 本实用新型涉及锅炉，具体地说是一种燃烧充分、效率高、污染轻的热水炉。
背景技术
目前，市售的燃煤炉灶主要由炉壳、圆柱形炉膛、炉篦、灰仓组成，炉壳内设有圆柱形炉膛，炉壳和圆柱形炉膛间设有隔热保温填料，炉膛上方设有与炉膛连通的烟囱，炉膛内设有多排多列换热盘管，炉膛下部设有炉篦，炉篦下为灰仓，炉篦附近设有进风口，进风管与炉膛外的鼓风机相连接，工作时，燃料在炉膛内燃烧加热换热盘管内的水，燃烧过程中的烟灰由烟囱排出，燃烧后的炉灰进入灰仓，这种炉子的不足是炉膛内温度过高，使炉膛易变形；换热盘管热效率低、燃烧的热损失大、浪费能源；燃烧不充分，烟囱排放物污染环境。
发明内容
 本实用新型的目的是克服上述现有技术的不足，提供一种燃烧充分、效率高、污染轻的热水炉。
本实用新型可以通过如下措施达到：
一种热水炉，包括炉壳、炉膛、炉篦、灰仓、烟囱，其特征在于炉膛为一封闭的水腔，炉膛分别设有进水口和出水口，炉膛的一侧设有燃烧室，燃烧室上部设有加煤口，燃烧室下端设有炉篦，炉篦下设有灰仓，炉膛内设有汇集火腔，出火管一端与汇集火膛相连接，出火管的另一端插在燃烧室内，汇集火腔下设有出烟口，出烟口经炉膛内的换热烟管道、炉膛外的排烟管道与烟囱相连接。
本实用新型可以设有进风管，进风管的出风口分别设在炉膛内和与出火管相连接，进风管与炉壳外的鼓风机相连接，以进一步供氧，进行二次燃烧，提高燃烧效果。
本实用新型可以在炉膛内设有散火腔，散火腔与出火管相连接，散火腔经分火管与汇集火腔相连接，以充分与炉膛内的水进行热交换，提高工作效率。
本实用新型中的出水口设在炉膛的上端，进水口设在炉膛的下端部，炉膛内设有进水管，进水管的一端与进水口相连接，进水管的另一端穿过换热烟道管、汇集火膛伸在炉膛内，以吸收排烟管道内的热量，提高换热效率。
本实用新型可以在换热烟管道下端设有储灰室，以对烟气进行二次陈降，使烟囟排出的烟气符合国家标准。
本实用新型改变了热水锅炉的结构，炉膛与燃烧室相分离，炉膛内的管内走火，炉膛充满液体水，使其热效率高，火力猛烈、排放的灰尘小、节能环保等优点。

如图所示，一种热水炉，包括炉壳1、炉膛2、炉篦3、灰仓4、烟囱5，其特征在于炉膛2为一封闭的水腔，炉膛2分别设有进水口和出水口，出水管9设在炉膛2的上端，进水口设在炉膛2的下端部，炉膛2内设有进水管6，进水管6设在换热烟道管7内，进水管6的一端与进水口相连接，进水管的另一端穿过换热烟道管7、汇集火膛8伸在炉膛内，以提高换热效率，炉膛2的一侧设有燃烧室10，燃烧室10上部设有加煤口，燃烧室10下端设有炉篦3，炉篦3下设有灰仓4，炉膛2内设有汇集火腔8，炉膛2内设有散火腔11，散火腔11与出火管12相连接，散火腔11经分火管13与汇集火腔8相连接，以充分与炉膛内的水进行热交换，提高工作效率，出火管11一般设2-4支，分火管13一般设6-18支，出火管11的另一端插在燃烧室10内，汇集火腔8下设有出烟口，出烟口经炉膛内的换热烟管道7、炉膛外的排烟管道与烟囱5相连接，本实用新型可以在换热烟管道7下端设有储灰室14，以对烟气进行二次陈降，使烟囟排出的烟气符合国家标准，还可以设有进风管15，进风管15的出风口分别设在炉膛10内和与出火管11相连接，进风管15与炉壳外的鼓风机相连接，以进一步供氧，进行二次燃烧，提高燃烧效果，另外在燃烧室10上设有观察窗，燃烧室内设有增氧管，增氧管穿过炉膛与炉壳外的鼓风机相连接，以使燃料燃烧得更充分，节约能源，本实用新型改变了热水锅炉的结构，炉膛与燃烧室相分离，炉膛内的管内走火，炉膛充满液体水，使其热效率高，火力猛烈、排放的灰尘小、节能环保等优点。

1.一种热水炉，包括炉壳、炉膛、炉篦、灰仓、烟囱，其特征在于炉膛为一封闭的水腔，炉膛分别设有进水口和出水口，炉膛的一侧设有燃烧室，燃烧室上部设有加煤口，燃烧室下端设有炉篦，炉篦下设有灰仓，炉膛内设有汇集火腔，出火管一端与汇集火膛相连接，出火管的另一端插在燃烧室内，汇集火腔下设有出烟口，出烟口经炉膛内的换热烟管道、炉膛外的排烟管道与烟囱相连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种热水炉，其特征在于设有进风管，进风管的出风口分别设在炉膛内和与出火管相连接，进风管与炉壳外的鼓风机相连接。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种热水炉，其特征在于炉膛内设有散火腔，散火腔下端与出火管相连接，散火腔上端经分火管与汇集火腔相连接。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种热水炉，其特征在于出水口设在炉膛的上端，进水口设在炉膛的下端部，炉膛内设有进水管，进水管的一端与进水口相连接，进水管的另一端穿换热烟道管、过汇集火膛伸在炉膛内。
