背景技术
汽车散热器在汽车高速行驶过程中，散热器水介质温度急速上升，散热器芯子结构承载着严重的热胀冷缩，周而复使，直至使散热器因变形产生泄漏，散热失效，较大的降低了散热器使用寿命，为防止散热器芯子扭曲，变形，从而影响散热芯子焊接面松动，在散热器产品中，芯子结构较长的芯子断开其侧板，使侧板变成两段，利用断开线处补偿热胀冷缩的变形轨迹，缓解热胀冷缩带来的结构破坏，众多生产厂家都是在散热器生产完毕后，手工锯开芯子侧板，芯子表面有一定损坏，影响产品外观，且多增加一道生产工序。
发明内容
为了克服上述缺陷，本实用新型的目的是提供一种散热器芯子热胀冷缩的伸缩结构。
在不增加生产工序，保证芯子表面外观完整性，且更能补偿热胀冷缩的变形轨迹，在侧板模具设计上增加一道的伸缩缝，
为了实现上述目的，本实用新型采用如下技术方案：
一种散热器芯子热胀冷缩的伸缩结构，其是散热器芯子的侧板上设有“V”型伸缩缝。
“V”型伸缩缝至少两个。
本实用新型的优点是：“V”型伸缩缝，在模具上增加，减少一道生产工序，根椐芯子长短，厚薄设计，使变形轨迹补偿更合理。
