Abstract

本实用新型公开一种液晶显示装置,其包括一液晶面板、一印刷电路板、一背光模组及一金属框。该印刷电路板与该液晶面板电性相连,该印刷电路板包括多个定位孔。该背光模组为该液晶面板提供光源并被收容于该金属框中,该金属框包括多个定位弹片及多个挡墙,该定位弹片与该印刷电路板的定位孔相配合,该多个挡墙固定该印刷电路板。液晶显示装置的印刷电路板的组装及拆卸均不需要借助螺丝刀,利用定位孔与定位弹片的配合及挡墙的固定使该印刷电路板的组装及拆卸均非常方便。

液晶显示装置
技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种液晶显示装置。
背景技术
近年来,液晶显示装置因体积轻薄、占用空间小、辐射小等优点,逐渐占据了显示产品的主流。液晶显示装置通常包括一液晶面板及为该液晶面板提供光源的背光模组。液晶面板通常借助一印刷电路板(printed circuit board,PCB)来供电。
请参阅图1,是一种现有技术液晶显示装置的立体分解图。该液晶显示装置1包括一上铁框11、一液晶面板12、一印刷电路板13、一软性电路板(flexibl eprinted circuit board,FPC)14、一背光模组15及一下铁框16。
该印刷电路板13经由该软性电路板14与该液晶面板12电性连接并为该液晶面板12供电。该印刷电路板13的远离该软性电路板14边缘处包括四圆孔131。该背光模组15包括一胶框17、一灯管18及一导光板19。该下铁框16设有与该印刷电路板13的四圆孔131相对应的四螺孔161。
请一并参阅图2,是图1所示液晶显示装置1的组装后的背部立体示意图。该胶框17收容该灯管18及该导光板19,并一同收容于该下铁框16中,为该液晶面板12提供光源。该印刷电路板13与该液晶面板12分别设置于该下铁框16的两侧。该上铁框11收容该液晶面板12及部分该软性电路板14并扣合于该下铁框16上。该印刷电路板13、该下铁框16、该背光模组15、该液晶面板12及该上铁框11依序层叠设置。该印刷电路板13的四圆孔131与该下铁框16的四螺孔161对应,并借助四螺钉(未标示)锁固,将该印刷电路板13固定于该下铁框16上,同时,该印刷电路板13也通过该螺钉与该下铁框16电性连接而实现接地。
然而,如果该液晶显示装置1的内部各组件损坏或组装有误需要将该液晶显示装置1拆卸并重新组装时,需要将该印刷电路板13的四圆孔131与该下铁框16的四螺孔161反复对齐并利用螺丝刀反复锁固与放松螺钉。因此,该液晶显示装置1的印刷电路板13的组装及拆卸均耗费工时。
实用新型内容
为了解决现有技术液晶显示装置中印刷电路板的组装与拆卸均耗费工时的技术问题,有必要提供一种方便组装及拆卸的液晶显示装置。
一种液晶显示装置,其包括一液晶面板、一印刷电路板、一背光模组及一金属框。该印刷电路板与该液晶面板电性相连,该印刷电路板包括多个定位孔。该背光模组为该液晶面板提供光源并被收容于该金属框中,该金属框包括多个定位弹片及多个挡墙,该定位弹片与该印刷电路板的定位孔相配合,该多个挡墙固定该印刷电路板。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型液晶显示装置的印刷电路板的组装及拆卸均不需要借助螺丝刀,利用定位孔与定位弹片的配合及挡墙的固定使该印刷电路板的组装及拆卸均非常方便。

具体实施方式
请一并参阅图3、图4及图5,图3是本实用新型液晶显示装置一较佳实施方式的立体分解图。该液晶显示装置2包括一上铁框21、一液晶面板22、一印刷电路板23、一软性电路板(FPC,flexible printed circuit board)24、一背光模组25及一下铁框26。
该印刷电路板23大体呈矩形,其一端与该软性电路板24电连接,并借助该软性电路板24与该液晶面板22电性连接,为该液晶面板22供电,其与该软性电路板24相对的一端的边缘处包括三圆孔231。该背光模组25包括一胶框27、一灯管28及一导光板29。该下铁框26设有与该印刷电路板23的三圆孔231相对应的三定位弹片263及用于固定该印刷电路板24的四挡墙265。
图4是该定位弹片263的立体示意图。该定位弹片263侧面呈弓形,俯视呈矩形,其包括依序相连的五片形材301、302、303、304、305。该第一片形材301与第五片形材305于一平面内,可用铆接等方式固定于该下铁框26上。该第三片形材303与该第一片形材301平行设置。第二片形材302连接该第一片形材301与第三片形材303。该第四片形材304连接该第三片形材304与第五片形材305。该第三片形材303上包括一近似半球状的凸起300,该凸起300的根部直径与该印刷电路板23的圆孔231直径大体相同。该定位弹片263为金属制成。
该挡墙265侧面呈L形,该四挡墙265沿该印刷电路板23的边缘抵触并固定该印刷电路板23。该挡墙265可自该下铁框26冲压成形。
图5是该液晶显示装置2的组装后的背部立体示意图。该胶框27与该下铁框26围成一收容空间收容为该液晶面板22提供光源的该灯管28与该导光板29,该胶框27与该上铁框21围成另一收容空间收容该液晶面板22。该印刷电路板23设置于该下铁框26设有该定位弹片263的一侧。该四挡墙265固定该印刷电路板23,于Z轴方向使之固定;该印刷电路板23的三圆孔231收容该下铁框26定位弹片263的凸起300,于X、Y轴方向使之固定。该印刷电路板23通过该定位弹片263或该挡墙265与该下铁框26电性连接并实现接地。
请一并参阅图6与图7,图6是该定位弹片263与该印刷电路板23的圆孔231的组装过程示意图,图7是该定位弹片263收容于圆孔231中的示意图。该印刷电路板23沿挡墙265滑入由该挡墙265组成的半包围空间时,压迫该定位弹片263的第四片形材304与凸起300,使其两者受到挤压从而带动该定位弹片263发生弹性形变,直到该定位弹片263的凸起300收容于该印刷电路板23的圆孔231中。
拆卸时,只需按压该定位弹片263的第二片形材302使之产生弹性形变,带动该凸起300脱离该圆孔231中,拔出该印刷电路板23,或按压凸起300,拔出该印刷电路板23完成拆卸。
相较于现有技术,该液晶显示装置2的印刷电路板23利用该定位弹片263与该圆孔231的配合和该挡墙265,使之固定到该下铁框26上,组装时只需将印刷电路板23插入到该下铁框26的挡墙265上,使该挡墙265与该定位弹片263联合定位该印刷电路板23。拆卸时只需按压定位弹片263的第二片形材302或按压定位弹片263的凸起300即可完成拆卸,不需借助螺丝刀对印刷电路板22进行组装及拆卸。使该印刷电路板23组装及拆卸均非常方便。
该四挡墙265的相对位置并不限于如图5所示,除从该印刷电路板23的相邻二边固定该印刷电路板23外,还可以从该印刷电路板23的连续三边固定该印刷电路板23,也可从上述三边中的一边固定该印刷电路板23。

Claims (10)

1.一种液晶显示装置,其包括一液晶面板、一印刷电路板、一背光模组及一金属框,该印刷电路板与该液晶面板电性连接,并包括多个定位孔,该背光模组为该液晶面板提供光源并被收容于该金属框中,其特征在于:该金属框包括多个定位弹片及多个挡墙,该定位弹片与该印刷电路板的定位孔相配合,该多个挡墙固定该印刷电路板。
2.如权利要求1所述的液晶显示装置,其特征在于:该液晶显示装置进一步包括一软性电路板,其电性连接该印刷电路板与该液晶面板。
3.如权利要求1所述的液晶显示装置,其特征在于:该定位弹片侧面呈弓形。
4.如权利要求3所述的液晶显示装置,其特征在于:该定位弹片包括五片形材,其第一片形材与第五片形材位于同一平面内,第三片形材平行该第一片形材,该第二片形材连接该第一片形材与该第三片形材,该第四片形材连接该第三片形材与该第五片形材。
5.如权利要求4所述的液晶显示装置,其特征在于:该第三片形材设有一半球状凸起,该凸起的根部直径与该印刷电路板的圆孔直径相同。
6.如权利要求1所述的液晶显示装置,其特征在于:该定位弹片为金属制成,该印刷电路板通过该定位弹片接地。
7.如权利要求1所述的液晶显示装置,其特征在于:该挡墙侧面呈L形,并由该金属框冲压成形。
8.如权利要求1所述的液晶显示装置,其特征在于:该印刷电路板大体呈矩形,从该印刷电路板的连续二边固定该印刷电路板。
9.如权利要求1所述的液晶显示装置,其特征在于:该印刷电路板大体呈矩形,从该印刷电路板连续三边固定该印刷电路板。
10.如权利要求1所述的液晶显示装置,其特征在于:该印刷电路板大体呈矩形,从该印刷电路板连续三边中的一边固定该印刷电路板。
