一种节能立式锅炉 技术领域本实用新型涉及一种锅炉,特别是一种高效节能立式蒸汽锅炉。背景技术传统的立式蒸汽锅炉只是在炉膛的上部设置横水管,通过横水管 吸收部分热量,其实大量的热量被冲天管吸走,热量损失较大。现有 技术中,有的立式锅炉在炉胆的中部通过耐火材料隔开,分隔成炉膛 和烟道,炉膛和烟道之间通过烟火管连通,这种结构在炉膛的高温区 不能够充分吸收燃料燃烧过程中的热量,热效率低,浪费燃料,节能效果不明显;另外炉膛内耐火材料容易脱落,修补困难,降低锅炉的 使用寿命。发明内容本实用新型要解决的技术问题是针对现有技术的不足,提出了一 种结构合理、受热面大、热效率高、使用寿命长的高效节能立式蒸汽 锅炉。本实用新型要解决的技术问题是通过以下技术方案来实现的,一 种节能立式锅炉,它设有炉体,在炉体内设有炉胆和冲天管,其特点 是:在炉胆的上部与冲天管之间设有一个高温烟气吸收烟箱,所述的 炉胆通过设在其中部的过水管式炉排分为上下两个燃烧室,下燃烧室
通过若干烟火管向上与所述的高温烟气吸收烟箱的下部连通,烟火管 设置在炉胆外壁与炉体的内壁之间,在烟箱的中部设有横水管束,烟 箱的顶部与冲天管相通连接。本实用新型要解决的技术问题还可以通过以下技术方案来进一 步实现,炉胆与烟箱之间通过3〜5根支撑柱连接。本实用新型要解决的技术问题还可以通过以下技术方案来进一 步实现,上燃烧室设有弧形封闭的顶。本实用新型要解决的技术问题还可以通过以下技术方案来进一 步实现,所述上下燃烧室之间的过水管式炉排与水平向设有一个倾角,倾角为6。〜10° 。本实用新型要解决的技术问题还可以通过以下技术方案来进一 步实现,炉胆外壁与炉体的内壁之间的距离为160〜220mm。本实用新型与现有技术相比,有两个燃烧室和一个高温烟气吸收 区,炉胆部分为高温区,以过水管式炉排为界,分为上下燃烧室,烟 箱为高温烟气吸热区和灰尘释放沉淀区。1、在高温区采用上部封闭 式结构,整个炉胆结构较完美,炉体内的水基本上包覆在炉胆的四周 及顶部的高温区,受热面积大于一般结构形式的锅炉,对高温区的热 量吸收效果达到最佳状态。2、炉胆部分采用同一种材料全钢制造, 其本上不需要维修,使用寿命大大增加。3、通过烟火管把炉胆与烟 箱连接起来,使整个炉胆的结构得到加强。并利用烟火管作为通风管 道,以至下燃烧室的剩余火焰及大量高温烟气在上升过程中,在烟火 管处被大量吸收,最大限度地利用煤炭燃烧所产生的热能,极大提
了热效率。烟火管是火管形式,管内部无任何水垢,所以烟火管的使 用寿命可以极大提高,随着炉型的大小,蒸发量的大小不同,在炉胆 外围所设置的烟火管的数量也不同,吸热主体的受热面积得以很大提 高,热效率也得以很大提高。4、烟箱是上升的高温烟气释放区,在 此可以把上升烟气中的大量粉尘沉淀下来,减少排放污染,其次,烟 箱上排列的多层横水管束可以再次对进入烟箱的高温烟气进行热量 吸收,使烟箱中排出的烟气温度降到最低,从而最大限度地利用热能, 达到节省能源的目的。5、由于采用外围烟火管的结构形式,在设计 上加大了炉胆外壁与炉体内壁之间的距离,从而确保制造工艺的编 制,便于生产制造。而且增大了炉内水容量,达到供热平衡,使锅炉 的连续运行能力得到保障。附图说明 图l为本实用新型的结构简图。图2为图1的A—A向剖视图。具体实施方式一种节能立式锅炉,它设有炉体5,在炉体5内下部设有炉胆9, 炉体5的上部设有冲天管6,炉胆9与冲天管6之间设有一个高温烟 气吸收烟箱7,炉胆9与烟箱7之间通过3〜5根支撑柱连接。烟箱7 的侧壁开有清灰口,烟箱7的顶部与冲天管6相通连接。所述的炉胆 9通过设在其中部的过水管式炉排10分(称之为上炉排)为上下两 个燃烧室3、 2,上燃烧室3设有弧形封闭的顶。下燃烧室2底部的 炉排1也称之为下炉排(为铸件)。下燃烧室2通过若干烟火管4向
上与所述的高温烟气吸收烟箱7的下部连通,在烟箱7的中部设有横 水管束8,横水管束8可以设置多排,如1〜5排,为了便于水在横水 管束8内流动,横不管束8以倾斜的方式设置,其倾斜角度可以设置 为6°〜10° ,所述上下燃烧室之间的过水管式炉排10由于同样原因, 也与水平向设有一个倾角,其倾角为6°〜10°之间。烟火管4设置 在炉胆外壁与炉体的内壁之间,为了便于生产制造,炉胆9外壁与炉 体5的内壁之间的距离为160〜220mm。采用这样的距离,同时可以 确保炉体5内的水在炉胆9外围和烟火管4的周围得到充分的热交 换,使锅炉在运行过程中的供热平衡得到了最大保证,蒸汽的产量与 输出不会因为给水或其它因素受到影响。
