技术领域本实用新型涉及导热油炉,特别涉及一种包含有回油余热油箱的高效节 能导热油炉。 背暈技术目前,社会上用的导热炉具有压力安全系数低,环保差,使用年限短。导热油炉被广泛的应用于工业生产和民用生活中;但是,作为燃煤的导热油 炉还存在煤的利用率不高、冒黑烟不环保等问题;多数导热油炉为分体结构, 结构复杂、成本高。 发明内容本实用新型的目的是为解决燃煤导热油炉燃煤的利用率,解决燃煤导热 油炉冒黑烟的问题而提出的一种高效节能导热油炉技术方案。为了实现上述目的,本实用新型技术方案是这样实现的;高效节能导热 油炉,包括炉体,热油泵,炉体中设置有炉膛;其特征是,所述炉膛分为下 炉膛和上炉膛,在下炉膛侧壁和上炉膛中,分别装有导热油管并且相互连通; 在下炉膛安装的导热油管设有进油口,进油口与热油泵的出油口连接,在上 炉膛中安装的导热油管设有热油出口,热油出口与用热设备热油进口相连; 在所述炉体中还设置有回油余热油箱,回油余热油箱置于上炉膛中的导热油 管之上;回油余热油箱中装有烟道管,回油余热油箱上部设有烟道,烟道穿 过回油余热油箱的烟道管与上炉膛相通,烟道的出口设置在回油余热油箱的 外侧,在回油余热油箱中设有排气孔;所述回油余热油箱还设有回油进油口 和和回油出油口,回油余热油箱的回油进油口与用热设备出油口相连,回油 余热油箱的回油出油口连接至热油泵的进油口 。所述下炉膛和上炉膛之间围绕炉壁装有向上炉膛送入可助燃雾状气体 的风圈管道,在所述炉体外部装有与送风圈管道相连的送风管,在送风管上 连接有助燃剂供给装置。所述下炉膛的导热油管旋绕安装在下炉膛的炉壁上。 所述上炉膛的导热油管平行、并排安装在上炉膛中。所述上炉膛的周围炉体壁内设有导热油道,导热油道将下炉膛炉壁上安 装的导热油管与上炉膛中安装的导热油管连通。所述助燃液供给装置为一个可调流量滴灌箱。本实用新型的有益效果是:1. 煤的燃烧直接加热导热油管,使导热油加温快;又由于延长了烟道的 长度,充分利用了烟的热能对回油油箱加热。2. 增加了二次燃烧,煤在下炉膛燃烧后产生的煤气和烟在上炉膛内进行 二次燃烧,产生的热气经回油余热油箱加热回油后排出;充分利用了煤所产 生的热能,实现了煤的充分燃烧,燃料的利用率达90%以上。3. 煤在下炉膛燃烧后产生的煤气和烟在上炉膛内进行二次燃烧;使得 油炉所排烟无色无污染。4. 本实用新型为一体式结构安装,维护、保养简单成本低廉,再加之环 保省燃料,利于推广使用。下面结合附图和实施例对本实用新型做一详细描述。 附图说明图l是炉体整体结构示意图;图2是热油炉内热油流向示意图;图3是回油余热油箱俯视剖面结构示意图;图4是带有助燃气风圈的炉体结构示意图。 具体实施方式实施例l参见图l,图2和图3;其中,高效节能导热油炉,包括炉体l,导热油管7,热油泵14,炉体中设置有炉膛;所述炉膛分为下炉膛2和上炉膛3, 下炉膛的炉体上设有一次送风口4,在下炉膛侧壁和上炉膛的上部,分别排 绕导热油管并且相互连通,其中,在下炉膛的导热油管旋绕安装在下炉膛的
炉壁上;上炉膛的导热油管平行、并排安装在上炉膛中,形成多层导热油排 管;所述的上、下炉膛的导热油管相互连通是通过在上炉膛周围炉体侧壁中 设有导热油道8,将下炉膛侧壁以及上炉膛的导热油管相互连通;在下炉膛 安装的导热油管下部设有进油口 9,在上炉膛安装的导热油管设有热油出口 10,该热油出口与用热设备进油口相连。由于煤的燃烧,在下、上炉膛中直 接加热导热油管,迅速加温的导热油被用热设备直接使用。在所述炉体中还设置有回油余热油箱11,回油余热油箱设置在上炉膛中 的导热油管之上;在回油余热油箱中装有烟道管15,在回油余热油箱的上 部设有烟道23,烟道穿过回油余热油箱的烟道管与上炉膛相通,烟道的烟 囱口 16设置在回油余热油箱的外侧,图1中的箭头示意了炉体中烟的走向; 在回油余热油箱中的上部设有排气孔17,用于排出油路中的气体;所述回 油余热油箱还设有回油进口 12和回油出口 13,回油进口与用热设备相连, 回油出口连接至热油泵14的进油口,热油泵的出油口连接至下炉膛中热油 管的进油口 9。在下炉膛的的下部设有储灰室18,储灰室与下炉膛之间设有炉篦19, 并且在下炉膛的炉体上设有进料炉门20,在储灰室的炉体上设有出灰口 21。 图2中的箭头示意了热油炉油路流动方向。 实施例2参见图4和实施例1,为了使从下炉膛燃烧煤产生的煤烟在进入上炉膛 后进一步的燃烧,在下炉膛和上炉膛之间安装有向上炉膛送入可助燃雾状气 体的风圈管道6,在所述炉体外部装有与风圈管道相连的送风管5;在送风 管5上连接有助燃剂供给装置22;该助燃剂供给装置根据实际需要为一个 自动配置不间断添加助燃剂的供给箱,或者为断续添加的可调流量滴灌箱; 本实施例的助燃液供给装置为一个可调流量滴灌箱。该滴灌箱通过阀门调节 进入送风管5的助燃液流量,进入送风管的助燃液经吹风成雾状通过风圈管 道6喷进上炉膛,助燃在上炉膛内的煤烟气。

1.高效节能导热油炉,包括炉体,热油泵,炉体中设置有炉膛;其特征在于,所述炉膛分为下炉膛和上炉膛,在下炉膛侧壁和上炉膛中,分别装有导热油管并且相互连通;在下炉膛安装的导热油管设有进油口,进油口与热油泵的出油口连接,在上炉膛中安装的导热油管设有热油出口,热油出口与用热设备热油进口相连;在所述炉体中还设置有回油余热油箱,回油余热油箱置于上炉膛中的导热油管之上;回油余热油箱中装有烟道管,回油余热油箱上部设有烟道,烟道穿过回油余热油箱的烟道管与上炉膛相通,烟道的出口设置在回油余热油箱的外侧,在回油余热油箱中设有排气孔;所述回油余热油箱还设有回油进油口和和回油出油口,回油余热油箱的回油进油口与用热设备出油口相连,回油余热油箱的回油出油口连接至热油泵的进油口。

6. 根据权利要求2所述的高效节能导热油炉,其特征在于,所述助燃 液供给装置为一个可调流量滴灌箱。
