Abstract

本实用新型所述的分体式端墙结构,各结构之间采用螺栓快速连接,实现降低施工时间及劳动强度的目的。所述的分体式端墙结构,整体为分体式结构。包括有外板和闭塞板,外板通过螺栓与闭塞板的四周边框进行连接。外板所采用的铝型材骨架较少,其作用是用于搬运车内安装装置(如卫生间等模块机构)的搬运通道。等车内装备搬运结束后,使用螺栓安装闭塞板,整体结构的安装施工时间少、劳动强度低。闭塞板的外端骨架上设置有用于安装内风挡的安装座。外板上设置有安装外风挡的安装座。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种用于轨道车辆的分体式铝合金端墙结构,属于机械制造领域。
背景技术
目前国内轨道车辆的时速已达到200公里以上,特别是200公里以上速度级动车组的广泛使用,车体所承受的各种载荷逐渐加大,对车体的强度指标要求也越来越高。
端墙结构作为车体的一个重要部件,其强度和整体气密性指标显得尤其重要。而且,由于车内设备模块数量的增加,车内设备的吊装施工也相应地增加了难度。这些都是现有高速轨道车辆在设计和使用制造过程中,较难以解决的难题。
实用新型内容
本实用新型所述的分体式端墙结构,其设计目的在于解决上述问题而提供一种分体式铝合金端墙结构,各结构之间采用螺栓快速连接,实现降低施工时间及劳动强度的目的。
另一设计目的在于,通过采用分体式结构,对于不同断面的车型易于进行模块化设计。而且充分保证了端墙结构的强度和刚度、以及气密性能。
为实现上述设计目的,所述的分体式端墙结构,整体为分体式结构。
包括有外板和闭塞板,外板通过螺栓与闭塞板的四周边框进行连接。
如上述方案特征,外板所采用的铝型材骨架较少,其作用是用于搬运车内安装装置(如卫生间等模块机构)的搬运通道。等车内装备搬运结束后,使用螺栓安装闭塞板,整体结构的安装施工时间少、劳动强度低。
为实现风挡安装的方便快捷,在所述闭塞板的外端骨架上设置有用于安装内风挡的安装座,所述外板上设置有安装外风挡的安装座。
为改善端墙结构的气密性,进一步的细化方案是,闭塞板和外板的接触面及四周填充有密封材料。
如上所述,本实用新型分体式端墙结构的优点是,整体结构的强度和刚度较高、易于保证车内环境的气密性能。而且,各结构之间采用螺栓快速连接,能够降低施工时间及劳动强度。

具体实施方式
实施例1,如图1和图2所示,所述的分体式端墙结构具有外板1和闭塞板2。闭塞板2和外板1的接触面及四周填充有密封材料。
外板1是4mm的铝板,并通过螺栓3与闭塞板2的四周边框进行连接。
闭塞板2的外端骨架上设置有用于安装风挡的安装座4。
外板1上设置有安装外风挡的安装座5。
端墙结构的骨架材料采用强度较高的A7N01S-T5型材,外板材质为A5083P-0,这充分保证了端墙结构的强度和刚度。

Claims (4)

1.一种分体式端墙结构,其特征在于:整体为分体式结构,具有外板(1)和闭塞板(2),外板(1)通过螺栓(3)与闭塞板(2)的四周边框进行连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的分体式端墙结构,其特征在于:在所述闭塞板(2)的外端骨架上设置有用于安装内风挡的安装座(4)。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的分体式端墙结构,其特征在于:在所述外板(1)上设置有安装外风挡的安装座(5)。
4.根据权利要求3所述的分体式端墙结构,其特征在于:所述的闭塞板(2)和外板(1)的接触面及四周填充有密封材料。
