本实用新型所述带有热熔型减振材料的中空薄壁型材,采用铝合金中空薄壁挤压型材板,以实现较高的刚性和强度设计要求。并采用减振隔音材料以降低噪音向客室内的传递,提高旅客乘车的舒适度。型材通过挤压工艺而形成一体式结构,在内板和外板之间设置有多个连续的斜筋板,相邻的斜筋板将型材内部空间分割成若干个等腰三角形;所述型材的两端设置有用于插接的插片。两个相邻型材的插片在相互插接后形成60°-80°的焊接坡口。在相邻斜筋板分割成的等腰三角形中,铺设有热熔型减振吸音条。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种中空薄壁型材,具体地应用于构成轨道车辆车体结构的铝合金型材板,属于机械制造领域。
背景技术
目前国内轨道车辆的时速已达到200公里以上,200公里以上速度级动车组的广泛使用对于车体刚性和乘坐舒适化设计提出了更高的要求。
现有采用的铝合金车体结构一般包括有骨架外壳、薄型材单壳和中空型材双壳结构等。上述车体型材结构,在刚性、强度和轻量化性能参数上尚无法达到统一,因此在实现高速车辆车体的设计和使用上还存在着一定的难点。
另外当列车高速在运行时,特别是在穿行隧道区间时,来自车外的噪音被认为是引起客室内噪音的最大来源,从而直接到影响旅客乘车的舒适度。
实用新型内容
本实用新型所述的带有热熔型减振材料的中空薄壁型材,其设计目的在于解决上述问题而采用铝合金中空薄壁挤压型材板,以实现较高的刚性和强度设计要求。
另一设计目的在于,采用减振隔音材料以降低噪音向客室内的传递,提高旅客乘车的舒适度。
为实现上述设计目的,所述带有热熔型减振材料的中空薄壁型材的主要方案是:
型材通过挤压工艺而形成一体式结构,在内板和外板之间设置有多个连续的斜筋板,相邻的斜筋板将型材内部空间分割成若干个等腰三角形;
所述型材的两端设置有用于插接的插片。
为改善型材相互插接连接的紧固性能而提高整体强度,两个相邻型材的插片在相互插接后形成60°-80°的焊接坡口。
为实现降低车体外部噪音对客室内部的影响,在相邻斜筋板分割成的等腰三角形中,铺设有热熔型减振吸音条。
如上述方案,本实用新型带有热熔型减振材料的中空薄壁型材具有的优点是:
1、整体结构刚性和强度较高,而且采用插接相互连接,有助于车体轻量化设计。
2、采用减振隔音材料,可以有效地降低噪音向客室内的传递,提高旅客乘车舒适性。

具体实施方式
实施例1,如图1和图2所示,所述带有热熔型减振材料的中空薄壁型材,是通过挤压工艺而形成一体式结构。其中,
在内板1和外板2之间设置有多个连续的斜筋板3,相邻的斜筋板3将型材板内部空间分割成若干个等腰三角形。
型材板的两端设置有用于插接的插片4,在相互插接后形成70°的焊接坡口5。
在相邻斜筋板3分割成的等腰三角形中,铺设有热熔型减振吸音条6,其选用材质是合成树脂或其他材料。
所述的中空薄壁型材,选材A6N01S-T5型铝合金。

1.一种带有热熔型减振材料的中空薄壁型材,通过挤压工艺而形成一体式结构,其特征在于:在内板(1)和外板(2)之间设置有多个连续的斜筋板(3),相邻的斜筋板(3)将型材内部空间分割成若干个等腰三角形;
所述型材的两端设置有用于插接的插片(4)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的带有热熔型减振材料的中空薄壁型材,其特征在于:两个相邻的型材的插片(4),在相互插接后形成60°-80°的焊接坡口(5)。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的带有热熔型减振材料的中空薄壁型材,其特征在于:在相邻斜筋板(3)分割成的等腰三角形中,铺设有热熔型减振吸音条(6)。
