Abstract

压铆机,是用在薄内构件与镜面薄蒙皮的铆接,解决以往铆接时蒙皮上产生波纹及构件之间存在间隙的不足;压铆机由机身、钳口、下、下压铆头构成,上压铆头由上连杆、上铆头构成,将上连杆安装在钳口一边,并与机身动力连轴连接,上铆头安装在上连杆上,下铆头由下连杆、窝头、聚氨酯胶圈构成,将下连杆安装在钳口的另一边上,窝头安装在下连杆上,聚氨酯胶圈安装在窝头上;其优点:减少铆接变形,减少构件与蒙皮之间的间隙,提高铆接质量。

技术领域:
本发明创造是对压铆机的上、下压铆头结构的改进,是用于薄内构件与镜面薄蒙皮的铆接。
背景技术:
镜面薄蒙皮在飞机上广泛应用,是在蒙皮表面覆盖一层厚度在0.04~0.06毫米的纯铝构成镜面蒙皮,质地较软,蒙皮又薄,与蒙皮铆装处的内构件也为薄件,因此用原压铆机上的上、下压铆头铆接薄零件与镜面薄蒙皮时,由于上、下压铆头直径小,作用面积小,铆接力集中,局部受力过大,内构件与蒙皮间会产生间隙,不易排除,在镜面薄蒙皮上会产生波纹变形,以及在铆钉头周围产生凸起变形,这些变形都无法排除,影响铆接质量。
发明内容:
本发明创造的目的是提供一种用于薄零件与镜面薄蒙皮的铆接,提高铆接质量的压铆机;本发明创造的目的是通过下述的技术方案实现的:压铆机,包括机身、钳口、上、下压铆头构成,其特征在于将上压铆头制成上连杆和上铆头结构,上连杆的一端头制出装上铆头的窝孔,上铆头制成带有尾柄的圆盘结构,将上连杆安装在钳口上,并与机身动力连轴连接,将上铆头安装在上连杆上;将下压铆头制成下连杆、窝头、聚氨酯胶圈结构,下连杆一端制有安装窝头的窝孔,窝头一边制成尾柄结构,一边制成安装聚氨酯胶圈的圆环槽,将下连杆安装在钳口上,将窝头安装在下连杆上,将聚氨酯胶圈安装在窝头上。
本发明创造的优点:由于采用制成圆盘结构的上铆头及带有聚氨酯胶圈的窝头,在铆接时,由于上铆头的圆盘直径比原上压铆头直径大,因此铆接时圆盘与镜面薄蒙皮接触面积要大,改变铆接力过于集中现象,减少局部受力过大,因而减少蒙皮的变形,又因为有聚氨酯胶圈,在铆接刚开始阶段,在上铆头及聚氨酯胶圈的作用下,压紧内构件与蒙皮,使它们之间的间隙减少至无间隙,因此铆成后镜面薄蒙皮与薄内构件之间无间隙、无变形,其结果是提高了铆接质量;本改进,结构简单,操作、维护方便。

具体实施方式:
压铆机:由机身2、钳口1、上压铆头、下压铆头构成,上压铆头由上连杆3、上铆头4构成,下压铆头由下连杆5、窝头6、聚氨酯胶圈7构成;上连杆一端制有安装上铆头的窝孔,上铆头制成带有尾柄的圆盘结构,下连杆一端制有安装窝头的窝孔,窝头一边制成尾柄结构,一边制成安装聚氨酯胶圈的圆环槽;将上连杆安装在钳口一边上,上连杆一端与机身动力连轴连接,将上铆头安装在上连杆上,将下连杆安装在钳口的另一边上,将窝头安装在下连杆上,将聚氨酯胶圈安装在窝头上。铆接时机身连轴推动上连杆,带动上铆头与窝头上的聚氨酯胶圈压紧内构件与镜面薄蒙皮,继续推动上铆头并与窝头共同作用下完成铆接,由于上铆头上的圆盘面积较大并与聚氨酯胶圈压紧被铆构件,当在上铆头与窝头作用下完成铆接,减少了构件及镜面薄蒙皮的变形,提高了铆接质量。

1.压铆机,包括机身、钳口、上、下压铆头构成,其特征在于将上压铆头制成上连杆和上铆头结构,上连杆的一端头制出装上铆头的窝孔,上铆头制成带有尾柄的圆盘结构,将上连杆安装在钳口上,并与机身动力连轴连接,将上铆头安装在上连杆上;将下压铆头制成下连杆、窝头、聚氨酯胶圈结构,下连杆一端制有安装窝头的窝孔,窝头一边制成尾柄结构,一边制成安装聚氨酯胶圈的圆环槽,将下连杆安装在钳口上,将窝头安装在下连杆上,将聚氨酯胶圈安装在窝头上。
