Abstract

本实用新型涉及一种木工机械,具体地说是一种精密裁板锯的划线锯皮带张紧装置,其设有机体、电机、电机皮带轮、小带轮、皮带、转轴、电机转板,特征在于设有气弹簧,气弹簧一端与电机转板相连接,另一端与机体相连接,使电机转板在气弹簧的作用下绕转轴旋转,达到调整皮带张紧的目的,本实用新型由于采用上述结构,具有结构合理、性能稳定、提高工作效率等优点。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种木工机械,具体地说是一种精密裁板锯的划线锯皮带张紧装置。
背景技术
众所周知,现有的木工机床中的精密裁板锯的划线锯皮带张紧不能依靠电机自重实行张紧,通常采用两种调节装置,一种是弹簧张紧(如图1),其设有机体、电机、电机皮带轮、小带轮、皮带、转轴、电机转板和弹簧,电机固定在电机转板上,电机转板经转轴与机体连接,小皮带轮安装在锯轴上,电机皮带轮经皮带带动小皮带轮转动,小皮带轮通过锯轴带动划线锯,弹簧一端与电机转板相连接,另一端固定在机体上,电机转板绕转轴进行转动,通过一端设有的弹簧进行皮带张紧,其不足是:弹簧拉力不容易控制,若弹簧拉力过小,则不能起到皮带张紧的作用,拉力过大,则势必带来安装上的困难;另一种是螺栓张紧(如图2),将电机转板上的弹簧改为螺栓,螺栓经电机转板上设有的槽孔与支架相连接,通过调整螺栓使电机转板转动来调节皮带的张紧,其不足是:对于皮带的张紧不易控制,电机被固定,当电机启动时,皮带瞬间受力过大且锯轴受径向力过大容易拉弯锯轴,当频繁启动一段时间后,螺栓有可能松动,从而影响其工作稳定性。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是克服上述现有技术的不足,提供一种结构合理、性能稳定的精密裁板锯的划线锯皮带张紧装置。
本实用新型可以通过以下措施达到:
一种精密裁板锯的划线锯皮带张紧装置,设有机体、电机、电机皮带轮、小带轮、皮带、转轴、电机转板,其特征在于设有气弹簧,气弹簧一端与电机转板相连接,另一端与机体相连接,使电机转板在气弹簧的作用下绕转轴旋转,达到调整皮带张紧的目的。
本实用新型由于采用上述结构,具有结构合理、性能稳定、提高工作效率等优点。

下面结合图1对本实用新型作进一步描述:
一种精密裁板锯的划线锯皮带张紧装置,设有机体、电机、电机皮带轮1、小带轮2、皮带3、转轴4、电机转板5,机体、电机、电机皮带轮1、小带轮2、皮带3、转轴4、电机转板5的结构和连接关系与现有技术相同,此不赘述,其特征在于设有气弹簧6,气弹簧6一端与电机转板5相连接,另一端与机体相连接,使电机转板5在气弹簧6的作用下绕转轴4旋转,达到调整皮带张紧的目的。初始安装时,根据皮带张紧受力大小调节气弹簧6,使之气弹簧6的伸出杆出杆由自由长度变为工作长度,受到一定压缩,产生一定压力从而让皮带3处于适当张紧状态;启动电机,皮带瞬间受力,电机绕转轴4逆时针运动,此时气弹簧6受到进一步压缩,气弹簧反作用力也急速增大,使电机迅速回到原始状态,皮带3张紧,电机平稳运行。本实用新型由于采用上述结构,具有结构合理、性能稳定、提高工作效率等优点。
