背景技术
酸槽是金属酸洗生产线中储存酸液设备,传动部位位于挤干箱内,酸槽与挤干箱连接为一体,生产过程中酸液温度为90℃-95℃,受温度变化的影响,塑料酸槽产生热胀冷缩现象,而酸槽与挤干箱都固定在槽体支撑架上,使酸槽易损坏。
发明内容
本实用新型酸的目的是克服现有技术的不足,提供一种酸槽和挤干箱体分为二部分,不易损坏酸槽的一种分体式酸槽和挤干箱体。
本实用新型中酸槽和挤干箱体分为二部分,酸槽和挤干箱之间采用承插连接,避免酸槽在生产过程中产生热胀冷缩而损坏酸槽,通过承插连接可保证两者之间有足够的热胀冷缩空间,使其在酸槽内部可完成热胀冷缩的过程。
其优点是:采用承插连接替代固定结构,将酸槽和挤干箱体分为二部分,使其在酸槽内部可完成热胀冷缩的过程。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,本实用新型中酸槽1和挤干箱体2采用承插连接5,有足够的热胀冷缩空间,使其在酸槽内部可完成热胀冷缩的过程,从而避免酸槽在生产过程中产生热胀冷缩而损坏酸槽。
