技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种滑轮，特别是涉及一种起重机起重臂与吊钩用注油式润滑轮。
背景技术
汽车起重机的起重臂滑轮机构通常为一组多个滑轮组成，一根轴连接多个滑轮组。起重吊钩也是一组多个滑轮组成吊钩，实现整个起重机起吊动作。对于中小吨位的起重机来说，吊钩滑轮和起重臂滑轮组不复杂，有足够的安装空间，且滑轮一次性加润滑。有的是从滑轮轴开润滑槽到滑轮上润滑，由于滑轮上有隔套，也无法润滑。而大吨以上的汽车起重机起重臂滑轮与吊钩上滑轮，滑轮多、轴长，滑轮外径尺寸大，安装空间有限。若仍采用原有传统的方法润滑，滑轮轴长尺寸大，加工复杂，也无法润滑到滑轮上去，且滑轮装卸也很困难。即不方便，又不安全，也不好掌握，而且增加加工成本，很难向更大吨位起重机扩展。
实用新型内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种安装空间较小、润滑方便、无需拆卸就能润滑滑轮的起重机用注油式润滑轮。
为了解决上述技术问题，本实用新型采用的技术方案是：一种起重机用注油式润滑轮，包括滑轮和轴承，其特征是：在所述的滑轮内至少设有一个油嘴，所述的油嘴与所述的轴承连通。
所述的油嘴1径向设在所述的滑轮上，且所述的油嘴1处于所述的滑轮的滑槽内。
采用上述技术方案的起重机用注油式润滑轮，由于在滑轮内设有一个油嘴，油嘴与轴承连通，采用无需拆卸就能润滑的滑轮机构，滑轮机构润滑简单，这样可直接通过油嘴向轴承内注油。安装空间较小，布置方便，注油润滑较为简单，通用性好，易于向更大吨位起重机系列扩展。本实用新型适用于起重机用起重臂滑轮组机构和起重机吊钩滑轮组机构。
综上所述，本实用新型是一种安装空间较小、空间分布方便、适用于大吨位起重机且结构简单、安装方便、性能可靠、制造方便、工作效率高的起重机用无需拆卸就能润滑的起重机用注油式润滑轮。

具体实施方式
参见附图，在滑轮2内径向均布设有4个油嘴1，油嘴1处于滑轮2的滑槽5内，油嘴1与轴承3连通，轴承3设有隔套4，形成一个有润滑滑轮。
参见附图，轴承3需要注油时，通过滑轮2滑槽5内的4个油嘴1，向轴承3内注油。无需拆卸就能润滑的滑轮机构，滑轮机构润滑简单，这样可直接通过油嘴向轴承内注油。安装空间较小，布置方便，注油润滑较为简单，通用性好，易于向更大吨位起重机系列扩展。
本实用新型适用于起重机用起重臂滑轮组机构和起重机吊钩滑轮组机构。

1.一种起重机用注油式润滑轮，包括滑轮(2)和轴承(3)，其特征是：在所述的滑轮(2)内至少设有一个油嘴(1)，所述的油嘴(1)与所述的轴承(3)连通。
2.根据权利要求1所述的起重机用注油式润滑轮，其特征是：所述的油嘴(1)径向设在所述的滑轮(2)上，且所述的油嘴(1)处于所述的滑轮(2)的滑槽(5)内。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的起重机用注油式润滑轮，其特征是：所述的油嘴(1)为4个。
