背景技术
随着世界经济的快速发展，重工业中钢铁的冶炼也在逐年的增长，冶金过程中，产生大量的烟尘，工业废气，毒气，使得人类的生存环境变得恶劣。因此，炼钢除尘技术始终贯穿在整个行业的发展中，高温烟气在经过除尘前，必须对高温烟气进行足够的冷却，才能使高温烟气对后期的布袋式除尘器的破坏作用减少，延长袋子的使用寿命。传统的炼钢炉出口处采用的除尘烟罩不能很好的降低高温烟气的温度。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的就是针对上述的缺点，提供一种能够降低烟气温度的炼钢炉水冷式烟罩。
本实用新型的技术方案是这样实现的：炼钢炉水冷式烟罩，包括主烟罩，其特征是：所述的主烟罩呈喇叭式开口，开口较小的一端接辅烟罩，所述的辅烟罩前部一侧有开口，开口正对下方主烟罩，所述的主烟罩侧部密布有水冷管道。
在本实用新型技术方案中，辅烟罩为方形的烟罩，所述的辅烟罩侧壁密布水冷管道。
这样结构的炼钢炉水冷式烟罩有以下优点。
1、所述的辅烟罩使得高温烟气通过的水冷管道路程加长，起到进一步降温作用。
2、所述的辅烟道开口可以吸收主烟罩没有完全吸走的余烟，进行二次除尘，还可以混进温度较低的冷风，使得主烟罩内的高温烟气浓度降低，进而使内部温度降低。
