本实用新型与电机拖动底盘液压制动系统操纵装置有关。
背景技术:
为了降低成本,采用最简单的制动管路系统,在保证具有足够制动强度的条件下,电机拖动底盘选择了双管路液压制动方式。
在液压制动系统中,为了减小驾驶员的制动踏板力,通常都要安装真空助力器。真空助力器的安装方式最简单是纵置,但对于质量较大的车辆则使用规格较大的真空助力装置,受到驾驶室空间位置的限制,在电机拖动底盘上该装置只能采用横向布置方式。由于传力方向的变化,传统的装有横置真空助力器的行车制动操纵机构结构复杂,零部件多,成本高,体积大。
实用新型内容:
本实用新型的目的是提供一种结构简单,体积小,操作轻松,组成各件转动自如,结构可靠的电机拖动底盘行车制动操纵机构。
本实用新型是这样实现的:
本实用新型电机拖动底盘行车制动操纵机构,踏板臂4的一端连接踏板5,踏板臂有孔与支架上的轴7动配合,其另一端与拉杆2的一端铰接,拉杆2的另一端与第一摆臂3的端部铰接,第二摆臂8的端部与真空助力器1的推杆9的端部铰接,第一,二摆臂的另一端固连并与支架上的支承轴10动配合。
踏板臂4的另一端有上弯头6与拉杆2的一球头端铰接,上弯头的拐部有孔与轴7动配合,拉杆2的另一球头端与第一摆臂3铰接,第一、二摆臂构成夹角的两边。
推杆9、轴7和拉杆2的一球头端的铰接轴向相同,拉杆2的另一球头端的铰接轴向与支承轴10的轴向相同。
本实用新型结构简单,体积小,采用球头拉杆结构,使踏板臂上、下运动方向无干涉,组成各件转动自如,操作轻便,结构可靠。

具体实施方式:
真空助力器1横向布置于驾驶室内仪表板下,其推杆9与摆臂8铰接,摆臂3与拉杆2的一球头端铰接,摆臂3、8构成直角连接并与支承轴10转动配合,拉杆2的另一球头端与踏板臂4的上弯头6铰接,上弯头6的拐部与轴7转动配合。踏板臂4的端部有踏板5。
传动过程如下:
在驾车人员脚踩踏板力P的作用下,踏板臂4的被动端按逆时针方向转动(如图1所示),推动球头拉杆2上行,在拉杆的推动下,摆臂3被动按图示顺时针方向摆动,真空助力器推杆9左移,其真空腔打开与正在工作的真空泵接通,在大气压差的作用下起推动制动总缸活塞压出制动液的助力作用,车辆进入行车制动状态。当放松踏板时,在真空助力器回位弹簧和操纵机构扭转弹簧(图中未表示)的合力作用下踏板回位,制动过程结束。

1、电机拖动底盘行车制动操纵机构,其特征在于踏板臂(4)的一端连接踏板(5),踏板臂有孔与支架上的轴(7)动配合,其另一端与拉杆(2)的一端铰接,拉杆(2)的另一端与第一摆臂(3)的端部铰接,第二摆臂(8)的端部与真空助力器(1)的推杆(9)的端部铰接,第一,二摆臂的另一端固连并与支架上的支承轴(10)动配合。
2、根据权利要求1所述的机构,其特征在于踏板臂(4)的另一端有上弯头(6)与拉杆(2)的一球头端铰接,上弯头的拐部有孔与轴(7)动配合,拉杆(2)的另一球头端与第一摆臂(3)铰接,第一、二摆臂构成夹角的两边。
