Abstract

本发明公开一种中心炉胆L形导管立式燃气锅炉,包括燃烧器、筒体、炉胆、L形导管、集烟箱、烟管、螺旋导流片、转烟室、进水管、出水管、排烟管、支撑管和底座,其特征在于:燃烧器位于立式锅炉筒体顶端,炉胆位于立式锅炉的中心位置;炉胆内设置多根L形导管,呈中心辐射状,L形导管上端穿过炉胆中部壁面并与壁面焊接,其下端穿过转烟室底板并与底板焊接;烟管布置在炉胆周围,烟管和炉胆的上端均连接集烟箱,下端均连接转烟室。烟气与炉胆及L形导管辐射换热,增大了辐射换热面积,L形导管内炉水受热快速向上流动,强化炉水的自然对流换热,加快了炉内水循环。该锅炉结构紧凑,换热面积较大,锅炉的热效率较高。

中心炉胆L形导管立式燃气锅炉
技术领域
本发明涉及一种立式燃气锅炉,特别是涉及一种中心炉胆L形导管立式燃气锅炉。
背景技术
当今市场上供应的立式热水锅炉的炉胆一般设置在锅炉下部,炉胆空间较狭窄,燃烧器喷出的燃气受到炉胆空间的限制,火焰形状得不到完全展开、燃烧不充分,燃气未完全烧尽就被排出,热能损失较大。锅炉内部水循环方式为自然对流,传热面积小,炉内水循环速率低,从而造成对流换热效果较差。另外,传统立式燃气锅炉多为火管单回程结构,存在着烟气流程较短、烟管换热面积较小、烟管内外侧流体对流换热系数较低等问题,使得燃料燃烧释放的热量无法被充分吸收,从而导致锅炉排烟温度较高,锅炉热效率偏低。
发明内容
为了克服上述现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种中心炉胆L形导管立式燃气锅炉。
中心炉胆L形导管立式燃气锅炉,包括燃烧器、筒体、炉胆、L形导管、集烟箱、烟管、螺旋导流片、转烟室、进水管、出水管、排烟管、支撑管和底座,其特征在于:燃烧器位于立式锅炉筒体顶端,炉胆位于立式锅炉的中心位置;炉胆内设置多根L形导管,呈中心辐射状,L形导管上端穿过炉胆中部壁面并与壁面焊接,其下端穿过转烟室底板并与底板焊接;烟管布置在炉胆周围,烟管和炉胆的上端均连接集烟箱,下端均连接转烟室。
所述转烟室为一个环形腔体,其上端面为环形管板,烟管下端通过焊接垂直固定在环形管板上,其下端面为圆形平板,底部通过四根支撑管焊接固定于底座上。
烟管围绕炉胆按圆周布置,内外圈烟管之间在管板上按照正三角形方式布置,烟管的圈数依据实际需要可设置一圈或多圈。
集烟箱为圆筒体,其上端面为环形平板,燃烧器固定于环形平板的中心位置,下端面为环形管板,烟管上端通过焊接垂直固定在环形管板上。
在烟管内均设置螺旋导流片,该螺旋导流片是由宽度接近于烟管内径的钢片扭曲而成,通过在管内擦入螺旋导流片产生涡流,加强了流体近壁面和中心区域的混合,达到了强化传热的目的。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:一是中心炉胆L形导管立式燃气锅炉将炉胆置于立式炉的中心位置,燃烧器置于立式锅炉顶部,增加了燃烧室的长度,扩大了受热面积,可使火焰形状完全展开,充分燃烧;二是炉胆筒内设置L形导管,烟气与炉胆及L形导管辐射换热,增大了辐射换热面积,L形导管内炉水受热快速向上流动,加快了炉内水循环,强化炉水的自然对流换热;三是多烟管两回程结构,增大了换热面积,延长了烟气的流程及炉内停留时间,使热量得到充分利用,排烟温度降低。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明进一步说明。
中心炉胆L形导管立式燃气锅炉的筒体内设置有集烟箱、转烟室、炉胆和烟管,炉胆内设置有呈中心辐射状的L形导管,安装时,首先将炉胆与上部的集烟箱和下部的转烟室焊接垂直固定,然后将L形导管从炉胆上部放入,其上端与炉胆中部壁面开孔处焊接,下端与转烟室底板焊接;烟管两端分别焊接在集烟箱和转烟室的环形管板上,将钢片扭曲制成螺旋导流片,并放置于烟管内;燃烧器固定于立式锅炉筒体顶端,排烟管焊接于集烟箱上端,筒体侧壁的下部和上部分别安装进水管和出水管;锅炉筒体下端设有底座,转烟室的底部通过四根支撑管焊接固定于底座上。
燃气锅炉运行时,燃烧器产生的高温火焰在炉胆内向下伸展,烟气与炉胆及L形导管辐射换热,然后经过转烟室进入烟管,两次换热后进入集烟箱,通过排烟管排出。冷水从锅炉侧壁下部的进水管进入炉内,炉胆、烟管、转烟室、集烟箱下部均浸没于炉水中,都是烟气与炉水的换热面,热水从锅炉侧壁上部的出水管排出。另外,炉胆内的L形导管连通炉内底部与中部,内部始终充满炉水,炉水受热后快速向上流动,加速了底部炉水与中部炉水的对流。

1.一种中心炉胆L形导管立式燃气锅炉,包括燃烧器、筒体、炉胆、L形导管、集烟箱、烟管、螺旋导流片、转烟室、进水管、出水管、排烟管、支撑管和底座,其特征在于:燃烧器位于立式锅炉筒体顶端,炉胆位于立式锅炉的中心位置;炉胆内设置多根L形导管,呈中心辐射状,L形导管上端穿过炉胆中部壁面并与壁面焊接,其下端穿过转烟室底板并与底板焊接;烟管布置在炉胆周围,烟管和炉胆的上端均连接集烟箱,下端均连接转烟室。
2.根据权利要求1所述的中心炉胆L形导管立式燃气锅炉,其特征在于:所述转烟室为一个环形腔体,其上端面为环形管板,烟管下端通过焊接垂直固定在环形管板上,其下端面为圆形平板,底部通过四根支撑管焊接固定于底座上。
