Abstract

一种电机的条型定子铁芯结构,包括由多个基本单元并排组成,每个基本单元包括背部(1)和齿部(2)组成,相邻的两个基本单元的背部(1)之间形成相互连接的结合部(3),依靠结合部(3)使各个基本单元折弯合围成一环状,其特征在于:在首尾两个基本单元上设置一锁紧装置使各个基本单元折弯合围成的环状构造得以保持。可以在嵌线工序时定子铁芯展开成直线排列结构,绕线的齿部都是敞开的,这使嵌线工序变得非常简单,提高了生产效率和保证了产品质量,当嵌线工序完成后各个基本单元折弯合围成一环状时可以利用锁紧装置维持环状构造,操作简单方便,提高了生产效率。

技术领域:
本实用新型涉及一种电机的条型定子铁芯结构。
背景技术:
传统电机的定子铁芯是多片环状的铁片叠装而成,其内壁设置有若干个齿,定子线圈绕组绕在齿上,由于环状结构给嵌线工序——即将定子线圈绕组绕在齿带来很大的困难,嵌线的工作效率低,并且影响产品的可靠性。于是有人想出条型定子铁芯,如图1所示,它成直线排列,绕线的齿部都是敞开的,这使嵌线工序变得非常简单,提高了生产效率和保证了产品的质量。但是在嵌线工序完成后需要将条型定子铁芯变成环状,传统的做法是:将首尾两个基本单元的接触配合面焊接起来使之维持环状,但这样的工序复杂麻烦,效率低,成本高。
发明内容:
本实用新型的目的是提供一种结构简单合理、具有自锁装置维持环状的电机的条型定子铁芯结构。
本实用新型的技术方案是这样实现的:
一种电机的条型定子铁芯结构,包括由多个基本单元并排组成,每个基本单元包括背部和齿部组成,相邻的两个基本单元的背部之间形成相互连接的结合部,依靠结合部使各个基本单元折弯合围成一环状,在首尾两个基本单元上设置一锁紧装置使各个基本单元折弯合围成的环状构造得以保持。可以在嵌线工序时定子铁芯展开成直线排列结构,绕线的齿部都是敞开的,这使嵌线工序变得非常简单,提高了生产效率和保证了产品的质量,当嵌线工序完成后各个基本单元折弯合围成一环状时可以方便利用锁紧装置维持环状构造,操作简单方便,提高了生产效率。
上述所述锁紧装置包括一扣爪和一卡槽,扣爪位于首个基本单元的背部上,卡槽位于最后一个基本单元的背部的外表面上,扣爪扣合在卡槽里面。结构简单,制造容易。
上述所述的结合部包括左配合面、右配合面和左配合面、右配合面之间围成切槽,相邻的两个基本单元的背部之间是相连的。结构合理简单,便于各个基本单元折弯合围成一环状。
上述首个基本单元的背部的一侧设置有定位槽,在最后一个基本单元的背部的一侧设置定位凸块,当各个基本单元折弯合围成一环状时,定位凸块嵌套在定位槽里面,便于各个基本单元折弯合围成一环状。

具体实施方式:
如图1、图2、图3和图4所示,本实用新型包括由多个基本单元并排组成,每个基本单元包括背部1和T型的齿部2组成,相邻的两个基本单元的背部1之间形成相互连接的结合部3,依靠结合部3使各个基本单元折弯合围成一环状,在首尾两个基本单元上设置一锁紧装置使各个基本单元折弯合围成的环状构造得以保持。所述锁紧装置包括一扣爪4和一卡槽5,扣爪4位于首个基本单元的背部1上,卡槽5位于最后一个基本单元的背部1的外表面上。扣爪4扣合在卡槽5里面所述的结合部3包括左配合面31、右配合面32和左配合面31、右配合面32之间围成切槽33,相邻的两个基本单元的背部1之间是相连的。首个基本单元的背部1的一侧设置有定位槽6,在最后一个基本单元的背部1的一侧设置定位凸块7,当各个基本单元折弯合围成一环状时,定位凸块7嵌套在定位槽6里面。

Claims (4)

1、一种电机的条型定子铁芯结构,包括由多个基本单元并排组成,每个基本单元包括背部(1)和齿部(2)组成,相邻的两个基本单元的背部(1)之间形成相互连接的结合部(3),依靠结合部(3)使各个基本单元折弯合围成一环状,其特征在于:在首尾两个基本单元上设置一锁紧装置使各个基本单元折弯合围成的环状构造得以保持。
2、根据权利要求1所述的一种电机的条型定子铁芯结构,其特征在于:所述锁紧装置包括一扣爪(4)和一卡槽(5),扣爪(4)位于首个基本单元的背部(1)上,卡槽(5)位于最后一个基本单元的背部(1)的外表面上,扣爪(4)扣合在卡槽(5)里面。
3、根据权利要求1或2所述的一种电机的条型定子铁芯结构,其特征在于:所述的结合部(3)包括左配合面(31)、右配合面(32)和左配合面(31)、右配合面(32)之间围成切槽(33),相邻的两个基本单元的背部(1)之间是相连的。
4、根据权利要求1或2所述的一种电机的条型定子铁芯结构,其特征在于:首个基本单元的背部(1)的一侧设置有定位槽(6),在最后一个基本单元的背部(1)的一侧设置定位凸块(7),当各个基本单元折弯合围成一环状时,定位凸块(7)嵌套在定位槽(6)里面。
