Abstract

本实用新型涉及一种小模数干、湿切卧式数控滚齿机的刀架。其特征是刀具主轴驱动电机是连接有风冷装置的交流伺服电机;刀架上切向滑板中的刀具主轴轴承采用与供油系统构成闭式循环回路的润滑结构;刀架上装有磁性测量系统;刀架上设有气体喷嘴和液体喷嘴两套冷却刀具喷嘴。本实用新型设计合理,自动化程度高,能确保刀具主轴高精度回转的持久性,完全满足机床干、湿高速切削的要求。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种数控机床,尤其涉及一种具有干、湿切功能的小模数卧式数控滚齿机的刀架。
背景技术
刀架是数控机床最重要而且又是最复杂的一个部件。它的主要功能不仅驱动刀具高速回转,而且还要实现与工件主轴回转按一定函数关系同步运动,按展成法原理切出齿轮。它的次要功能实现滚刀所有切削刃都依次参加切削窜刀运动,充分利用刀具降低生产成本。现有技术的刀架,设计不够合理,如刀具主轴采用主轴电机驱动,其不足是体积大,估用空间多,这对小模数数控机是不合适的;其次是自动化程度不够高;刀具主轴高精度回转的持久性不足。
发明内容
本实用新型主要目的是开发一种能适用于驱动数控滚齿机刀具高速回转并按一定函数关系切出齿轮的小模数干、湿切卧式数控滚齿机刀架。
本实用新型的上述技术问题主要是通过下述技术方案得以解决的:一种小模数干、湿切卧式数控滚齿机的刀架,包含有刀架体,切向滑板,直线导轨,辅助支承,刀杆,垫圈,刀具,刀具主轴驱动电机,窜刀电机,其特征在于:所述刀具主轴驱动电机是连接有风冷装置的交流伺服电机;所述刀架上切向滑板中的刀具主轴轴承采用与供油系统构成闭式循环回路的润滑结构;所述刀架上装有磁性测量系统;所述刀架上设有气体喷嘴和液体喷嘴两套冷却刀具喷嘴。
本实用新型的有益效果是:设备设计合理,自动化程度高,能确保刀具主轴高精度回转的持久性,完全满足机床干、湿高速切削的要求。

具体实施方式
下面通过实施例并结合附图,对本实用新型的技术方案作进一步具体说明。
实施例:
如图1所示的滚齿机刀架,刀架体11,切向滑板8,直线导轨1,辅助支承2,刀杆7,螺母3,垫圈4,刀具5,交流伺服电机9,磁性测量系统12,窜刀电机13,风冷装置10,轴承14。
采用交流伺服电机驱动刀具主轴。现有技术中,中等规格以上的数控滚齿机的刀具主轴采用主轴电机驱动,由于主轴电机体积大,功率大,对小模数数控滚齿机不合适。本实用新型采用1FT6084交流伺服电机9驱动,由于刀具主轴需要频繁高速正反转,发热量大,容易烧坏电机,因此与电机相连的采用风冷装置10对交流伺服电机进行降温。
刀具主轴轴承润滑结构。刀架上切向滑板中的刀具主轴轴承的进出口与供油系统构成闭式循环回路的润滑结构。将低压油进入切向滑板轴承座中,在润滑高精度轴承的同时,将轴承在高速回转中产生的热量带走,通过热交换,使轴承在2245rpm范围内温升持续保持在合理范围,确保刀具主轴高精度回转持久性。箭头所示为低压油进口与出口。
刀架上装有磁性测量装置12。通过该装实现刀具窜刀精密化、数字化,有利于提高刀具利用率,提高机床生产效率,降低生产成本。
刀架上冷却刀具喷咀。配有气体喷嘴和液体喷嘴两套冷却刀具喷嘴,用户可以根据需要采用湿切法加工时选用液体喷嘴,用油来冷却刀具并冲走铁屑;在采用干切法加工时采用气体喷嘴,用气来来冷却刀具和吹走铁屑。
采用上述结构使用在YGS3610CNC干、湿切卧式数控滚齿机上,完全满足机床切削要求。

1、一种小模数干、湿切卧式数控滚齿机刀架,包含刀架体(11),切向滑板(8),直线导轨(1),辅助支承(2),刀杆(7),刀具(5),刀具主轴驱动电机,窜刀电机(13),其特征在于:所述刀具主轴驱动电机是连接有风冷装置(10)的交流伺服电机(9);所述刀架上切向滑板(8)中的刀具主轴轴承采用与供油系统构成闭式循环回路的润滑结构;所述刀架上装有磁性测量系统(12);所述刀架上设有气体喷嘴和液体喷嘴两套冷却刀具喷嘴。
