背景技术
[0002] 燃油燃气锅炉是指既能燃油又可燃气的锅炉;在燃气不足或压力过低时能用燃油 让锅炉继续运行,不会影响用户的作业进程;现有的小型燃油燃气锅炉趋向于快装化、轻型 化、自动化;立式锅炉由于结构简单、安装操作方便、占地面积小,应用极广,广泛用于小型 企业的生产工艺和生活采暖;然而,现有的立式燃油燃气锅炉具有以下缺陷:内部出现问 题后无法检查和检修;受到炉胆结构的限制,火焰形状得不到完全展开,燃烧不充分;高温 烟气直接冲刷对面的炉胆壁面或者底座管板,容易引起局部过热损坏;烟气流程短,在炉内 停留时间不足,热量得不到充分利用,排烟温度较高,热效率低下。

[0004] 为解决上述问题,本实用新型目的在于提供一种火焰完全展开、燃烧充分、烟气流 程长和换热效率高的燃油燃气锅炉。
[0005] 为实现上述目的,本实用新型所采用的技术方案是:一种燃油燃气锅炉,包括锅 壳、炉胆、烟管、燃烧器和锅壳底座,锅壳两端水平焊接有上管板和下管板,所述下管板下方 通过焊接连接有锅壳底座;炉胆为波形结构;炉胆的上方焊接在上管板上,其下方焊接有 封头;所述炉胆的纵向轴线与锅壳的纵向轴线重合;所述锅壳纵轴线垂直于地面;所述燃 烧器由紧固件与燃烧器接口法兰固定在炉胆的瓦口上;所述炉胆的上端和下管板上都设置 有两排间隔排列的通孔;所述烟管为螺纹烟管,其两端对应排列的焊接在炉胆上端的通孔 处和下管板的通孔处;形成内侧与外侧两束烟管;所述下管板的通孔连接到烟气出口;锅 壳上设置有管路、阀门和仪表接口。

[0016] 与现有技术相比,本实用新型的燃油燃气锅炉通过将炉胆和锅壳纵轴线垂直于地 面,并将燃烧器设置在锅炉顶部的瓦口上,锅炉炉胆空间大,烟气流程长,换热效率高;且锅 炉炉胆形状和火焰形状相匹配,使得火焰完全展开,燃料燃烧充分;通过将烟管的管壁垂直 于地面,且烟气自上而下冲刷烟管,保证了烟管的自我清洁;避免了高温烟气直接冲刷对 面的炉胆壁面或者底座管板,引起燃油燃气锅炉的局部过热损坏。

[0021] 如图1所示,一种燃油燃气锅炉,包括锅壳1、炉胆2、烟管3、燃烧器4和锅壳底座 20,锅壳2两端水平焊接有上管板5和下管板6,所述下管板6为锅壳底座20 ;炉胆2为波 形结构;炉胆2的上方焊接在上管板5上,其下方焊接有封头7 ;所述炉胆2的纵向轴线与 锅壳1的纵向轴线重合;所述锅壳1纵轴线垂直于地面;所述燃烧器4由紧固件与燃烧器 接口法兰18固定在炉胆的瓦口 8上;所述炉胆2的上端和下管板6上都设置有两排间隔排 列的通孔(未图示);所述烟管3为螺纹烟管,其两端对应排列的焊接在炉胆2上端的通孔 处和下管板6的通孔处;形成内侧与外侧两束烟管3 ;所述下管板6的通孔连接到烟气出口 9 ;锅壳1上设置有管路、阀门和仪表接口。

[0023] 本实用新型的工作原理及过程为:燃料经过燃烧器喷出燃烧后产生的高温烟气在 炉胆内向下流动,到达炉胆的另一端后,受热气体上浮原理和高速火焰对回流的卷吸作用, 经封头折返沿炉胆内壁向上流动回到炉胆上部,形成中心回焰,过程中对炉胆进行辐射和 对流放热,烟气通过炉胆上部的烟管入口进入烟管进行对流放热后,经底座进入烟®排入 大气。通过中心回焰,燃料得到充分燃烧,同时增加烟气扰动,延长高温烟气在炉胆内的停 留时间,可实现热能的充分利用,大大降低排烟温度。

1. 一种燃油燃气锅炉,包括锅壳、炉胆、烟管、燃烧器和锅壳底座,其特征在于:锅壳两 端水平焊接有上管板和下管板,所述下管板下方通过焊接连接有锅壳底座;炉胆为波形结 构;炉胆的上方焊接在上管板上,其下方焊接有封头;所述炉胆的纵向轴线与锅壳的纵向 轴线重合;所述锅壳纵轴线垂直于地面;所述燃烧器由紧固件与燃烧器接口法兰固定在炉 胆的瓦口上;所述炉胆的上端和下管板上都设置有两排间隔排列的通孔;所述烟管为螺纹 烟管,其两端对应排列的焊接在炉胆上端的通孔处和下管板的通孔处;形成内侧与外侧两 束烟管;所述下管板的通孔连接到烟气出口;锅壳上设置有管路、阀门和仪表接口。
2. 根据权利要求1所述的燃油燃气锅炉,其特征在于:所述的接口为压力表接口、排污 口、进水或回水口和水位计接口。
3. 根据权利要求2所述的燃油燃气锅炉,其特征在于:所述的进水或回水口和排污口 设置在锅壳下端;所述压力表接口和水位计接口设置在锅壳上端;所述的排污口连接到下 管板内侧。
4. 根据权利要求1所述的燃油燃气锅炉,其特征在于:所述的锅壳、炉胆、上管板、下管 板和封头围成一个密闭的可以容纳水和蒸汽的压力容器,所述炉胆、封头与瓦口之间形成 炉膛。
5. 根据权利要求1所述的燃油燃气锅炉,其特征在于:所述的上管板上设有安全阀接 口和蒸汽或热水出口。
6. 根据权利要求2所述的燃油燃气锅炉,其特征在于:所述的压力表接口还可设置在 上管板上。
7. 根据权利要求1所述的燃油燃气锅炉,其特征在于:所述的锅壳外部包覆有隔热保 温层,所述隔热保温层外部安装有保护板。
