Abstract

本实用新型公开了一种牢固型平面碳换向器,包括换向片(1)、模塑料(2)、碳块(3),换向片的本体与该换向器的旋转轴线相垂直,在所述的碳块(3)的外周围联有包围保护层(4)。本实用新型使该换向器半成品在机加工时碳块不会受到外力而损伤,从而提高了产品的成品率,降低了生产成本,提升了产品的技术性能。同时,增加了碳块与换向片的结合牢固度,使产品在电机高速运转中工作性能稳定可靠。

牢固型平面碳换向器
一、技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种电机上使用的换向器,具体地说是涉及一种平面碳换向器。
二、背景技术
现有的平面碳换向器,包括换向片、模塑料、碳块,换向片的本体与该换向器的旋转轴线相垂直,碳块设在换向片的本体的外表面上并整体盖住换向片,碳块的外周围无任何包围的保护层(如图4、图5所示)。该换向器在制造过程中,需要对其半成品进行机加工,此时碳块的周围由于直接受力而易遭受损坏,从而影响了产品的技术性能。同时,影响了产品的成品率,又因为碳块的成本比其它材料高,还增加了产品的生产成本。
三、实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服上述的不足,而提供一种其半成品在机加工时碳块外周围不会受到损坏的牢固型平面碳换向器。
本实用新型的目的通过如下技术方案来实现:一种牢固型平面碳换向器,包括换向片、模塑料、碳块,在所述的碳块的外周围联有包围保护层。
采用本实用新型结构后,由于包围保护层对碳块的保护作用,使平面碳换向器半成品在机加工时碳块不会受到外力而损伤。因此,本实用新型与现有技术相比,提高了产品的成品率,降低了生产成本,提升了产品的技术性能。同时,增加了碳块与换向片的结合牢固度,使产品在电机高速运转中工作性能稳定可靠。

五、具体实施方式
参照图1至图3可知,本实用新型牢固型平面碳换向器,包括换向片1、模塑料2、碳块3,换向片的本体与该换向器的旋转轴线相垂直,碳块设在换向片的本体的外表面上,在所述的碳块3的外周围联有包围保护层4。其中所述的包围保护层可以为塑料包围保护层(如图1、图2所示);也可以为铜片包围保护层,该铜片包围保护层所用的铜片材料可以与换向片一致,铜片包围保护层中与换向片的钩部对应的那部份可以与换向片钩部做成为一体,故也可称为换向片包围保护层(如图3所示)。
图4、图5为公知的平面碳换向器,其碳块设在换向片的本体的外表面上并整体盖住换向片,碳块的外周围无任何包围的保护层。

1、一种牢固型平面碳换向器,包括换向片(1)、模塑料(2)、碳块(3),其特征在于:在所述的碳块(3)的外周围联有包围保护层(4)。
2、如权利要求1所述的牢固型平面碳换向器,其特征在于:所述的包围保护层(4)为塑料包围保护层。
3、如权利要求1所述的牢固型平面碳换向器,其特征在于:所述的包围保护层(4)为铜片包围保护层。
