Abstract
本发明公开了一种防漏截止阀,包括阀体、阀杆、阀瓣和控制手柄,阀瓣和控制手柄固定在阀杆两端,阀体内设置有流道,流道的两端分别为进流口和出流口,进流口和出流口连接处为密封口,所述阀瓣为倒圆台形,阀瓣和阀杆下部表面设有搪瓷层,所述密封口为与阀瓣相匹配的倒圆台形,所述阀体底部开有溢出口,对应溢出口设置有底盖,所述流道内对应出流口的位置设有滤网。这种防漏截止阀结构简单,密封可靠,使用寿命长。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种截止阀,特别涉及一种防漏截止阀。
背景技术
传统的截止阀由阀体、阀杆、阀瓣和控制手柄构成,阀瓣和控制手柄固定在阀杆两端,控制手柄带动阀杆上下运动,阀杆带动阀瓣上下运动,从而实现阀门的开启和关闭,阀体内设置有流道,流道的两端分别为进流口和出流口,进流口和出流口连接处为密封口。截止阀的启闭件是塞形的阀瓣,密封面呈平面或锥面,阀瓣沿阀体的中心线作直线运动,阀杆的运动形式也有升降旋转杆式,截止阀是指阀瓣沿阀体中心线移动的阀门,根据阀瓣的这种移动形式,阀体通口的变化是与阀瓣形成成正比例关系,由于该类阀门的阀杆开启或关闭行程相对较短,而且具有非常可靠的切断功能,又由于阀体通口的变化与阀瓣的行程成正比例关系,非常适合于对流量的调节。截止阀属于强制密封式阀门,所以在阀门关闭时,必须向阀瓣施加压力,以强制密封面不泄漏。当介质由阀瓣下方进入阀门时,操作力所需要克服的阻力,是阀杆和填料的摩擦力与由介质的压力所产生的推力,关阀门的力比开阀门的力大,所以阀杆的直径要大,否则会发生阀杆顶弯的故障。现有的截止阀的阀瓣与阀体的密封口之间和阀杆与阀体之间会产生磨损,进而导致密封不可靠,导致泄漏,影响截止阀的使用寿命,造成浪费。
发明内容
本发明的目的就在于提供一种结构简单,密封可靠,使用寿命长的防漏截止阀,能有效解决上述问题。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是这样的:本发明的防漏截止阀,包括阀体、阀杆、阀瓣和控制手柄,阀瓣和控制手柄固定在阀杆两端,阀体内设置有流道,流道的两端分别为进流口和出流口,进流口和出流口连接处为密封口,所述阀瓣为倒圆台形,阀瓣和阀杆下部表面设有搪瓷层,所述密封口为与阀瓣相匹配的倒圆台形,所述阀体底部开有溢出口,对应溢出口设置有底盖,所述流道内对应出流口的位置设有滤网。
作为优选,所述底盖侧面设有密封圈。
作为优选,所述阀杆上套接有密封圈。
与现有技术相比,本发明的优点在于:本发明结构简单,设计合理,阀瓣和密封口设计为倒圆台形,使其密封更可靠,阀瓣和阀杆上设有搪瓷层,使阀瓣和阀杆耐腐蚀和磨损,防止漏液,延长其使用寿命,截止阀内设有滤网和可拆卸的底盖,可阻止固体堵塞出流口,且便于清理固体,使用方便,可广泛应用于供水系统中。

下面将结合附图对本发明作进一步说明。
参见图1,本发明的防漏截止阀,包括阀体1、阀杆2、阀瓣4和控制手柄,阀瓣4和控制手柄3固定在阀杆2两端,阀体1内设置有流道,流道的两端分别为进流口和出流口,进流口和出流口连接处为密封口5,所述阀瓣4为倒圆台形,阀瓣4和阀杆2下部表面设有搪瓷层6,所述密封口5为与阀瓣4相匹配的倒圆台形,所述阀体1底部开有溢出口,对应溢出口设置有底盖7,所述流道内对应出流口的位置设有滤网8,所述底盖7侧面设有密封圈,所述阀杆2上套接有密封圈。
本发明的工作原理是依靠阀杆2的压力,使阀瓣4密封面与阀体1密封口5紧密贴合,从而阻止介质流通。阀瓣4和密封口5设计为倒圆台形,使其密封更可靠,阀瓣4和阀杆2上设有搪瓷层6,使阀瓣4和阀杆2耐腐蚀和磨损,防止漏液,同时增大了阀杆2的直径,防止发生阀杆2顶弯故障,延长其使用寿命,截止阀内设有滤网8和可拆卸的底盖7,可阻止固体堵塞出流口,且便于清理固体,使用方便。

1.一种防漏截止阀,包括阀体、阀杆、阀瓣和控制手柄,阀瓣和控制手柄固定在阀杆两端,阀体内设置有流道,流道的两端分别为进流口和出流口,进流口和出流口连接处为密封口,其特征在于:所述阀瓣为倒圆台形,阀瓣和阀杆下部表面设有搪瓷层,所述密封口为与阀瓣相匹配的倒圆台形,所述阀体底部开有溢出口,对应溢出口设置有底盖,所述流道内对应出流口的位置设有滤网。
2.根据权利要求1所述的防漏截止阀,其特征在于:所述底盖侧面设有密封圈。
3.根据权利要求1所述的防漏截止阀,其特征在于:所述阀杆上套接有密封圈。
