Abstract

本实用新型涉及一种燃油磁化净化节油器,具体地说是提供一管状壳体,一端安置一接头与燃油进口输油管相联,另一端安置一接头输出燃油,接头与壳体间安置密封圈密封,壳体空腔内置至少两组网状增磁板和磁钢联合体。所述的网状增磁板,其特征在于:本体是一块网眼板,在网眼板两侧面,分别至少有两个沿轴向分布的凸起,网状增磁板两侧面凸起分别与磁钢接触,磁钢的极性相反,保持网状增磁板与两异极性磁钢紧密吸附,构造成“网状增磁板和磁钢联合体”,形成一级磁场。燃油流经网状增磁板和磁钢联合体组成的均匀磁场,改变燃油路径,达到充分磁化,比现有技术更有利于燃油喷雾微细化,燃烧更完全,达到节油目的。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种燃油磁化净化节油器,具体地说是一种在磁钢间设有能改变燃油油路的“网状增磁板”的燃油节油器。
背景技术
目前,增磁变位净化节油器(专利号:ZL95 2406.X)中燃油呈柱状流径节油器,不仅会减弱磁场对流动燃油的作用力,而且,原有磁场的磁力线受到扭曲,破坏了磁场的均匀性。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于,提供一种改变燃油油路,确保均匀磁场对流动燃油的作用力,增加节油器效果的新型磁化净化节油器。
为实现上述目的,其主要技术方案是设计一种能改变燃油油路的网状增磁板(附图1),其特征在于:本体是一块网眼板,在网眼板两侧面,分别至少有两个沿轴向分布的凸起,网状增磁板两侧面凸起分别与磁钢接触,磁钢的极性相反,保持网状增磁板与两异极性磁钢紧密吸附,构造成一组“网状增磁板和磁钢联合体”(附图2),形成一级磁场。至少两组“网状增磁板和磁钢联合体”串联组合,构造成多级磁场。
由于采用上述方案不难得出如下结论:本实用新型结构合理,构思巧妙,燃油均匀分布流径网状增磁板,改变了油路,增加了油路的断面积,从而,不仅增强磁场力对油路断面的作用力,而且,保持了磁场的均匀性。

具体实施方案
一种新型燃油磁化净化节油器设计有一种能改变燃油油路的网状增磁板,如附图1:主要是由上面分布众多穿孔网眼板的本体(2),在网眼板两侧面,分别安装有至少两个沿网眼板轴向分布的凸起(1)左侧凸起、(3)右侧凸起。若干网状增磁板和磁钢按照一定规律构造成“网状增磁板和磁钢联合体”附图2。如附图2示,网状增磁板(6)两侧面凸起,分别与极性相反的磁钢(5)、(7)紧密接触,磁钢(5)另一面与网状增磁板(4)右侧凸起、磁钢(7)另一面与网状增磁板(8)左侧凸起均保持紧密吸附,共同组成联合体,两端磁极呈N、S极,形成一组磁场。在节油器中,至少装置两组以上“网状增磁板和磁钢联合体”,形成多级磁场,使燃油达到足够强的磁化作用。
本案例新型燃油磁化净化节油器装置三组“网状增磁板和磁钢联合体”,形成三级磁场,见附图3。如附图3所示:在壳体(21)内腔,由网状增磁板(4)右侧凸起(6)和(8)左侧凸起与磁钢(5)、(7)构造成第一级磁场;网状增磁板(8)右侧凸起、(10)和(12)左侧凸起与磁钢(9)、(11)构造成第二级磁场;网状增磁板(12)右侧凸起、(14)和(16)左侧凸起与磁钢(13)、(15)构造成第三级磁场。本实施方案中,三级磁场间采用同极性相对。网状增磁板

Claims (2)

1.一种新型燃油磁化净化节油器,主要是由网状增磁板组成,与磁钢构造成联合体,其特征是:本体是呈平板状,上面布置有众多微小穿孔的网眼板,其两侧面分别至少有两个沿轴向分布的凸起,网状增磁板两侧面凸起分别与磁钢接触,磁钢的极性相反,保持网状板与两异极性磁钢紧密吸附,构造一组“网状增磁板和磁钢联合体”,至少两组“网状增磁板和磁钢联合体”串联组合。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型燃油磁化净化节油器,其特征在于:所述的网状增磁板可以是单侧面,至少有两个沿轴向分布的凸起。
