如图1所示，本实用新型的汽车安全带滑板植绒摩擦条，其包括U字型的本体1，在本体1的外侧表面涂覆有粘结层2，在粘结层2上植有绒毛3，在本体1内侧两边对称设有槽沟4。绒毛3的长度为0.3-1.5mm。绒毛的粗细度为1-9D。可以通过改变植绒面绒毛粗细长短以及植绒的粗细度来提供满足滑道和滑轨和合适的摩擦系数，从而实现汽车安全带和在滑板上的B柱链接点位置上下自由调节，并使得安全带滑板可以停留在可调范围内任意位置。
本实用新型在加工的过程中，通过挤出加工工艺和植绒工艺的有机结合，将挤出和在挤出后的产品表面进行三维立体植绒加工的工艺需求，同时在一条生产线上通过流水作业的生产方式实现。产品在挤出并定型后通过特殊的工艺控制，直接在产品进行上胶和静电植绒。完成从聚合物原料到满足尺寸、外观、性能要求附带植绒的最终产品全过程自动控制，无需人工操作。从而高效率、低成本产出高质量的安全带滑板植绒摩擦条。
