背景技术
目前，在汽车转向柱壳体加工过程中，原夹具基准孔难定位，加工误差大，夹具刚性太差，不适合批生产，也影响了生产效率和产品质量。为了提高生产效率和质量，就需要一个合适的夹具。
发明内容
本实用新型的目是克服现有技术的不足，提出了一种效率高、产品质量好、成本低且操作方便的汽车转向柱壳体加工夹具。
本实用新型是这样实现上述目的。
包括有底板，锁紧螺钉和压板，其主要特征是：底板上设有支撑筋板，在支撑筋板的一端设有“V”型定位块，另一端固有支座。
采用本实用新型的汽车转向柱壳体加工夹具，结构简单，效率高，产品质量好，成本低且操作方便。

1.底板，2.V型定位块，3.压板，4.支座，5.锁紧螺钉，6.滑动芯棒，7.支撑筋板，8.定位芯棒，9.支撑钉，10.零件。
具体实施方式
包括有底板1，锁紧螺钉5和压板3，底板1上设有支撑筋板7，在支撑筋板7的一端设有“V”型定位块2，另一端固有支座4。
底座1固定在机床上，将零件10一端插入“V“型定位块2定位，用滑动芯棒6插入零件10另一端，旋转零件10使定位芯棒8插入零件10的定向孔角向定位，调整支撑钉9，使其靠近零件10，调整定位芯棒8，轻压压板3，让零件10与夹具接触紧密，紧固锁紧螺钉5，让滑动芯棒6固定，扭紧螺母让支撑钉9，压板3与零件10紧密接触，零件10在夹具上装载完成即可实施加工。
