技术领域
本实用新型涉及热流道单喷嘴,尤其是涉及热流道单喷嘴喷嘴本体结构。
背景技术
目前在注塑行业普遍采用的注塑模具为热流道注塑模具,其一般包括喷嘴本体,位于喷嘴主体内部的流道,位于喷嘴本体下方的与流道相通的嘴体,位于喷嘴本体外周的加热装置,通过在喷嘴本体安装加热装置使注塑料件保持熔融状态流经流道从嘴体挤出进行注塑成型。热流道模具相对于传统的冷流道模具具有节约原料,提高产品品质,提高作业效率,简化生产工序的诸多优点。但是,热流道模具也存在不足之处。比如,目前常用的一种热流道单喷嘴结构,参考图1,其喷嘴本体1为一整体加工件,通过一大于喷嘴本体最大外径的钢材加工而成,这种喷嘴具有以下缺点:这种加工方法使钢材的损耗量很大;由于喷嘴本体是整体加工,比较耗时,也容易造成机械加工刀具的磨损;该单喷嘴与注塑机连接时,其喷嘴本体上端部凹形口的弧形段很难再被客户依据需求进行再加工。
发明内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是提供一种热流道单喷嘴,其喷嘴本体不是一整体加工件,节省了加工钢材量,且易被客户进行再加工。
为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型提供的技术方案是一种热流道单喷嘴,其主要包括喷嘴本体,位于喷嘴本体内部的流道,设置在所述喷嘴本体下方的嘴尖,其特征在于所述喷嘴本体由上段和下段两部分组成,所述上段和所述下段以可拆卸方式组合在一起。
所述喷嘴本体的上段和下段通过螺纹连接可拆卸地组合在一起。
本实用新型的热流道单喷嘴,由于喷嘴本体为上下两段式,其加工时可上下段分开加工,外径大的下段用外径大的钢材加工,外径小的上段用外径小的钢材加工,这样节约了加工时间,也节约了加工钢材使用量,且减少了加工刀具的磨损;由于上段可拆卸下来,当客户需要对上段上端部的凹形口进行再加工时,可很方便的拆下来进行加工。

具体实施方式
本实用新型热流道单喷嘴,其主要包括喷嘴本体5,流道6,嘴尖7,针对其结构现举一较佳实施例并结合图式进行具体说明如下,参考图2,其中:
喷嘴本体5,其外部有加热装置,流道6位于喷嘴本体5的内部,注塑原料通过流经流道6进行注塑作业;喷嘴本体5由上段51及下段52两部分组成,该上段51和下段52可拆卸地组合成喷嘴本体;其上段51内部中空形成流道6的上半部分,上段51的上端部流道6的入口处成型有一喇叭状凹形口,该凹形口与注塑机的原料挤出口配合接触,使注塑原料通过凹形口进入流道6内;该上段51的下端外周壁上成型有螺纹;其下段52内部中空形成流道6的下半部分,在下段52内部靠近上端处成型有一凹口,该凹口周壁上开设有螺纹,该凹口形状深度与上段51成型有螺纹的下端外周部形状深度吻合;当上段51与下段52通过螺纹连接组合为喷嘴本体时,流道6的上半部分与下半部分密封接触连通;
嘴尖7位于喷嘴本体5的下端,也即位于喷嘴本体5下段52的下端,注塑原料经嘴尖7进入注塑型模进行注塑作业。
本实用新型的喷嘴本体上段51和下段52也可以通过其他常用的可拆卸方式组合为一起,并不仅仅限于螺纹连接。
由于喷嘴本体为上下两段式,其加工时可上下段分开加工,外径大的下段用外径大的钢材加工,外径小的上段用外径小的钢材加工,这样节约了加工时间,也节约了加工钢材使用量,且减少了加工刀具的磨损;由于上段可拆卸下来,当客户需要对上段上端部的凹形口进行再加工时,可很方便地将上段拆卸下来进行再加工。

1.一种热流道单喷嘴,其主要包括喷嘴本体,位于喷嘴本体内部的流道,设置在所述喷嘴本体下方的嘴尖,其特征在于所述喷嘴本体由上段和下段两部分组成,所述上段和所述下段以可拆卸方式组合在一起。
2.根据权利要求1所述的热流道单喷嘴,其特征在于所述上段和所述下段通过螺纹连接可拆卸地组合在一起。
