有压光弧的直线形金刚石拉丝模具
(一)技术领域:
本实用新型属于金属线材拉拔制造领域,具体地说是一种有压光弧的直线形金刚石拉丝模具。
(二)背景技术:
拉丝模具是拉拔各种金属线材的关键工具。为了提高生产效率,现在越来越多的厂家使用高速拉丝机拉丝。高速拉丝需要用直线形金刚石拉丝模具,现有的直线形金刚石拉丝模具的内孔分为:入口、压缩工作部、定径区、倒锥、出口五个部分,其中,定径区是圆柱形,其它部分是圆锥形,各部分之间有明显的交界线。在拉丝过程中,金属丝要受到很大的拉拔力,产生变形,金属丝表面的氧化层会剥落,加之拉丝过程中加入的润滑粉、润滑液中的微小颗粒的作用,金属丝会在定径区的出口处,即:在定径区与倒锥的交界线处产生剐丝,金属丝的表面被划伤,表面质量下降。这就需要改进拉丝模具的孔型,克服这种剐丝现象。
通过对目前拉丝模具生产厂家的考察,没有发现享有、生产、使用有压光弧的直线形金刚石拉丝模具。
通过对有关技术刊物、书籍的查阅,没有发现关于有压光弧的直线形金刚石拉丝模具技术的报道、记载。
通过对现有的中国专利检索查阅,没有发现关于有压光弧的直线形金刚石拉丝模具的专利。
(三)发明内容:
本实用新型的目的是提供一种有压光弧的直线形金刚石拉丝模具。
本实用新型的技术方案是:在直线形金刚石拉丝模具的内孔的定径区3、倒锥5之间增加一个压光弧4。
与现有技术比较,有益的效果是:有压光弧的直线形金刚石拉丝模具可以有效防止剐丝,提高金属丝的表面质量。

(五)具体实施方式:
如附图所示,附图中标明了:入口1、压缩工作部2、定径区3、压光弧4、倒锥5、出口6。

现有技术比较,有益的效果是:有压光弧4的直线形金刚石拉丝模具可以有效防止剐丝,提高丝的表面质量。
