电动自行车由于环保、轻便的特点,受到了人们的欢迎。目前,市场上销售的电动自行车的蓄电池都是安放在专用的电池盒内,电池盒由盒体、盖体及活动连接在盖体上的把手组成。在人们使用电动车的过程中,需要把电池取出充电或电池损坏需要更换时,务必将整个电池盒取出。在拆装电池盒时,由于蓄电池有一定的重量,且这种电池盒的受力在盖体上,因此电池盒的盖体极易变形,甚至盖体与盒体分离,不堪重负的扶手也会从盖体上脱落。

本实用新型的目的在于提供一种电池盒,具有结构简单、可靠性强的特点。
为实现上述目的,通过如下技术方案实现:
一种电池盒,包括盒体、盖体及把手,其特征在于:所述的盒体纵向两侧设置有加强凸块,把手容置在加强凸块的槽孔内。
所述的盖体上设有与盒体两侧的加强凸块相吻合的缺口。
本实用新型将把手设在盒体上,这样拆装电池盒过程中,受力在盒体上,增加了整体可靠性。另外,将把手设置在加强凸块的槽孔内,可直接用螺栓固定,省去了背景技术中所述的把手与盖体之间的活动连接结构,使结构更加简单。

具体实施方式
如图1、2所示,一种电池盒,包括盒体1、盖体2及把手3,所述的盒体1纵向两侧设置有加强凸块11,把手3设置在加强凸块11的槽孔12内。所述的盖体2上设有与盒体1两侧的加强凸块11相吻合的缺口21。
本实用新型将把手3设在盒体1上,这样在拆装电池盒过程中,受力在盒体1上,降低了对盖体2的强度要求,增加了整体可靠性。另外,把手3设置在加强凸块11的槽孔12内,可直接用螺栓固定,省去了背景技术中所述的把手3与盖体2之间的活动连接结构,使结构更加简单。
