Abstract

本实用新型公开一种双汽缸汽油机,属于机动车汽油机类技术领域。本实用新型包括汽油机箱体、汽缸I、汽缸II、离心式离合器和齿轮箱,其中,汽缸I和汽缸II安装在箱体上,离心式离合器安装在两个汽缸同侧的箱体上,齿轮箱安装在箱体的后端,离心式离合器的输出轴与齿轮箱内的齿轮相连接。本实用新型汽油机运转时,汽缸活塞曲轴运动带动离合器的主动轮旋转,从而带动皮带,皮带带动离合器的从动轮旋转,从而带动齿轮箱的齿轮工作,齿轮传动带动车轮运动。该装置不在油浸环境中工作,具有使用可靠、便于维修、运行平稳等优点。

本实用新型公开一种双汽缸汽油机,属于机动车汽油机类技术领域。
背景技术
目前机动车所用的汽油机,尤其是供摩托车、沙滩车使用的汽油机,大多数是单缸汽油机,这种汽油机的传动功率小,某些机动车是用双缸汽油机,但配用的是油浸摩擦片式离合器,这种离合器在油浸环境中使用,相对于无油、干式离心式皮带传动的离合器,缺少某些优势,不便于维修且传动效率低。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本实用新型提供了一种使用可靠、便于维修、运行平稳、且环保的应用在小型机动车上的双汽缸汽油机,尤其是安装在沙滩车上,具有重心低、震动小、适用性强等优点。
本实用新型是通过以下技术方案实现的:
本实用新型包括汽油机箱体、一对汽缸和离心式离合器,其中,所述的一对汽缸与离心式离合器通过箱体结合在一起。
本实用新型还包括齿轮箱,所述的一对汽缸为汽缸I和汽缸II,两者安装在箱体上,离心式离合器安装在两个汽缸一侧的箱体上,离心式离合器的输出轴与齿轮箱内的齿轮相连接。
所述的离心式离合器包括主动轮、从动轮和连接主动轮和从动轮的皮带,主动轮上装有涨紧盘和挤压盘,涨紧盘内设有离心珠,从动轮的外侧有磨擦轮,磨擦轮内设有离心磨擦块,从动轮与齿轮箱内的齿轮相连接。
所述的离心式离合器安装在所述一对汽缸的左侧或右侧。
所述的汽缸I和汽缸II呈叉式或水平对置式或并列式安在箱体上。
本实用新型汽油机运转时,汽缸活塞曲轴运动带动离合器的主动轮旋转,从而带动皮带,皮带带动离合器的从动轮旋转,从而带动齿轮箱的齿轮工作,齿轮运转带动车轮运动。该装置不在油浸环境中工作,有利于环境保护,双缸汽油机配上离心离合器,发挥出了更好的性能。
本实用新型具有如下优点:
1、噪音小、使用可靠、便于维修、使用成本低;
2、双缸汽油机具有运行平稳、功率大、传动效率高;
3、尤其是安装在沙滩车上,具有重心低、震动小、适用性强。

具体实施方式
实施例1:结构如图1、图2所示,本实用新型包括汽油机箱体、汽缸I 1、汽缸II 2、离心式离合器4和齿轮箱3,汽缸I和汽缸II呈叉式安装在箱体上,离心式离合器4安装在两个汽缸同侧的箱体上,齿轮箱3安装在箱体的后端,离心式离合器4的输出轴与齿轮箱3内的齿轮相连接。如图3所示,箱体是由右箱体5、中箱体6和左箱体7组成一个整体。如图5所示,离心式离合器是离心式皮带传动的离合器,简称干式离心离合器或CVT,它安装在汽缸I和汽缸II的左侧,当然也可以安装在两个汽缸的右侧。离心式离合器包括主动轮8、从动轮9和连接主动轮和从动轮的皮带10,主动轮8的两侧由涨紧盘12和挤压盘13固定,涨紧盘12内设有离心珠11,从动轮9的外侧有磨擦轮15,磨擦轮内设有离心磨擦块14,从动轮9与齿轮箱内的齿轮相连接。图4是离合器外面覆盖的盖。
图5是离心式离合器的剖视图,其运动原理是:汽油机曲轴旋转时带动离合器主动轮旋转,主动轮涨紧盘内有数个离心珠,在离心力作用下离心珠向外运动,挤压主动轮挤压盘向外侧运动,使皮带旋转,从而带动离合器从动盘旋转,从动盘旋转会带动从动盘磨擦轮旋转,磨擦轮内有数个离心摩擦块,离心摩擦块在离心力的作用下会涨开,从而带动从动盘的磨擦轮旋转,由此带动齿轮箱齿轮运转从而带动车轮运动。
实施例2:如图6、图7、图8所示,所述的汽缸I和汽缸II呈水平对置式安装在箱体上,其他同实施例1,不再赘述。或
实施例3:如图9、图10所示,所述的汽缸I和汽缸II呈并列式安装在箱体上,其他同实施例1,不再赘述。

Claims (5)

1.双汽缸汽油机,包括汽油机箱体、一对汽缸和离心式离合器,其特征是:所述的一对汽缸与离心式离合器通过箱体结合在一起。
2.根据权利要求1所述的双汽缸汽油机,其特征是:它还包括齿轮箱,所述的一对汽缸为汽缸I和汽缸II,两者安装在箱体上,离心式离合器安装在两个汽缸一侧的箱体上,离心式离合器与齿轮箱内的齿轮相连接。
3.根据权利要求1或权利要求2所述的双汽缸汽油机,其特征是:所述的离心式离合器包括主动轮、从动轮和连接主动轮和从动轮的皮带,主动轮上装有涨紧盘和挤压盘,涨紧盘内设有离心珠,从动轮的外侧有磨擦轮,磨擦轮内设有离心磨擦块,从动轮与齿轮箱内的齿轮相连接。
