Abstract

本实用新型关于一种电连接器组件,用以电性连接晶片模组和印刷电路板,其包括设有若干收容槽道的绝缘本体、中间开设有收容空间且组设于绝缘本体周边的固持框、容置于收容槽道内的若干导电端子以及在固持框至少两个相对端角的上方设置的用以固持晶片模组的定位片,晶片模组边缘侧面的两端均设有突出部用以卡持配合定位片,使晶片模组与导电端子保持良好电性连接。

电连接器组件
【技术领域】
本实用新型关于一种电连接器组件,尤其是指电性连接晶片模组和印刷电路板的电连接器组件。
【背景技术】
随着电子技术的飞速发展,现有技术中电性连接晶片模组和印刷电路板的电连接器组件被广泛的应用于各种类型的电子设备中,其结构一般包括设有收容槽道的绝缘本体、收容于收容槽道内的若干导电端子以及组设于绝缘本体周边的固持框,另外,晶片模组上还设有用以压置晶片模组使其固定至电连接器的盖体。通常的晶片模组呈矩形设置,当要将晶片模组和印刷电路板电性连接时,需先将电连接器组件置于印刷电路板上以实现导电端子与印刷电路板的电性连接,再将晶片模组置于绝缘本体上以实现导电端子与晶片模组的电性连接,而后,将盖体压置于晶片模组上固定晶片模组,从而实现印刷电路板与晶片模组的电性连接。
然而这种结构的电连接器组件至少存在着以下的缺点:晶片模组组设于绝缘本体上方,其上设置有盖体,使晶片模组通过压接的方式与电连接器组件相连接,盖体的设置虽能保持晶片模组与电连接器组件纵向的稳定连接,但在压置的过程中,由于压置力分散不均,很容易产生侧向的分力,造成晶片模组在横向上的偏移,使晶片模组无法与导电端子良好电性连接,影响到晶片模组的正常工作。
鉴于上述弊端,完全有必要设计一种针对上述缺点的新型电连接器组件。
【实用新型内容】
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种能够在晶片模组与印刷电路板之间提供稳定连接的电连接器组件。
为达到上述目的,本实用新型采用如下技术方案:一种电连接器组件,其包括设有若干收容槽道的绝缘本体、容置于收容槽道内的若干导电端子、中间开设有收容空间且组设于绝缘本体周边的固持框,在固持框四个拐角的上方,至少在两个相对的拐角设置有用以固持晶片模组的定位片。
相对于现有技术,本实用新型具有如下有益方面:固持框至少在两个相对的拐角上组设有定位片,使其能够稳定固持晶片模组于电连接器组件之上,不会产生纵向或者横向的偏移。

【具体实施方式】
请参阅图1至图3所示,本实用新型电连接器组件用于电性连接两个分离的电子元件,如晶片模组2和印刷电路板(未图示),其包括:中间开设有收容空间10的固持框1、包含有若干收容槽道(未标示)的绝缘本体4、容置于收容槽道的若干导电端子5以及组设于固持框1拐角处的定位片3。
固持框1大致为一中间开设有收容空间10的矩形,该矩形的四个拐角均向外侧突出延展形成延展部12,第一定位孔120凹陷于延展部12的表面并贯通于延展部12,在第一定位孔120两侧对称设有相互垂直的凹槽122。固持框1的边框朝向收容空间10一侧的大致中间位置,垂直延伸有延长部110,其将固持框1每一侧的边框均等划分为两段,同时也将整个收容空间10划分为四个完全相同的部分。边框被延长部110均等分开的两段朝向收容空间10的一侧,均设有凹陷于边框的第一干涉部100。
绝缘本体4包括若干呈L型的基部41,基部41上定义有若干阵列状排列的收容槽道,用以收容与之数量相等的导电端子5。绝缘本体4的外边缘与第一干涉部100相对应的位置处设置有第二干涉部42用以和第一干涉部100配合干涉卡持。各个基部41首尾相对,形成了绝缘本体4与固持框1卡持后的矩形结构,其中在该矩形结构的中心位置,形成有空穴40。
定位片3设有平板部31,该平板部31大致呈一个切去各顶角的等腰直角三角形,其中在靠近该等腰直角三角形底边的中间部分,第二定位孔310由表面向下凹陷并贯通于平板部31,平板部31靠近并且平行于两直角边的部分分列有相互垂直的固持部32,固持部32为阶梯状设置,其设有可以与晶片模组2抵接的抵接部320以及起加强作用的加强部321,这两个部分均垂直于平板部31。固持部32的顶部为楔形结构,分别与抵接部320和加强部321形成第一楔形面3200和第二楔形面3210。平板部31向下凸伸有定位柱312分列于底面两侧并分别平行于平板部31的两个直角边,其与凹槽122相对应,两者配合卡持使定位片3组设于固持框1之上。
晶片模组2大致为一矩形,其侧面22的两端向外突出,形成突出部21,该突出部21与定位片3的固持部32相干涉,使晶片模组2与定位片3稳定卡持。
组装时,将绝缘本体4置于固持框1的收容空间10内,通过第一干涉部100与第二干涉部42的干涉作用,使其相互固持稳定,其中,收容于绝缘本体4内部的导电端子5与置于绝缘本体4下部的电路板电性连接。定位片3通过定位柱312与固持框1的凹槽122相配合,使定位片3组设于延展部12上,当定位柱312与凹槽122之间的配合不够稳定时,可以用定位栓(未图示)与第一定位孔120和第二定位孔310相配合达到更好固定定位片3的作用。最后将晶片模组2压接于绝缘本体4之上,确保突出部21与固持部32良好干涉卡持,使晶片模组2不易松动,保证其与电路板的良好电性接触。
上述仅为本实用新型一较佳的实施方式,基于本实用新型构思前提下做出的任何改进均为本实用新型的保护范围,例如:定位片3不与固持框1相卡持,而是通过粘贴的方式与固持框1相连接;晶片模组2侧面的两端不设有突出部21等情况,也均属于本实用新型的保护范围。

Claims (7)

1.一种用于连接晶片模组的电连接器组件,其主要包括中间开设有收容空间的固持框、容置有若干收容槽道的绝缘本体、收容于收容槽道内的若干导电端子,固持框组设于绝缘本体周边,其特征在于:所述固持框至少在两个相对拐角处组设有将晶片模组定位于固持框上的定位片。
2.如权利要求1所述的电连接器组件,其特征在于:所述定位片包括平板部和垂直于平板部向上凸设的固持部。
3.如权利要求2所述的电连接器组件,其特征在于:所述固持部分列于平板部的两侧并且相互垂直对称设置。
4.如权利要求3所述的电连接器组件,其特征在于:所述固持部包括可与晶片模组抵接的抵接部和加强部,抵接部和加强部均自平板部向上凸设,且抵接部的厚度大于加强部设置。
5.如权利要求4所述的电连接器组件,其特征在于:所述固持部的顶部呈楔形结构。
6.如权利要求5所述的电连接器组件,其特征在于:所述晶片模组侧面的两端向外凸出设有突出部。
7.如权利要求6所述的电连接器组件,其特征在于:所述平板部呈一个切去了各顶角的等腰直角三角形。
