Abstract

本实用新型为一种档位拉杆总成,在档位拉杆的两端分别设有球头,其一端连接有支架,另一端通过支板与弯管连接,弯管的顶端铰接有球头,尾部通过夹箍与可伸缩的档位杆机构固定连接,通过可伸缩的档位杆实现换档;在档位杆机构中,套管的管口处设有弹簧、套箍和芯套,档位拉杆经芯套插入套管的内腔,腔底设有复位弹簧,档位拉杆的另一端通过换档支架与换档杆连接。扳动换档杆即可驱动档位拉杆伸缩,带动与档位拉杆连接的弯管动作,实现车辆的换档功能。采用档位拉杆机构代替结构复杂的摇臂、软轴驱动机构,不通过软轴等机械机构,直接由操纵杆换挡,结构简单,安全可靠,省力且不易出现故障。

目前,汽车变速机构中的档位拉杆总成结构多采用摆臂或软轴系统结构,总成结构复杂,生产成本高,操作不灵活,容易出现机械故障。
发明内容
本实用新型公开一种档位拉杆总成,克服了现有摆臂或软轴结构的档位拉杆结构复杂,成本较高等缺欠。
本实用新型的技术解决方案如下:在档位拉杆的两端分别设有球头,其一端连接有支架,另一端通过支板与弯管连接,弯管的顶端铰接有球头,尾部通过夹箍与可伸缩的档位杆机构固定连接,通过可伸缩的档位杆实现换档;在档位杆机构中,拉杆外管、芯管、档位拉杆构成三段伸缩机构,拉杆外管的管口处设有弹簧、套箍和芯套,档位拉杆经芯套插入套管的内腔,腔底设有复位弹簧,档位拉杆的另一端通过换档支架与换档杆连接。
扳动换档杆即可驱动档位拉杆伸缩,带动与档位拉杆连接的弯管动作,实现车辆的换挡功能。
本实用新型的积极效果在于:采用档位拉杆机构代替结构复杂的摇臂、软轴驱动机构,不通过软轴等机械机构,直接由操纵杆换挡,结构简单,安全可靠,省力且不易出现故障。

具体实施方式
根据图1所示,在拉杆15的两端分别设有球头16、18,其一端的球头16连接有支架17,另一端球头18通过支板1与弯管2连接,弯管2的顶端铰接有球头13,尾部通过夹箍4与可伸缩的档位拉杆机构固定连接,通过可伸缩的档位拉杆实现换档;在档位杆机构中,拉杆外管14、芯管12、档位拉杆8构成三段伸缩机构,拉杆外管14的管口处设有弹簧11、套箍10和芯套9,档位拉杆8经芯套9插入拉杆外套14的内腔,腔底设有复位弹簧3,档位拉杆8的另一端通过换档支架7与换档杆6连接,换档杆6上设有手球5。

1.一种档位拉杆总成,在档位拉杆的两端分别设有球头,其一端连接有支架,另一端通过支板与弯管连接,弯管的顶端铰接有球头,其特征在于:弯管的尾部通过夹箍与可伸缩的档位杆机构固定连接,通过可伸缩的档位杆实现换档;在档位杆机构中,拉杆外管、芯管、档位拉杆构成三段伸缩机构,拉杆外管的管口处设有弹簧、套箍和芯套,档位拉杆经芯套插入拉杆外套的内腔,腔底设有复位弹簧,档位拉杆的另一端通过换档支架与换档杆连接,换档杆上设有手球。
