在飞刀装置实际加工过程中,由于刀杆刀头部位承受最大的径向切削分力,会影响回转精度及切削刚性。
发明内容:
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种结构合理,能有效保证刀杆的回转精度及切削刚性的数控轧辊月牙槽铣床飞刀支承机构。
本实用新型的技术解决方案是:
一种数控轧辊月牙槽铣床飞刀支承机构,包括铣头,其特征是:铣头中设置电主轴,电主轴一端固装固定支撑座,固定支撑座与V形支撑块连接,V形支撑块的V形面与飞刀刀杆外圆配合,铣头上装支撑座,摇臂座通过铰链销与支撑座呈可前后翻转式连接,摇臂座中设置上下位置可调的顶尖滑套,顶尖滑套与顶尖连接。
电主轴上设置齿条,齿条与装于铣头上的齿轮轴啮合。铣头上设置固定电主轴位置的定位块。
本实用新型结构合理,能有效保证刀杆的回转精度及切削刚性,工作效果好。

具体实施方式:
一种数控轧辊月牙槽铣床飞刀支承机构,包括铣头1,铣头1中设置电主轴2,电主轴2一端用螺钉和定位销与固定支撑座3连接,可自由拆卸,固定支撑座3与V形支撑块4的定位面配合连接,V形支撑块4的V形面与飞刀刀杆5外圆配合,其尺寸与刀杆不同的规格直径相对应。铣头1上装支撑座6,摇臂座7通过铰链销8与支撑座6呈可前后翻转式连接,摇臂座7中设置上下位置可调的顶尖滑套9,顶尖滑套9与活络顶尖10连接,工作时,向前翻转摇臂座7,通过锁紧螺母14将摇臂座7固定,旋动顶尖滑套9使活络顶尖10顶紧刀杆上的六角螺母15,同时用锁紧螺母16、锁紧块17固定住顶尖滑套9。
电主轴2上设置齿条11,齿条11与装于铣头1上的齿轮轴12啮合,可通过旋转齿轮轴12,使电主轴前后移动,达到与不同直径刀杆的径向支撑。铣头1上设置固定电主轴位置的定位块13。

1.一种数控轧辊月牙槽铣床飞刀支承机构,包括铣头,其特征是:铣头中设置电主轴,电主轴一端固装固定支撑座,固定支撑座与V形支撑块连接,V形支撑块的V形面与飞刀刀杆外圆配合,铣头上装支撑座,摇臂座通过铰链销与支撑座呈可前后翻转式连接,摇臂座中设置上下位置可调的顶尖滑套,顶尖滑套与顶尖连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的数控轧辊月牙槽铣床飞刀支承机构,其特征是:电主轴上设置齿条,齿条与装于铣头上的齿轮轴啮合。
