技术领域
本实用新型涉及重型特种汽车车架领域,尤其涉及一种组合断面焊接式整体车架。
背景技术
大多数汽车采用的边梁式车架由左右两边两根纵梁及连接两根纵梁的若干横梁组成,一般采用铆接或焊接的方法,将两边的纵梁和若干横梁牢固连接的结构。纵梁断面一般为槽形、Z字形、工字形结构;一般带有副车架,副车架上安装车厢或其他设备。
发明内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种车架,降低整车重心高度,减轻整车重量,提高车架弯曲和扭转刚度,便于独立悬架装置和断开式驱动桥的连接且不需要副车架实现车厢或其他设备的安装。
为了实现上述目的,本实用新型提供一种汽车组合断面焊接式整体车架,包括由一左主纵梁、一右主纵梁、一前梁、一尾梁及数横梁焊接的车架,其特点在于,所述主纵梁断面为“

”形状;所述横梁两端设有悬架支架。
上述主纵梁包括焊连接的槽形上纵梁、L形下纵梁和Z形加强梁。
上述主纵梁上设有贯穿所述横梁的通孔,所述主纵梁与所述横梁形成十字交叉结构。
上述悬架支架为类似于反L形结构,焊连接于所述横梁和主纵梁上。
上述横梁包括顶板、立板、底板,在所述顶板的两端部设有盖板;在所述盖板与所述底板之间设有端封板;在所述立板上位于主纵梁通孔内侧设有孔封板;在所述L形下纵梁之间设有下封板。
上述下封板为拱形结构。
本实用新型的功效在于,汽车组合断面焊接式整体车架主要用作重型特种汽车,与车架上加副梁结构加强形式相比,其优点:(1)降低了整车重心高度;(2)减轻了整车重量;(3)提高了车架弯曲刚度和扭转刚度;(4)便于独立悬架装置和断开式驱动桥的连接。

车架由右主纵梁5、左主纵梁7、前梁6、尾梁10、横梁9和悬架支架8焊接而成。左主纵梁5由左上纵梁11、左下纵梁12、左加强梁13焊接而成(右主纵梁与左主纵梁成对称结构)。左主纵梁和右主纵梁前端和尾部分别焊接前梁6和尾梁10。左主纵梁和右主纵梁中部各开四个贯通方孔,四根横梁局部插入方孔中,左、右主纵梁分别与四根横梁焊接,使主纵梁与横梁形成十字交叉中间贯穿连接结构。四根横梁左、右两端分别安装一个悬架支架,悬架支架为反L形结构,与横梁伸出端和上纵梁焊接。横梁由顶板、立板、弯折的底板构成,在顶板的两端部设有盖板14,在盖板与弯折的底板之间设有端封板17,在立板18上位于主纵梁通孔内侧设有孔封板15,在L形下纵梁之间设有拱形下封板16。
