背景技术
[2] 目前, 闸阀绝大多数均以楔式闸板或平行闸板依靠流体压力及楔紧力对闸门进 出口密封为主。 因为其运动方向与流体垂直, 因而当压力较高, 通径较大吋, 在一侧压力的作用下, 摩擦力很大, 所以在开启瞬间需要比较大的操纵力大, 密封面也损害较快。 由于磨损导致阀的泄漏, 直接影响了阀的寿命和工程的安 全使用周期。 闸阀的压力磨损, 是自有闸阀以来一直无法解决的问题, 人们认 为, 一侧流体有压力, 闸板就会被推向阀体, 克服压力下摩擦力的启动扭矩变 大是不可避免的, 压力存在下发生的闸板和阀体之间的磨损也是不可避免的。 并且阀的通径越大、 压力越高, 当然压力磨损和气蚀就越严重, 这也是闸阀的 寿命终结主要原因。
[3] 同吋, 传统的阀板在开启瞬间因流体汽蚀而影响寿命。 为此, 有很多专利技术 釆用了在阀板和阀口堆焊不同的高硬材料等方法, 伹仍不能有效地解决上述问 题。

由于压差作用下向内缩回, 平衡腔内的压力流体迅速泄压。 泄压后, 消 除了一侧较大压力造成的压力磨损, 没有侧压力的情况下, 随着阀杆 4 带动阀芯体 9和阀芯 8向上使阀门轻松打开。
减轻甚至消除了流体带来的闸板和阀体之间侧压力的从而有效地解决了 多少年来一直未能解决的闸阀开启力大和汽蚀损坏问题, 使得本发明创 造在中高压流体通断控制方面, 更显现出显著的技术优越性。
