Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种先导式中高压闸阀,旨在提供一种先导式中高压闸阀:该阀通过先导卸荷方式,有效的解决由于流体压力造成的阀门开启困难和汽蚀损坏;包括压盖、阀杆、阀体、先导卸荷阀、阀芯体、阀芯、预压弹簧、密封圈、同心限位挡、螺栓、阀芯阻尼孔;阀体的底部带有对阀芯体限位的同心限位挡;压盖由螺栓装在阀体上,阀杆与手轮总成相连接,阀杆下端与先导卸荷阀及阀芯体相联接;阀芯体内装有预压弹簧,阀芯装在阀芯体内,阀芯端面设有阀芯阻尼孔,其端面作为密封面可设计成球面,锥面或平面;适于对中高压流体通断控制。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种先导式中高压闸阀;属阀门技术领域。
背景技术
目前,闸阀绝大多数均以楔式闸板或平行闸板依靠流体压力及楔紧力对闸门进出口密封为主。因为其运动方向与流体垂直,因而当压力较高,通径较大时,在开启瞬间操纵力大,密封面易损坏。同时,阀板在开启瞬间因汽蚀而影响寿命。为此,有很多专利技术采用了在阀板和阀口堆焊不同的高硬材料,但仍不能很有效地解决上述问题。
发明内容
为了克服上述不足,本实用新型的目的在于提供一种先导式中高压闸阀;该阀通过先导卸荷的方式,有效的解决了由于流体压力造成的阀门开启困难和汽蚀损坏。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案:它由扁螺母、手轮总成、压盖、阀杆、阀体、先导卸荷阀、阀芯体、阀芯、预压弹簧、密封圈、同心限位挡、螺栓、阀芯阻尼孔组成;阀体的底部带有对阀芯体限位的同心限位挡。手轮总成由扁螺母装在压盖上,压盖由螺栓装在阀体上,阀杆与手轮总成相连接,阀杆下端与先导卸荷阀及阀芯体相连接;阀芯体与先导卸荷阀联接在一起;阀芯体内装有预压弹簧,阀芯装在阀芯体内,阀芯端面设有阀芯阻尼孔,其端面作为密封面可设计成球面,锥面或平面。
本实用新型的有益效果是:阀杆控制先导阀的开启和关闭。当需要打开时,先导阀先行打开溢流,使阀芯迅速打开卸压,从而有效的解决闸阀开启力大和汽蚀损坏;适于对中高压流体通断控制。

具体实施方式
请参阅图1;它由扁螺母(1)、手轮总成(2)、压盖(3)、阀杆(4)、阀体(5)、先导卸荷阀(6)、阀芯体(9)、阀芯(8)、预压弹簧(7)、密封圈(10)、同心限位挡(11)、螺栓(12)、阀芯阻尼孔(13)组成;阀体(5)的底部带有对阀芯体限位的同心限位挡(11)。手轮总成(2)由扁螺母(1)装在压盖(3)上,压盖(3)由螺栓(12)装在阀体(5)上,阀杆(4)与手轮总成(2)相连接,阀杆(4)下端与先导卸荷阀(6)及阀芯体(9)相联接;阀芯体(9)内装有预压弹簧(7),阀芯(8)装在阀芯体(9)内,阀芯(8)端面设有阀芯阻尼孔(13),其端面作为密封面可设计成球面,锥面或平面。
当阀杆(4)向下运动,阀芯体(9)到达阀体同心限位挡(11)处,由导阀弹簧提供的力使先导卸荷阀(6)关闭。压力流体通过阀芯阻尼孔(13)进入阀芯体(9),在流体压力和预压弹簧(7)力的作用下,阀芯体(9)压向阀门出口,阀芯(8)压向阀门进口密封面,从而使阀门控制的压力流体隔断。当阀杆(4)向上运动,当阀芯体(9)上先导卸荷阀(6)压力低于阀门进口压力时,先导卸荷阀(6)开启溢流,同时,阀芯(8)由于压差作用下向内缩回,使阀门控制的压力流体迅速泄压并随着阀杆(4)带动阀芯体(9)和阀芯(8)向上使阀门轻松打开。
Claims (3)
1.一种先导式中高压闸阀;包括扁螺母(1)、手轮总成(2)、压盏(3)、阀杆(4)、阀体(5)、先导卸荷阀(6)、阀芯体(9)、阀芯(8)、预压弹簧(7)、密封圈(10);其特征在于:阀杆(4)下端与先导卸荷阀(6)及阀芯体(9)相联接;阀芯体(9)内装有预压弹簧(7)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的先导式中高压闸阀;其特征在于:阀体(5)的底部带有对阀芯体限位的同心限位挡(11)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的先导式中高压闸阀;其特征在于:阀芯(8)装在阀芯体(9)内,阀芯(8)端面设有阀芯阻尼孔(13),其端面作为密封面设计成球面,锥面或平面。
