背景技术
现有技术中,变速器的倒挡拨叉一般采用换挡轴带单个的倒挡拨叉,往往会带来拨叉易变形,刚度差,换挡沉重困难,与齿套结合面小磨损快的问题。
发明內容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种耐久性寿命及高刚度的变速箱倒挡组合拨叉。
本实用新型的技术方案:本实用新型的倒挡拨叉包括主倒挡拨叉和副倒挡拨叉,副倒挡拨叉是半环形置于主倒挡拨叉内侧,主倒挡拨叉的下端是大半个圆柱体,圆柱体与副倒挡拨叉下端的圆包耳铰接;在主倒挡拨叉的两侧有与变速箱壳体连接的支点螺栓。
所述的变速箱倒挡组合拨叉,主倒挡拨叉的顶部或顶面侧部与作为与驱动杆铰接的销轴固定连接。
所述的变速箱倒挡组合拨叉,主倒挡拨叉下端的圆柱体嵌在副倒挡拨叉下端的圆包耳上的套孔内形成铰接。
本实用新型的优点:通过采用主、副倒挡拨叉,使主倒挡拨叉支点处的刚度加大,拨动处结合面受力面积加大。采用旋转支点二次转换机构换挡可靠,轻便,有助于提高耐磨性,从而提高拨叉的可靠耐久性。本结构刚度大,拨叉整体变形小;由于采用沿支点的转动转换为平行移动,使得换挡阻力减小,换挡轻便。

具体实施方式
如图1:本实用新型的变速箱倒挡组合拨叉包括主倒挡拨叉2和副倒挡拨叉3,副倒挡拨叉3是半环形置于主倒挡拨叉2内侧,即副倒挡拨叉3的直径D1小于主倒挡拨叉2的直径D2。主倒挡拨叉2的下端与副倒挡拨叉3的下端铰接;在主倒挡拨叉2的两侧有与变速箱壳体6连接的支点螺栓4。主倒挡拨叉2与支点螺栓4的连接为活动销连接。
副倒挡拨叉3的半圆与换挡齿套7的内槽配合。换挡驱动杆1通过销5带动主倒挡拨叉2沿支点螺栓4作转动,主倒挡拨叉2同时带动副倒挡拨叉3及换挡齿套7作轴向移动来完成换挡及脱挡。
主倒挡拨叉2的顶部与销轴5固定连接。销轴5为与驱动杆1铰接的轴。主倒挡拨2与副倒挡拨叉3的装配合件在支点螺栓4(两件)的支承下作往复转动。
如图2:主倒挡拨叉2的下端是大半个圆柱体2.1,圆柱体2.1嵌在副倒挡拨叉3下端的圆包耳3.1上的套孔3.2内形成铰接。副倒挡拨叉3带动换挡齿套7一同作轴向移动来完成换挡。
图3~图5是副倒挡拨叉3结构图:3.1是圆包耳,3.2是套孔。
件号3安装在件号7的凹槽中,件号2通过件号4(两件)固定在件号7上,件号2与件号4的连接为活动(销)连接。
工作过程:驱动杆1移动时,带动主倒挡拨叉2与副倒挡拨叉3的装配合件在支点螺栓4(两件)的支承下作往复转动,同时主倒挡拨叉2带动副倒挡拨叉3作轴向平移动,换挡齿套7也在副倒挡拨叉3的作用下作轴向平移动。
本实用新型的核心是通过采用主、副倒挡拨叉,在拨叉的两侧采用旋转支点,使换挡可靠,轻便,提高了耐磨性。因此,凡是采用主、副倒挡拨叉,在拨叉的两侧采用旋转支点的,均属于本实用新型的保护范围。

1.一种变速箱倒挡组合拨叉,包括倒挡拨叉,其特征在于:倒挡拨叉包括主倒挡拨叉(2)和副倒挡拨叉(3),副倒挡拨叉(3)是半环形置于主倒挡拨叉(2)内侧,主倒挡拨叉(2)的下端是大半个圆柱体(2.1),圆柱体(2.1)与副倒挡拨叉(3)下端的圆包耳(3.1)铰接;在主倒挡拨叉(2)的两侧有与变速箱壳体连接的支点螺栓(4)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的变速箱倒挡组合拨叉,其特征在于:主倒挡拨叉(2)的顶部或顶面侧部与作为与驱动杆铰接的销轴(5)固定连接。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的变速箱倒挡组合拨叉,其特征在于:主倒挡拨叉(2)下端的圆柱体(2.1)嵌在副倒挡拨叉(3)下端的圆包耳(3.1)上的套孔(3.2)内形成铰接。
