Claims (8)
- 내부에 작동공간부를 형성한 하우징 본체;
상기 하우징 본체의 일측에 결합되며 모터로부터 동력을 전달받아 회전운동하는 입력기어를 구비한 입력구동축;
상기 하우징 본체의 타측에 결합되며 입력구동축으로부터 전달되는 동력을 출력하는 출력기어를 구비한 출력구동축;
상기 입력구동축과 출력구동축을 연결 또는 분리하여 상기 입력구동축의 동력을 출력구동축에 선택적으로 전달하는 제1 변속유닛 및 제2 변속유닛으로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 인휠 구동장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 출력기어는 상기 제1 변속유닛과 맞물리는 대경기어와, 상기 제2 변속유닛과 맞물리는 소경기어로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 인휠 구동장치.
- 제2항에 있어서,
상기 입력구동축과 출력구동축은 동일선상에 대하여 일렬로 배치되며, 그 사이에는 상호 간의 결합 및 회전력 전달을 높이기 위한 베어링이 개재되는 것을 특징으로 하는 인휠 구동장치.
- 제3항에 있어서,
상기 제1 변속유닛 및 제2 변속유닛은,
상기 입력기어에 맞물려 회전하는 제1 종동기어와,
상기 출력기어의 대경기어 또는 소경기어에 맞물려 회전하는 제2 종동기어와,
상기 제1 종동기어와 제2 종동기어를 각각 연결하고 외부 전기신호에 따라 상기 제1 종동기어와 제2 종동기어를 선택적으로 접속 또는 차단시키는 전자클러치를 포함하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 인휠 구동장치.
- 제4항에 있어서,
상기 입력기어, 출력기어, 제1 종동기어 및 제2 종동기어는 외접 헬리컬 기어로 제작되는 것을 특징으로 하는 인휠 구동장치.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 하우징 본체에는 오일 투입구와 오일 배출구가 형성되며, 상기 작동공간부 내에는 상기 오일 투입구를 통해 일정량의 오일이 충전된 상태를 유지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 인휠 구동장치.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 하우징 본체의 타측에는 브레이크 디스크가 일체형으로 결합되며, 상기 브레이크 디스크의 제동을 위한 브레이크 캘리퍼가 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 인휠 구동장치.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 입력구동축의 내경 둘레에는 상기 모터로부터 동력을 용이하게 전달받을 수 있도록 다수의 스플라인 결합홈 또는 키홈이 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 인휠 구동장치.
