本实用新型公开一种过滤装置，筒状内骨架的外侧套装有筒状的外骨架，内、外骨架的表面为网状结构，夹套之间构成过滤通道，过滤通道内设有褶皱式滤纸过滤机构，过滤通道内两端设有密封端盖，内骨架的中空管为气流排出通道，气体通过外骨架的网状通体吸入通过过滤通道中的滤纸机构过滤，从内骨架的中空管排出，完成气体的过滤过程。采用褶皱式滤纸过滤机构，成本低廉，结构简单，空气的通过率比较强，透气性好；排放精度比较高，达到欧II标准；耐破度强，在反吹系统的配合下，能达到长期重复利用的效果。

本实用新型公开一种过滤装置，用于客车表面抛丸作业时的粉尘过滤处理，属于气体过滤装置技术领域。
背景技术
目前，在铝合金抛丸设备中的粉尘过滤装置的滤芯一般为采用金属丝网直通式孔径结构，其结构复杂，成本高，备件周期长。
发明内容
本实用新型公开一种过滤装置，克服了现有过滤装置结构复杂、生产成本高的缺欠。
本实用新型的技术解决方案如下：筒状内骨架的外侧套装有筒状的外骨架，内、外骨架的表面为网状结构，夹套之间构成过滤通道，过滤通道内设有褶皱式滤纸过滤机构，过滤通道内两端设有密封端盖，内骨架的中空管为气流排出通道，气体通过外骨架的网状通体吸入通过过滤通道中的滤纸机构过滤，从内骨架的中空管排出，完成气体的过滤过程。
本实用新型的积极效果在于：采用褶皱式滤纸过滤机构，成本低廉，结构简单，空气的通过率比较强，透气性好；排放精度比较高，达到欧II标准；耐破度强，在反吹系统的配合下，能达到长期重复利用的效果。

具体实施方式
根据图1所示，筒状内骨架5、外骨架7为硬质材料制成，表面为网状透气结构，外骨架7套装在内骨架5的外侧，内骨架5、外骨架7夹套之间构成过滤通道4，过滤通道4内设有褶皱式滤纸过滤机构6，过滤通道4内两端设有密封端盖3，密封端盖3前端还设有密封胶条2，内骨架5的中空管为气流排出通道1，气流排出通道1底部设有扣盖8。
所述的滤纸是具有一定较高的强度、挺度及透气性要求的具有迷宫式结构的滤纸。

1.一种过滤装置，其特征在于：筒状内骨架的外侧套装有筒状的外骨架，内、外骨架的表面为网状结构，夹套之间构成过滤通道，过滤通道内设有褶皱式滤纸过滤机构，过滤通道内两端设有密封端盖，内骨架的中空管为气流排出通道。
