较佳实施例和第一较佳实施例的差异只在保持件42的构造和保持件42固定至背靠32的方式，因此只描述这些差异处。
如图8-图10所示，第二较佳实施例的背靠32另外包括位于第一狭缝322上方一段距离的第二狭缝325、和形成在第一狭缝322与第二狭缝325之间的凹部326
第二较佳实施例的保持件42包括保持片体424、自保持片体424下端垂直延伸的L形第一凸片425、和自保持片体424上端垂直延伸的板状第二凸片426。
组装
先将保持件42下端的L形第一凸片425插入背靠32的的第一狭缝322，然后将固定带41的挠性带体411横放在保持件424和背靠32之间，再将保持件42上端的板状第二凸片426压入背靠32的第二狭缝325。因为板状第二凸片426的远程427的厚度略大于第二狭缝325的宽度，因此当第二凸片426被强迫压入第二狭缝325后，第二凸片426便扣合在背靠32的第二狭缝325处，且使固定带41的挠性带体411容置在背靠32的凹部326内，藉此防止挠性带体411在背靠32的上下方向移动。
但以上所述，仅为本实用新型的较佳实施例，当不能以此限定本实用新型实施的范围，即凡是根据本实用新型申请专利范围及实用新型说明书内容所作之简单的等效变化与修饰，皆应仍属本实用新型专利涵盖的范围内。

Claims (8)

1.一种设有固定装置的安全座椅组合体，其包含安全座椅和将该安全座椅与车体连接的固定装置，其特征在于该固定装置包括：
保持件，其具有相对的二端，该保持件的二端连接至该安全座椅，该保持件和该安全座椅界定了位于该保持件二端之间的间隙；和
固定带，其局部地容置在该间隙内，该固定带的二端突出该间隙，用于连接至该车体。
2.如权利要求1所述设有固定装置的安全座椅组合体，其特征在于：该保持件的其中一端铆接至该安全座椅。
3.如权利要求2所述设有固定装置的安全座椅组合体，其特征在于：该安全座椅包括第一狭缝，该保持件的另一端穿过该第一狭缝并形成折迭部，该折迭部的厚度大于该第一狭缝的宽度，以将该保持件的该另一端固定至该安全座椅。
4.如权利要求1所述设有固定装置的安全座椅组合体，其特征在于：该安全座椅包括第一狭缝，该保持件的其中一端形成L形凸片，该L形凸片穿过该第一狭缝。
5.如权利要求4所述设有固定装置的安全座椅组合体，其特征在于：该安全座椅包括第二狭缝，该保持件的另一端形成板状凸片，该板状凸片穿过该第二狭缝，且该板状凸片之远程的厚度大于该第二狭缝的宽度。
6.如权利要求5所述设有固定装置的安全座椅组合体，其特征在于：该安全座椅包括形成在该第一狭缝和该第二狭缝之间的凹部，供容置该固定带。
7.如权利要求1所述设有固定装置的安全座椅组合体，其特征在于：该安全座椅包括分别形成在其两侧的二通口，该固定带的二端分别穿过该二通口。
8.如权利要求1所述设有固定装置的安全座椅组合体，其特征在于：该安全座椅包括肋条，该固定带包括分别设于其两端的二连接件，当该安全座椅未安装在该车体时，该二连接件可连接至该肋条，该肋条位在该安全座椅设置该保持件的相反面。
