背景技术
汽车散热器在汽车高速行驶过程中,散热器水介质温度急速上升,散热器芯子结构承载着严重的热胀冷缩,周而复使,直至使散热器因变形产生泄漏,散热失效,较大的降低了散热器使用寿命,为防止散热器芯子扭曲,变形,从而影响散热芯子焊接面松动,在散热器产品中,芯子结构较长的芯子断开其侧板,使侧板变成两段,利用断开线处补偿热胀冷缩的变形轨迹,缓解热胀冷缩带来的结构破坏,众多生产厂家都是在散热器生产完毕后,手工锯开芯子侧板,芯子表面有一定损坏,影响产品外观,且多增加一道生产工序。
发明内容
为了克服上述缺陷,本实用新型的目的是提供一种散热器芯子热胀冷缩的伸缩结构。
在不增加生产工序,保证芯子表面外观完整性,且更能补偿热胀冷缩的变形轨迹,在侧板模具设计上增加一道的伸缩缝,
为了实现上述目的,本实用新型采用如下技术方案:
一种散热器芯子热胀冷缩的伸缩结构,其是散热器芯子的侧板上设有“V”型伸缩缝。
“V”型伸缩缝至少两个。
本实用新型的优点是:“V”型伸缩缝,在模具上增加,减少一道生产工序,根椐芯子长短,厚薄设计,使变形轨迹补偿更合理。
