Abstract

一种高炉出铁口活动翼板式顶吸罩，属于高炉环境除尘装置。主要解决现有顶吸罩存在的因风口平台下方的局部涡流而使除尘效果不佳的缺点。本实用新型包括带有除尘管道的固定罩，其特征在于还有与电动葫芦连接的翼板，其中，翼板由顶板及两侧的侧板构成。本实用新型不仅缩短了烟尘进入顶吸罩的行程，而且能避免局部涡流的产生，使烟尘流动顺畅，从而提高出铁时的收尘效果，改善高炉环境，并且方便设备检修。具有结构简单、使用方便的优点。

技术领域
本实用新型属于高炉环境除尘装置，具体地说是一种能改善高炉出铁时收尘效果的顶吸罩。
背景技术
目前，冶金企业高炉出铁口的烟气捕集多采用顶吸罩，或侧吸与顶吸相结合的方式，其中，顶吸罩的形式主要有固定式和移动式。不论是固定式的顶吸罩，还是移动式的顶吸罩，通常都是紧贴高炉出铁口上方的风口平台布置。高炉出铁时，由于含尘热烟气需要绕过风口平台后再进入顶吸罩，因此，会在风口平台的下方形成局部涡流，从而使得烟尘顺风口平台的两侧漂移，导致出铁口的除尘效果不佳，扬尘较大，喷溅大时风口平台的两侧正前方都有烟尘外溢。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是针对上述不足提供一种结构简单、能避免局部涡流产生、提高出铁时收尘效果的高炉出铁口活动翼板式顶吸罩。
本实用新型是这样实现的：包括带有除尘管道的固定罩，其特征在于还有与电动葫芦连接的翼板，其中，翼板由顶板及两侧的侧板构成。
上述电动葫芦与顶板连接。
本实用新型通过在风口平台与顶吸罩之间设置可转动的翼板，不仅缩短了烟尘进入顶吸罩的行程，而且能避免局部涡流的产生，使烟尘流动顺畅，从而提高出铁时的收尘效果，改善高炉环境，并且方便设备检修。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例进一步说明本实用新型。
实施例：包括带有除尘管道1的固定罩2、电动葫芦3和翼板4，其中，翼板4由顶板4A及两侧的侧板4B构成，电动葫芦3与顶板4A连接即成为本实用新型。
使用时，先采用铰接方式将翼板4与风口平台6连接，然后将电动葫芦3固定在热风围管7或者附近的钢梁上。当高炉出铁口8出铁时，翼板4通过电动葫芦3提升至工作位置(高位)，与固定罩2相接，形成完整的顶吸罩，翼板4的侧板4B也相应的提升至风口平台6以上，不影响泥炮和开铁口机的运行；当高炉检修时，翼板4通过电动葫芦3降低至检修位置(低位)，此时，翼板4的顶板4A与风口平台6处在同一平面上，形成完整的检修平台，方便设备检修。
根据除尘要求或为了提高收尘效果，可在风口平台6上设置侧吸风口5。

1、一种高炉出铁口活动翼板式顶吸罩，包括带有除尘管道的固定罩，其特征在于还有与电动葫芦连接的翼板，其中，翼板由顶板及两侧的侧板构成。
2、按权利要求1所述的高炉出铁口活动翼板式顶吸罩，其特征在于所说电动葫芦与顶板连接。
