本发明公开了一种超高压微扭矩无泄漏阀门,包括阀体、阀杆、阀板和手柄,阀体内设有流体储藏室、流体储藏室内设有滑块,阀板与滑块通过连接件连接,阀体与阀板之间设有转动限位螺母,转动限位螺母与阀板连接,阀杆穿过转动限位螺母和阀板,阀体下部设有油道,油道内设有单向阀,阀杆上设有阀杆螺纹,转动限位螺母设有内螺纹,阀杆螺纹旋于转动限位螺母内螺纹上;阀门开启状态下,阀杆螺纹旋至转动限位螺母内螺纹上限;阀门关闭状态下,阀杆螺纹旋至转动限位螺母内螺纹下限,限位螺母内螺纹上部留有空隙。本发明开启省力、密封性好。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种阀门,具体地说是一种超高压微扭矩无泄漏阀门。
背景技术
现有的用于管道的阀门,特别是用于高压管道阀门,由于扭矩的存在,开启费力,而且这种阀门也容易出现泄漏,达不到要求的密封标准。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种超高压微扭矩无泄漏阀门。
本发明要解决的是现有的阀门,开启费力和容易出现泄漏的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:它包括阀体、阀杆、阀板和手柄,阀体内设有流体储藏室、流体储藏室内设有滑块,阀板与滑块通过连接件连接,阀体与阀板之间设有转动限位螺母,转动限位螺母与阀板连接,阀杆穿过转动限位螺母和阀板,阀体下部设有油道,油道内设有单向阀,阀杆上设有阀杆螺纹,转动限位螺母设有内螺纹,阀杆螺纹旋于转动限位螺母内螺纹上;阀门开启状态下,阀杆螺纹旋至转动限位螺母内螺纹上限;阀门关闭状态下,阀杆螺纹旋至转动限位螺母内螺纹下限,限位螺母内螺纹上部留有空隙。
本发明的有益效果是:开启省力,密封性好。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图及实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
如图所示,本发明包括阀体1、阀杆3、阀板2和手柄13。阀体1内设有流体储藏室9、流体储藏室9内设有环状滑块8。阀板2与环状滑块8通过连接件连接。阀体1与阀板2之间设有转动限位螺母14,转动限位螺母14与阀板2连接。阀杆3穿过转动限位螺母14和阀板2。阀体1下部设有油道7,油道7内设有单向阀。阀杆3上设有阀杆螺纹15,转动限位螺母14设有内螺纹19。阀杆螺纹15旋于转动限位螺母14内螺纹19上。阀门开启状态下,阀杆螺纹15旋至转动限位螺母14内螺纹19上限,阀杆3下端留有空隙1-2,使单向阀开通。阀门关闭状态下,阀杆螺纹15旋至转动限位螺母14内螺纹19下限,限位螺母14内螺纹19上部留有空隙1-1。
所述的单向阀由阀杆3、钢球6和油道7构成。阀杆3下端顶于钢球6上,钢球6位于油道7内。所述的阀板2二端设有上转头17和下转头18。连接件包括上轴套10、上轴套座11、下轴套5和下轴套座4。上转头17和下转头18上分别安装有上轴套10和下轴套5,上轴套10和下轴套5分别安装于上轴套座11和下轴套座4内。上轴套座11和下轴套座4结构相同,上轴套座11和下轴套座4分别设于阀体1上侧和下侧。
阀体1内设有限位螺母轴套12,转动限位螺母14设于限位螺母轴套12内。所述的阀板2上转头17内设有滑槽16,转动限位螺母14下部设有卡头20,转动限位螺母14通过卡头20卡于滑槽16内。转动限位螺母14在阀板2的滑槽16内可作相对滑动。
本发明的阀门开启方式是:操作人员转动手柄13,连接于该手柄13上的阀杆3随手柄13转动,阀杆3在转动的同时,阀杆3上部的阀杆螺纹15也在转动限位螺母14的内螺纹19中转动,使阀杆3轴向运动并上升。随之打开底部单向阀(即钢球6不再堵住油道7),使流体储藏室9泄压。流体储藏室9两侧产生压力差,从而使环形滑块8带动阀板2向流体储藏室9一侧移动,使阀板2与阀体1密封失效。这时阀杆螺纹15也旋至转动限位螺母14内螺纹19上限,再转动手柄13,使转动限位螺母14一同转动,就带动阀板2转动,直至阀门完全开启。

Claims (5)

1.一种超高压微扭矩无泄漏阀门,包括阀体、阀杆、阀板和手柄,其特征在于阀体内设有流体储藏室、流体储藏室内设有滑块,阀板与滑块通过连接件连接,阀体与阀板之间设有转动限位螺母,转动限位螺母与阀板连接,阀杆穿过转动限位螺母和阀板,阀体下部设有油道,油道内设有单向阀,所述油道的一端与流体储藏室相连通,油道的另一端与处于远离流体储藏室的阀板一侧的阀体内腔相连通,阀杆上设有阀杆螺纹,转动限位螺母设有内螺纹,阀杆螺纹旋于转动限位螺母内螺纹上;所述超高压微扭矩无泄漏阀门开启状态下,阀杆螺纹旋至转动限位螺母内螺纹上限;所述超高压微扭矩无泄漏阀门关闭状态下,阀杆螺纹旋至转动限位螺母内螺纹下限,所述转动限位螺母内螺纹的上部留有空隙;所述单向阀包括所述阀杆和钢球,所述阀杆的下端顶于钢球上,钢球位于所述油道内。
2.根据权利要求1所述的超高压微扭矩无泄漏阀门,其特征在于所述的阀板二端设有上转头和下转头,连接件包括上轴套、上轴套座、下轴套和下轴套座,上转头和下转头上分别安装有上轴套和下轴套,上轴套和下轴套分别安装于上轴套座和下轴套座内,上轴套座和下轴套座分别设于阀体上侧和下侧。
3.根据权利要求1所述的超高压微扭矩无泄漏阀门,其特征在于所述的阀板的上转头内设有滑槽,转动限位螺母下部设有卡头,转动限位螺母通过卡头卡于滑槽内。
4.根据权利要求1所述的超高压微扭矩无泄漏阀门,其特征在于滑块为环状滑块。
5.根据权利要求1所述的超高压微扭矩无泄漏阀门,其特征在于阀体内设有限位螺母轴套,转动限位螺母设于限位螺母轴套内。
