本实用新型涉及一种太阳能配件,具体地说是太阳能晶片承载框。
背景技术
目前,国内用户使用的晶片承载框全部采用CC材料(即碳纤维复合材料,又名碳碳复合材料)为主体制作,以使用5mm厚或更厚CC材料为主。由于承载框主体上镂空出用于承载硅片的孔,仅仅保留有纵向、横向较窄的孔间横梁,使得承载框整体结构强度削弱很大。这样结构的承载框在镀膜过程中,需要承担自己和硅片的重量,在使用一段时间以后,很容易产生扭曲、变形现象,从而使硅片破碎率增加,而且磨损镀膜设备,造成较大的经济损失。
发明内容
本实用新型的技术任务是针对以上不足之处,提供一种减少材料耗用,降低生产成本、延长使用寿命的太阳能晶片承载框。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:该承载框包括框体和孔间横梁,在框体的孔间横梁下方垂直框体方向设置有条形加强筋。
所述的加强筋通过多个U形卡扣固定在孔间横梁的下方。
所述的孔间横梁的下方纵向或横向设置有加强筋。
所述的框体的厚度为2~5mm。
本实用新型的太阳能晶片承载框和现有技术相比,具有设计合理、结构简单、材料耗用少、生产成本低、使用寿命长、生产效率高等特点,解决了框体因为需要承担自己和硅片的重量而导致变形的问题。

本实用新型的太阳能晶片承载框,其结构包括框体1和孔间横梁2,在框体1的孔间横梁2下方垂直框体1方向设置有条形加强筋3;加强筋3通过多个U形卡扣4固定在孔间横梁2的下方;加强筋3可纵向或横向设置在孔间横梁2的下方;框体1的厚度为3mm。
本实用新型的太阳能晶片承载框其加工制作非常简单方便,按说明书附图所示加工制作即可。
除说明书所述的技术特征外,均为本专业技术人员的已知技术。

1、太阳能晶片承载框,包括框体和孔间横梁,其特征在于在框体的孔间横梁下方垂直框体方向设置有条形加强筋。
2、根据权利要求1所述的太阳能晶片承载框,其特征在于加强筋通过多个U形卡扣固定在孔间横梁的下方。
3、根据权利要求1所述的太阳能晶片承载框,其特征在于孔间横梁的下方纵向或横向设置有加强筋。
4、根据权利要求1所述的太阳能晶片承载框,其特征在于框体的厚度为2~5mm。
