技术领域
本发明涉及一种阀门,具体说是一种球心逆流阀门。
背景技术
逆流阀又称为对夹止回阀、逆止阀、背压阀、单向阀。这类阀门是靠管路中介质本身的流动产生的力而自动开启和关闭的,属于一种自动阀门。这种类型的阀门的作用是只允许介质向一个方向流动,而且阻止反方向流动。通常这种阀门是自动工作的,在一个方向流动的流体压力作用下,阀瓣打开;流体反方向流动时,由流体压力和阀瓣的自重合阀瓣作用于阀座,从而切断流动。
但在逆流阀门的使用过程存在逆向开启的需求,传统的可开启逆流阀在压力的作用下开启十分困难,多使用动力设备驱动,但因压力作用强开启速度慢。
发明内容
本发明的目的便是提供一种能逆向开启时受压力影响小,方便开启的逆流阀。
为实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案包括阀体,其特征在于,所述阀体左右两侧设有对接装置,所述阀体内左侧设有进水腔,所述阀体右侧设有出水腔,所述进水腔右端位于出水腔左端上侧,所述进水腔与出水腔间设有限位腔壁,所述限位腔壁上侧设有密封球,所述密封球上侧设有牵引装置,所述阀体上侧设有密封盖,所述密封盖通过螺栓固定在阀体上,所述密封盖上侧设有导向装置,所述导向装置内设有螺杆,所述螺杆上侧设有手柄,所述牵引装置上段与螺杆下端连接,所述手柄下侧与导向装置接触面设有密封圈。
由于采用上述技术方案,本发明的有益效果:使用球心作为密封件,因球心的外表面光滑有弧度,受压力影响小,开启时省力、方便,且因为球心的外表面有弧度,密封件的接触面积大,密封效果好。

如图1所示,本发明包括阀体1,其特征在于,所述阀体1左右两侧设有对接装置2,所述阀体1内左侧设有进水腔3,所述阀体1右侧设有出水腔4,所述进水腔3右端位于出水腔4左端上侧,所述进水腔3与出水腔4间设有限位腔壁5,所述限位腔壁5上侧设有密封球6,所述密封球6上侧设有牵引装置7,所述阀体1上侧设有密封盖8,所述密封盖8通过螺栓9固定在阀体1上,所述密封盖8上侧设有导向装置10,所述导向装置10内设有螺杆11,所述螺杆11上侧设有手柄12,所述牵引装置7上段与螺杆11下端连接,所述手柄12下侧与导向装置10接触面设有密封圈13。
本发明的工作原理:当水经过出水腔4进入阀体1内时,因水流压力顶起密封球6,进入进水腔3,当水流从进水腔3进入出水腔4时,密封球6因为自身重力和水流的压迫停留在限位腔壁5,阻止水流逆流,当需要逆向开启时,旋转手柄12,螺杆11向上移动带动牵引装置7拉动密封球6,实现开启。
