Abstract

本实用新型提供了一种电缆的剥线器，由底板、导向块、刀片、定位块和活动块组成，所述底板的一端通过轴固定活动块，在活动块的一侧固定刀片；所述底板上与刀片相对应的位置上固定导向块，在导向块上滑动固定定位块。该剥线器通过底板上的导向块固定电缆，通过活块的活动带动刀片进行切割，切割的深度通过活动块上的可调螺丝确定，准确方便。

本实用新型涉及一种电缆的剥线器。
背景技术
目前对电缆线的剥离，一般有采取用简易的钳子进行剥离，由于在使用钳子剥离电缆线的时候，所用力度均有操作员凭感觉使出，很容易导致剥离力度过轻不能剥离，或剥离力度过重导致不需要剥离的层面也被剥离，剥线次品率极高。
实用新型内容
本实用新型提供了一种能方便快捷地进行剥线的电缆线剥线器。
为了解决以上技术问题，本实用新型的一种电缆的剥线器，由底板、导向块、刀片、定位块和活动块组成，所述底板的一端通过轴固定活动块，在活动块的一侧固定刀片；所述底板上与刀片相对应的位置上固定导向块，在导向块上滑动固定定位块。
所述活动块的前端旋有可调螺丝。
所述导向块上设有两条平行的凹槽。
以上结构的优点在于：该剥线器通过底板上的导向块固定电缆，通过活块的活动带动刀片进行切割，切割的深度通过活动块上的可调螺丝确定，准确方便。

具体实施方式
如图所示，在底板1的一端通过轴2固定活动块3，在活动块3的前端打孔9并旋有螺丝10，在其一侧固定刀片4；再在底板1上与刀片4相对应的位置上固定导向块5，导向块5上设有两条平行的凹槽6、7，并在导向块5的凹槽6、7之间滑动固定定位块8。使用时，凹槽6、7只使用一个即可，另一个留着在其中一个凹槽有瑕疵时备用。

1、一种电缆的剥线器，由底板、导向块、刀片、定位块和活动块组成，其特征在于：所述底板的一端通过轴固定活动块，在活动块的一侧固定刀片；所述底板上与刀片相对应的位置上固定导向块，在导向块上滑动固定定位块。
2、根据权利要求1所述的一种电缆的剥线器，其特征在于：所述活动块的前端旋有可调螺丝。
3、根据权利要求1所述的一种电缆的剥线器，其特征在于：所述导向块上设有两条平行的凹槽。
