技术领域
本实用新型是在线检测管道金属损失程度的管道腐蚀检测器探头滑片,涉及测量磁变量、厚度线性尺寸的测量及管道系统技术领域。
背景技术
运营的埋地钢质管道,特别是运营时间较久的钢质管道都会存在一定程度的腐蚀,为确保埋地管道运行安全,通常都要定期对管道作在线的腐蚀检测。目前管道腐蚀检测均用内检测方式,主要是漏磁检测方法。它是由很多探头直接与管道内壁接触而进行检测。由于探头与管道内壁直接接触,在检测过程中探头与管道内壁一直磨擦着,探头的磨损较为严重,特别是输送介质为气体的钢质管道。现有的探头滑片不够耐磨,过焊缝或阀门等时受的冲击大,寿命短,往往检测几百公里后就得陆续更换探头滑片,既浪费,又费事。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是设计一种在线检测管道金属损失程度的受冲击小、耐磨、寿命长的管道腐蚀检测器探头滑片。
本实用新型与已有技术一样,也包括滑片1和与其固连的螺柱2,但其结构如图1图2所示,是在“雪撬”板状滑片1的里侧(以滑片1翘向为里)固连3个螺柱2,滑片1的外侧涂敷耐磨层。具体是在“雪撬”板状滑片1的里侧焊连3个螺柱2,滑片1的外侧表面为镍包碳化钨喷涂耐磨层。
其中滑片1采用不锈钢板,滑片1的外侧表面为包碳化钨喷涂耐磨层。
由于滑片1采用了“雪撬”板形状,当探头滑片过焊缝或阀门等时,前后都能平稳过渡,减小了对探头的冲击。而碳化钨涂层又相当耐磨。
本实用新型减小了对探头的冲击,耐磨,因而大大增加了探头的使用寿命。

具体实施方式
实施例.以本例来说明本实用新型的具体实施方式并对本实用新型作进一步的说明。本例是Φ1016mm高清晰度管道漏磁腐蚀检测器实验样机的探头滑片,其构成如图1、图2所示。其尺寸为:滑片1长50mm,宽13mm,厚2mm,选OCr-17Ni12Mo2钢板;在滑片1里侧中心线上焊接一M3X30.5螺柱和一M3X16.5-B螺柱,在滑片1里侧后端(以探头前进方向为前)一角处焊接一M3X16.5-B螺柱;滑片1镀镍包碳化钨喷涂耐磨层。
本例经500公里的现场试验检测,未发现有探头损坏现象,滑片1磨损轻微,可谓经久耐用。

Claims (2)

1.一种在线检测管道金属损失程度的管道腐蚀检测器探头滑片,包括滑片[1]和与其固连的螺柱[2],其特征是在“雪撬”板状滑片[1]的里侧焊连3个螺柱[2],滑片[1]的外侧表面包碳化钨喷涂耐磨层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的管道腐蚀检测器探头滑片,其特征是所述滑片[1]采用不锈钢板。
