Abstract

本实用新型是在已经授权的实用新型——“生产并列花生形弹性纤维的复合喷丝板(专利证书号:第1043325,专利号ZL200720119305.X)”的基础上,由喷丝微孔为两个圆形开发出喷丝微孔为两个十字形的并列复合纺丝喷丝板。本实用新型为一种生产并列双十字形弹性纤维的双通道复合喷丝板。两种组份熔体分别流入各自喷丝导孔中,经由两个大小可相同或不同的十字形喷丝微孔喷出,在喷出喷丝板后相互粘结在一起,形成横截面为并列双十字形状的复合纤维。采用这种构造的喷丝板,形成双组份复合纤维的截面类似双十字形状,具有六沟槽,两个组份分别对应双十字的一个十字,既保留了纤维的高弹性,又具备了吸湿排汗物理特性。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种生产吸湿排汗弹性复合纤维的喷丝板,尤其是能生产并列双十字形弹性纤维的双通道复合喷丝板。
背景技术
并列复合纤维的加工制做方法是把热胀缩性或湿胀缩性不同的两种成纤聚合物,并列地纺成一根单丝,此单丝通过加热及牵伸使之产生收缩,这样就可以得到螺旋状的立体卷曲。由于这种卷曲出自纤维的内在性质,因而与一般纤维通过外部施以机械作用产生的卷曲形变不同,是永久性和高弹性的。双通道复合喷丝板生产此类合成纤维的生产过程是:将两种组份以熔体的方式,流经各自通道,直接喂入喷丝板上的各自导孔中,两导孔对称倾斜互不贯通,两孔中心线沿长,相交于喷丝板挤出面外的一定距离,两组份熔体分别流经喷丝导孔,由喷丝板底部微孔喷出,在出喷丝板后相互粘结在一起,形成纤维(如图1所示)。通常技术是将喷丝板底部喷出的微孔设计成圆形(如图2所示),所生产出的纤维的横截面如图3。图3所示的纤维具有并列复合纤维的永久高弹性,但是不具有吸湿排汗特性。
发明内容
本实用新型是在已经授权的实用新型---“生产并列花生形弹性纤维的复合喷丝板(专利证书号:第1043325,专利号ZL2007 2 0119305.X)”的基础上,由喷丝微孔为两个圆形开发出喷丝微孔为两个十字形的并列复合纺丝喷丝板。本实用新型采用的技术方案是:将两种组份以熔体的方式,流经各自通道,直接喂入喷丝板上的各自导孔中,两导孔对称倾斜互不贯通,两孔中心线沿长,相交于喷丝板挤出面外的一定距离(如图1所示),两组份熔体分别流经喷丝导孔,由喷丝板底部微孔喷出,在出喷丝板后相互粘结在一起,形成纤维。喷丝板底部微孔各为一个十字,两个十字孔的大小可相同或不同(如图4所示)。两种组份熔体分别流经各自十字形微孔后喷出,在喷出喷丝板后相互粘结在一起,纤维的横截面为双十字形状(如图5所示)。丝通过加热及牵伸使之产生收缩,这样就可以得到螺旋状的立体卷曲,由于这种卷曲出自纤维的内在性质,因而与一般纤维通过外部施以机械作用产生的卷曲形变不同,是永久性和高弹性的,由于单丝的横截面为并排的双十字形,接触面积增大,产生比天然纤维更加均匀的吸湿排汗效果。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,并列复合纤维的A、B两种组份熔体,流经各自通道,直接喂入喷丝板1上的各自导孔2、3中,两导孔2、3对称倾斜互不贯通,两孔中心线沿长,相交于喷丝板挤出面外的一定距离,两组份熔体分别流入喷丝导孔2、3中,经喷丝板底部微孔4、5喷出,在出喷丝板后相互粘结在一起,形成纤维(如图1所示)。喷丝板底部微孔各为一个十字,两个十字孔的大小可相同或不同(如图4所示)。两个并排的十字孔分别对应导孔2,3中A、B两个组份的熔体流,以保证两种组份流量稳定,喷出喷丝板时粘结复合,从而形成复合单丝截面为双十字形状的并列形复合纤维。多根复合单丝组合成一束并列复合纤维。

Claims (3)

1.一种生产并列双十字形弹性复合纤维的复合喷丝板,其特征是:喷丝板上的喷丝导孔为双通道,每组对应的两导孔对称倾斜,互不贯通,各喷丝微孔的形状均为十字形。
2.根据权利要求1所述的生产并列双十字形弹性复合纤维的喷丝板,其特征是:两倾斜的喷丝导孔的中心线沿长,相交于喷丝板挤出面外的一定距离。
3.根据权利要求1所述的生产并列双十字形弹性复合纤维的喷丝板,其特征是:每组喷丝导孔下连接的喷丝微孔均为十字孔,其两个十字孔大小尺寸可以相同或不同。
